"Does your captain know?" He asked, running a hand through his salt-colored hair.

"Nah," she lied. "He has no clue."

Cafferty nodded. "So we're good then?"

"We're good," she replied looking down at her nails. "You got the key card already?"

"Yup," he answered eagerly. "Another tequila sunrise, Sheridan?"

"Sure, Mickey," she replied.

Cafferty snapped his fingers at the bartender. Then he invaded Officer Sheridan's space, kissing her liquor-laced mouth. His right hand gently fondled her ass as a burst of hormones clouded his vision. She complied, licking his bottom lip to distract him from her charade.

"Let's go baby," she whispered seductively.

"Lead the way, gorgeous," he answered, never realizing the trap she'd laid with her precinct.
