*Air temple Island*
After everything was cleaned and washed,Korra goes outside down to the dock to look to the moon . She sits down on the edge and thinks back to varrick's wedding
*Korra's flashback*
She hates wearing dress it felt weird , she couldn't believe that Asami felt comfortable  wearing dress.Korra sight and began to walk around making small conversation with Wu and Mako . She looks right into pair of soulful amber-gold eyes that always seem to pull her in and never let go.the same pair of eyes that she feel in love with and will always does
*Flashback Ends*
Korra opens her eyes trying to clear her mind . She knows she loves Mako but she doesn't want to make the first move again. As she begins to think some more, she hears footsteps  along the dock toward her. She jumps up and immediately takes a water bending stance
Mako is  about halfway along the dock
When he sees Korra jump up . He stops and hold up his hand but he can't stop staring at her in awe, at how powerful she looks "it's just me Korra" he says in soothing tone"can I join you out here ?"
"Sure" she says  and begins to relax when she realizes it's Mako but then her heart goes into overdrive. especially when she sees how's looking at her

Mako and Korra have been sitting at the dock almost all night, Talking and catching up non stop. When they finally come to comfortable scilence , the two look  cross Republic city and admire the light
Mako has been having  a mental war with himself, depating on wether or not to tell Korra about how he feels. He looks back at Korra and makes decision
"Hey Korra " Mako starts"do you ever feel like you never noticed how much you love something until it disappears? But when it shows up again , you don't know wether to cry tears of Joy or sorrow because you don't know wether you are crying because you lost it or because you found it again ?" Korra looks at Mako then looks up at the moon and replies"yeah,all the time " korra's heart begins to race again because she keeps thinking about Mako
*Korra's flashback*
She sill loved him when they last broke up and she hates the hollow feeling in her heart that happened right after they broke up. It felt like someone just ripped a  hole in her heart she doesn't want to let him go again
*Flashback Ends*
Korra quickly closes her eyes , trying not to let the tears fall when she feels Mako's hand gently wiping away a stray tear . After that she couldn't hold back the tears and wave after wave of emotion,that had been held for to long, poured out of her. She still loves him and always will
Mako watched as Korra began to cry wondered if they were tears of Joy or sorrow and started to think about which kind of tears he would cry
Mako puts his hand around Korra , pulles her onto  his  lap and begins stroking her hair while murmuring comforting words.  He loved how perfect she fit in his arms . Almost as if she was always meant to be there . He doesn't want to let her go
As Korra began to pull herself together and tries to pull away from Mako. He just tightend  his grip around her and whisper"I let you go once and I 'm never going to let you go again " Korra looks up  at him in  surprise and her jaw drops a little. She can't believe that he just said that ! But she needs more proof . So she asked" what did you just say?" Mako spins Korra around to face him ,so that she's almost straddling his lap . He looks her  directly  in the eyes and says" Korra , l have always loved you and I made the  mistake of letting you walk away because I thought we would better be as  friends . I want you to give me another chance to show you that you are the only one for me and that I am the only one for you. So what do you say ?  Will you give me a chance?"
Korra is speechless! She is overjoyed that Mako still loves her . She gives him a fierce hug and says" of course you can have another chance city boy! I love you too!"
