Dana: In a kingdom ruled by a child, you would expect there to be some... minor issues.

Lisa: But if that child is getting advice from an evil dictator who would give Sheeve Palpatine a run for his money, you can expect some things to go wrong.

Dana: Akame learned this first hand when her parents sold her and her sister to the Empire. Forcing them to participate in a harsh exam that basically threw them into a forest full of danger beast along with ninety-eight other children.

Lisa: Add another name to the "My parents are assholes so I'm a badass" list. Thanks dad. Well, out of the one hundred participants, Akame and her sister became two of the few who actually survived the exam. However, this guy named Gozuki didn't want them in the same group. So he separated them and took Akame all to himself. Well, at least until she decided to betray the government and join a rebellious group of assassins called Night Raid.

Dana: And she was a perfect match due to Gozuki already molding her into such a killing machine, he gave her his teigu.

Lisa: Sounds like another word for a di-

Dana: Teigu's are mysterious, rare, and powerful weapons that only the strongest warriors can possess. Their are 48 of these weapons, all coming in different shapes and sizes.

Lisa: And Akame has none other than the one-cut killer itself... Murasame. This beautiful blade is exactly as the title suggests. With just one small scratch, this blade can give you a poisonous curse that stops your heart completely. Thus making it extremely hard to clean and sharpen. Not that it's not already sharp enough. I mean, this chick literally cut a stone pillar like it was butter.

Dana: And that's not even the limit on her blade. By discarding her humanity and embracing her inner demons, Akame can unleash its trump card, Little War Horn. This increases Akame's already immense speed and strength but at a cost of suffering agonizing pain for the rest of her life.

Lisa: Only other problem with this blade is that it can't effect you if you're wearing armor or don't have a heart. But that's fine. Even without her blade, this chick's a total badass. Using her own sheer willpower, she became immune to mind manipulation, the cold, and a limited amount of poison.

Dana: That's not all. She's strong enough to break a man's neck with her legs and fast enough to run Mach speeds. She's a cunning strategist and a danger in the battlefield. She won't even let her opponents talk to buy time.

Lisa: Yep, and once she's in her bloodlust mode, you better run cause she'll show no mercy. By saying the word buried to herself, she gets serious and really goes for the kill.

Dana: Akame also has a limited ability to sense the aura and presence of others even when they're completely invisible.

Lisa: Damn. Is there any way to stop this chick?

Dana: Well, yes. Despite her durability, she is still somewhat vulnerable to sharp objects like swords and bullets.

Lisa: Like hell that matters. Cause no matter what, Akame always gets the job done.
