Tell us a little bit about yourself
I'm a mamma of two living in France. and yes, as a trlingual ESL author it's not always easy, especially when you are writing in one language and the perfect expression in in another one, which is *not* your mother tongue XD
What genre do you write in? Why are you drawn to the genre?
At the moment, I'm writing Paranormal with a touch of Romance. However, I have many more genres simmering in my back burner, from Fantasy to Historical, passing though Crime and ChickLit.
I suppose this is because I've been reading whatever stumbled into my hands when I was young
What is your most memorable moment on Wattpad?
when Kindling hit 100 reads. I know, it's a very small achievement, but back then it meant a lot to me.
Do you think that writing on a platform such as Wattpad has helped you grow as a writer?
indeed! Wattpad gave me the opportunity to meet and measure myself with other authors.
What advice can you give to those that are just starting out on their online writing journey?
Do not take personally criticism, it's what will help you see your weakness as an author and give you some guidelines about how to improve.
Oh, you were talking about haters? Been there, and I'd rather put my energies into something more constructive, like my novel ;)

Recipe Name: Panettone di ricotta
Is there a special story behind the recipe? If so can you tell us a little bit about it?
Once upon a time, when I worked in a pizzeria, I was defied to prepare a ricotta-based dessert for someone who did not like such cakes. I baked this, and I won.
Moral of the story: sometimes, you just need the right recipe to appreciate an ingredient. Except pigeon. If you want to try it, find a chef whose specialty is pigeon.
Ingredients:
ricotta: 300gr (1 1/2 cups)
flour: 300gr (1 1/2 cups)
sugar: 300gr (1 1/2 cups)
eggs: 3
baking powder: 1 sachet
lemon: 1 ( zest)
Directions:
Grease a 26cm (10 inch) baking pan.
preheat the oven to 180C (356F).
wisk in a large bowl the ricotta until creamy, then add sugar and the eggs and mix well.
add the sifted flour, baking power and lemon, and mix gently.
Pour the batter in the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
For a more lemomy taste, add the juice as well; or you can replace with vanilla extract and add chocolate chips to taste.
I know what I'm going to be trying to bake this weekend!
