In order to be an Ambassador, users must not use counter cyber bullying (as in use cyber bullying against cyber bullying) to address issues. If found guilty of this, the Ambassador will receive a penalty point. A total of 5 penalty points will result in a demotion of rank and private chat with the current President, where the Ambassador will be questioned about their behavior. A total of 10 penalty points will result in a board meeting to discuss whether or not the Ambassador should be removed.

There will be multiple divisions of Ambassadors that cover corresponding topics.

A Chief Ambassador will oversee all Ambassadors and will report directly to the Board via Kik (or Discord server should one be developed in the future) of all cases and actions of Ambassadors.

An Ambassador's main job is to handle a case within their topic appropriately and ensure that the defendants are well loved, as many times they will feel unloved. Ambassadors will become more than a counselor to the defendant but also as a friend the defendant can rely on.

Ambassadors will report to the Chief Ambassador about the case and MUST BE GIVEN APPROVAL BY THE CHIEF AMBASSADOR BEFORE CONTINUING COURSE OF ACTION. However, should the Chief Ambassador not be online at the time of request, Ambassadors can pass their request to the Board.

The type of Ambassador corresponds to the topic they request to be in.

Here are the topics (may change to add more issues):

Abuse (ex.: ex's, former friends, etc.)

Common Bullying (usually in real life)

Death Threats (WARNING: SENSITIVE TOPIC)

Depression (WARNING: VERY SENSITIVE TOPIC)
Hate Accounts

Spam Accounts

Stalking

Suicide (WARNING: VERY SENSITIVE TOPIC)

In order for a user to apply for the role of Chief Ambassador (if not assigned) or an Ambassador, they must private message the current President with the following format.

User Name

Nickname

(Ambassador) or (Chief Ambassador)

If chosen Chief Ambassador: Must state reason as to why you think you are fit for the role and what skills you can provide that could improve WACS.

If chosen Ambassador:

Topic of choice

Answer questions: Why do you want to do that topic? Have you had any experience within that topic? Will you be ready for sensitive cases if asked to do one (don't feel pressured to say yes! we want you to be comfortable!)? How can you help improve the Wattpad community?
