This story takes place one month after the end of HTTYD; one year after ROTG, Frozen, and Brave; and four years after Tangled. Merida met Astrid a little after the battle with the Red Death; Elsa met Hiccup, Astrid, and Merida at a meeting to discuss an alliance; and Elsa and Anna discovered Rapunzel to be their cousin after Elsa’s coronation. ROTG and the other four movies occurred in two separate universes but North, Bunny, and Sandy used North’s snowglobes to visit Elsa while she was in her room.
