Kokonoe: Being a Half-American, Half-Japanese model, one could easily look at Ann and assume she's a beautiful young girl who has everything she could have ever wanted... but that couldn't be further from the truth. 

Junko: In reality, she's just a normal high school student whose only friend is Shido. And um... yeah that's where the problems start. Hey Kasumi, you were there. Why don't you explain what happened?

Kasumi: Hm? Oh um right. So Shido was a part of the Volleyball team. Sadly enough, the coach of that team was a man by the name of Mr.Kamoshida, who was constantly abusing the other teammates mentally, physically, and um... physically...

Junko: Yeah, this guy was a major pervert. He was constantly trying to make moves on Ann and using Shido to get closer to her. This, along with everyone treating her like crap, made school a living hell for her.

Kokonoe: And after he drove Shido into nearly committing suicide, Ann finally had enough and wanted to stop Kamoshida once and for all. 

Junko: Luckily there were three guys already on the job! The Skull-headed Ryuji, the talking cat mentor Morgana, and their leader... Ren Amamiya! Or Akira Kurusu... it depends on the translation.

Kokonoe: Regardless, while helping them try and take down Kamoshida, Ann would become one of the founding members of the Phantom Thieves with more soon to come as she would awaken her Persona and be known as... Panther.

Junko: She's no Black Panther so she doesn't have the best skills in physical strength, but trust me... she's still pretty strong!

Kasumi: As a founding member of the Phantom Thieves, she's been on each and every adventure they had and fought many powerful Shadows along the way. Some of which are powerful enough to create or destroy entire universes.

Kokonoe: Other Persona users have taken on City to Town-sized monsters or even faced off against the avatar of Death itself. Ann has withstood winds strong enough to tear down a giant pyramid, strong enough to smash a shadow into the ground hard enough to make a giant crater, or even cause other Shadows to stagger with her whip.

Junko: She's gone up against gods, giant robots, reality-warping guidance councilors, and even a robot with an attack that could wipe out entire galaxies! But as stated before, she's not exactly the toughest of the Phantom Thieves. But she can certainly make up for it with her speed!

Kokonoe: She's dodged machinegun fire and missiles, outran a boulder, and even swam out of quicksand. She's even able to dodge beams of light and Yaldabaoth's Arrows of Light.

Kasumi: That's not even the half of it. She's fast enough to react to the Execurobo's Big Bang Challenge, which travels galaxies in seconds. And she should be comparable to Shadows that can dodge Lucifer's Morning Star, which travels several lightyears in a few seconds.

Junko: And she's really durable too!

Junko: She's withstood attacks from Shadow Kamoshida, who can cause massive explosions from a simple volleyball strike! She can easily take hits from Maruki's Ultimate Persona, which can easily destroy several galaxies! She's survived being erased from existence, survived countless explosions, and has even taken hits from giant bursts of ice like it's nothing! You know... the opposite of fire and the element that Ann's Persona is weak to!

Kasumi: Speaking of her Persona, lets talk about Ann's. As everyone in the Phantom Thieves has one, it makes sense that Ann does as well and her Persona is Carmen.

Kasumi: A gypsy thief from the novel by Merimee, which became famous through the opera by Bizet. She is a femme fatale who is beautiful but very capricious. She used to be resistant to Fire but now she's completely immune to it. She's also resistant to electricity but is... as Junko said... weak to ice. Though the Persona does double her chances of dodging ice attacks.

Junko: She has these green vines that she has full control over. She can use them to swing her opponent around, strangle them, or just lift objects and stuff. She also has complete control over the element of fire to the point where she can nullify one's resistance or immunity to that specific element and even strengthen Ann's own use of it. She can also fire blasts of fire, create massive explosions from thin air, form giant bursts of magma from the ground, and create giant pillars of flames!

Kokonoe: Ann can also use her Persona to heal herself and others, make her opponent fall asleep, removes all buffs towards her opponents, brainwash her enemies, or decrease their magical power. Heck, she can even drain the magical power of her opponents.

