This was the story that I had first started wattpad with. The Hoodie Girl is therefore very close to my heart.

The first major thing that I loved about this work of Yuen's were the beautiful quotes that she had included just above all the chapters. It gave another essence to the book and I was quite impressed when I read it for the first time. Now coming on the book:

It basically talks about this girl Wren who is a little of an ambivert, though she may seem more like of an introvert in the beginning of the book. The book flows ahead really well and it gets you pretty hooked to the plot as if you were the main character. It revolves around a bunch of teenagers and the book is full of craziness, life, love, annoyance (cute though) and a bunch of more adjectives. I strongly feel that the characters have been developed extremely well and the writing is so beautiful. I completely lived this book and if you are in for lot's of cliffhangers and don't want to read some majorly serious stuff (like excessive child abuse, drug use, gangs/mafia, disorders etc) then this is the perfect read for you.

It will make your hands ache to turn the page, I mean, swipe the screen ;)
