We now continue this series with the next installment of the Elementals Trilogy with The Elementals: Dawn of The New Abilities. This is by vovnix, who wrote the previous book in the Trilogy.

Now this book has extremely big shoes to fill, because the last book won a Watty award. Does it live up to the first book? Let's find out!

Story: My goodness, there were major stakes in this book! It starts off slow, but I feel like it needs to, as the story goes along, it picks up the pace and it never stops! Definitely how a book should be written! My only nitpick is that some of the chapters feel like filler, but it did not ruin the experience for me. 49/50

Characters: The characters are fleshed out even more in this book, as we can feel that they are friends, that they are a family. The importance of their bond is ever so present. The main villain is the single most hateful person I have ever read about. He was a slimy, menacing, horrible person and I loved every second he was mentioned! My only nitpick is that some of the characters I just could not get myself attached to them like in the first book. Nevertheless, the characters in here are just magnificent! 29/30

Grammar and Punctuation: Again, no problems here! I hope you publish this book someday! I would love to read it! 20/20

So the answer is yes! This does live up to the first book, probably even surpasses it! One of the best sequels on Wattpad!