Junko: She can also update her Persona by turning it into Hecate!

Kasumi: A Greek goddess of crossroads, ghosts, and witchcraft, she is commonly attended to by dogs. She is also known to be the chief of the witches that appears in the play "Macbeth". She's still resistant to electricity and weak to ice, but now she's not only immune to fire but can absorb it for additional health.

Junko: She can do everything Carmen can do but to a much greater effect. She can also use her magic to confuse her enemy. She even replaces those vines with chains attached to dog heads that look like they can really chomp your head off! Hell, those boobs look like they could stab an eye out!

Kasumi: This Persona also increases Ann's chances of dodging ice attacks even further. But if her opponent is stronger than even that, she can fuse both of her Persona together and form Célestine.

Kasumi: A beautiful actress who performed as Carmen in the opera named for the role. So tempestuous and outspoken was she that it's said the main role was rewritten to better suit her. She can block out fire, is resistant to electricity, and is weak to ice but her chances of evading it are higher than before.

Kokonoe: Instead of using chained dogheads or veins, see instead uses her own hair to strangle her foes. She has the same powers as both Carmen and Hecate combined, which makes sense since she's a fusion of the two. She also has all the same abilities but can now increase her magical power even higher.

Junko: So now we go from taking Celeste's hair to taking her name huh?

Kasumi: Hm? Well, I guess Ann's Persona does have the same hair but um... don't you look more like Ann herself? Same hair... same eyes... it's like you died and was reincarnated as a Persona character.

Junko: Ha! Are you saying even after dying a second time I end up coming back to life as a different person?! Like that's even... possible... huh... yeah so let's move on to Ann's weapons. Not only does Ann's outfit protect her from distortions, but it also lets her use her Sexy Technique♥!

Junko: By doing a sexy pose, Ann can stun just about any opponent! This works on both men and women by the way!

Kasumi: H-How is that a weapon?!

Junko: It's the weapon of Fanservice duh! It's always effective!

Kokonoe: Moving on, Ann also has several items making her resistant to multiple different ailments such as fear, confusion, despair, hunger, sleepiness, curses, brainwashing, dizziness, and even preventing her from losing her memory. In addition to this, she has items that make her repel physical attacks and increases her chances of evading magic attacks.

Junko: And on top of this, she has a gun!

Kasumi: Oh um right. Ann has access to at least 29 guns all strong enough to blow up cars. She can use it to take out several foes at once and some of them even have different effects on her enemies.

Junko: For example, with the Brain Shot and Pink Buster, she can brainwash her opponent. And with the Wild Hunt and Gungnir guns, she can make her foes fall into the darkest pits of despair.

Kasumi: Her Gungnir gun is actually her strongest gun. But she does have customized weapons that can shock her opponent, burn them, make them dizzy, or make them fall asleep.

Junko: In addition to her guns, she has a kinky whip!

Kasumi: Um right. Ann has 29 different whips as well. By channeling fire through her body she can channel it through her whips for double the damage and just like her guns, some of her whips can do different things like burning or shocking her foes. She can put fear and despair into them, make them dizzy, have them fall asleep, or make them forget how to fight. Even her strongest whips are capable of freezing her foes.

Kokonoe: But despite Ann's strengths, she does have a few weaknesses.

Junko: Yeah, as stated before, she may be the best at using magic out of the Phantom Thieves, but she's the weakest of the Phantom Thieves physically. She's also not the brightest, but at least she's smarter than Ryuji. She also has a slight temper but that never really gets in her way that much.

Kasumi: Also she might be resistant to ailments, but aside from getting burned, she's not completely immune to any of them. Plus she is still weak to ice despite her high chances of evading it.

Kokonoe: But she is a founding member for a reason. With this much power, Ann has certainly proven herself as a Phantom Theif and she won't let anyone tell her otherwise.

Ann: I'm not some cheap girl you can toy with, you scumbag. You stole everything from Shiho. You destroyed her. Now it's your turn! I will rob you of everything!
