*Republic city spirit Portal *
It's beginning to turn night while Mako waits near Republic city  spirit Portal ready to greet  Korra and Asami after they have been gone on their "girls only  vication". As he waits, another young man with a fire ferret on his shoulder walks up next to him 

"Hey Bolin " Mako said without turning around
"Hi Mako" Bolin responds 
After standing for a couple of minutes in silence Bolin ask " so are you gonna tell her?"
"Tell who what" asks Mako knowing perfectly well who Bolin was talking about
"Aw you know who I'm talking about Mako" he says lightly while gently  punching his brother's shoulder . Then in serious tone he says" seriously you should tell her how you really feel". Mako looks briefly into his brother's eyes to see if he was actually being serious  and he sighs when he sees that he is 
Mako rans a hand through his hair and expresses his concern" I don't know Bolin. What if she doesn't feel  the same way ? What if she doesn't want to be something more ?I'll just look stupid in front of her" 
Bolin put a hand on Mako's shoulder and says" bro I saw the way  you too looked at each other everyone saw the way you guys where looking at each other at varrick's wedding
*Mako's falshback*
Mako was  talking with Wu but all he can see  is her  she looks beautiful in her watertribe dress. He couldn't stop looking at her. All he could think about was how he never stopped loving her and needed her to be at his side

Bolin was still talking" you can't live in fear that she might turn you down. You know you love her and she needs to know that -" Bolin gets cut off from what he was about to say because Korra and Asami just stepped out of the spirit Portal
