Tell us a little bit about yourself

Hiya everyone! I'm a clumsy writer with a strong love for food, dogs and my bed. That's who I am, including being a bookaholic. I watch TV shows and movies all day while trying to put together words at night. (yep, im a night owl)

What genre do you write in? Why are you drawn to the genre?

I mostly write in Teen Fiction and Humour but I am open to writing other genres. I definitely do read a lot of different genres so I'm not really drawn to one specifically.

What is your most memorable moment on Wattpad?

My most memorable moment - huh, that's a heck of a question. XD

I guess I have a lot of beautiful moments on Wattpad, from my very first vote to the time I reached 1K reads on my book to being a part of the Wattpad Block Party. All those moments made me burst with happiness! :')

Do you think that writing on a platform such as Wattpad has helped you grow as a writer?

Oh, most definitely! Looking back at my old writing, I know I have grown so much, especially in terms of grammar and phrasing. I do always cringe looking back but I'm also glad at the progress I've made and at all the people who have guided me.

What advice can you give to those that are just starting out on their online writing journey?

Don't give up! I know there are a lot of writers who eventually stop - maybe because of no reads or bad feedback or being too hard on themselves. Just keep going. Keep writing. Because writing makes you happy and you're doing this for yourself and not anyone else. One day, you'll make it. But till then, keep on pushing! :')

What books have most influenced your life most?

That's a hard question to answer for sure. Growing up, I always loved going to the library to get books, from reading Goosebumps to the Harry Potter series. Even Twilight! (yes, i actually said that! xD) Oh, I even fell in love with A Series of Unfortunate Events. So, yep - there were a looot of books xD

Recipe Name: Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Is there a special story behind the recipe? If so can you tell us a little bit about it?

First of all, let me tell ya'll that I cannot cook. I burn almost everything. Yes, I'm a disaster. However, one day, I was watching this movie called Chef and he was making this oh-my-gosh delicious, mouthwatering-looking grilled cheese sandwich and I knew I had to make it.

And, voila! I did!

It may not have turned out right the 1st time. But, third time's the charm! ;)

Ingredients:

2 tbsp butter

2 slices bread

1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

Melt 1 1/2 tbsp butter in a skillet pan over medium-low heat. (not high or else you gonna set fireeee to the food) Place bread slices on top of the melted butter.

Spread about 1/4 cup cheese on one slice of bread; place the other slice of bread, butter-side up, on top of the cheese. Spread about 2 tablespoons of cheese on top of the sandwich.

Melt remaining 1/2 tablespoon butter in the skillet next to the sandwich. Flip the sandwich onto the melted butter so that the cheese-side is facing down. Spread remaining cheese on top of the sandwich.

Cook sandwich until cheese on the bottom is crispy, for about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip sandwich and cook until cheese is crispy on the other side too.
