Chapter 12? (Idk)
Just as Masky suspected, the rehearsal was a disaster, not even 5 minutes in, Jeff started crying, Natalie went to the bathroom, and Ben started saying bad words. Masky buried his head into his hands, he was so sick and tired of all of the stress. SharpShot took a notice to Masky, and sat down next to him.
"You okay there, Masky?" She asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine," he lied. SharpShot looked at the Masked proxy. She squinted, trying to figure out what to say.
"Don't lie to me," she finally managed to push out.
"How did you-," Masky started, but was cut off.
"I just knew," SharpShot said, answering Masky's question without hearing it. Sometimes, Masky wished that she wasn't so smart, but alas, she was. The female next to him sighed, looking at him.
"Why did you bring Nina here?" She questioned. Masky all of the sudden realized something, he never told Nina about the problem and how he needed help. Somebody else must have told her. SharpShot, who was still waiting for an answer, was looking at him. Masky just shook his head and shrugged.
All of the sudden, Nina started shouting.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY HUBBY?!"
Then it hit him, Puppeteer was using Jeff as a character in the story, Nina just wouldn't shut up when she saw Jeff being held by Judge Angels. Nina started staring at Masky.
"Aren't you going to do anything?!" Nina whined. Nina was definitely getting on Masky's nerves, that was for sure, so Masky just ignored her, but Nina couldn't take a hint if her life depended on it, so she kept whining.
"Do something!" She screeched. SharpShot looked at Masky, winked, stood up, and shouted at her.
"Take a hint, Nina! He doesn't even love you anyways!"
Then she sat back down, Nina just sat there, dumbstruck. Then she started to pout.
(Le time skip to after the rehearsal)
"I'll take him, thank you very much!" Nina said as she snatched Jeff out of Judge Angels hands, then stormed away. After everybody was ready, they went back to Offender's car. However, now that they had an extra person, they would have to squeeze in even tighter. The seating arrangement looked like this.
Driver- Masky
Shotgun- SharpShot, with Sally in her lap, and Smile on Sally's lap
Backseat- Babies, Nina, Hoodie, Offender, Toby
Laughing Jack just decided to run.
As they were heading back, Ben woke up.
"F-fwuq." SharpShot whipped her head around.
"Did Ben just say what I think he said?" She questioned. Toby just nodded, and SharpShot looked back at the front.
"SharpShot?"
"Yes, Sally?"
"Can I watch you play on your phone?" SharpShot nodded and put her phone in front of Sally, who instantly started looking through her games.
"What's Prayr?" Sally said as she pointed at the game.
"Um, not something you should play," the teenager replied. Sally just nodded and pointed at another game. Soon, music was playing.
SharpShot's on Magic Piano, isn't she?
Masky looked at her phone.
Yep.
When they got home, Sally was practically begging SharpShot to come into the house. Masky just snickered at the sight of a 12 year old bossing around a 19 year old, you have to admit, it's funny to see how bossy Sally can be. When they got inside, Hoodie started whining.
"I'm hungry," he cried. Masky looked at him like he had five arms.
"You sound just like a teenager," Masky said, then instantly wished he could take it back because there were two actually teenagers who acted nothing like that. Yet when he looked up, SharpShot was gone, he started to panic a bit because she was basically one of his last lifelines if he wanted to survive this situation. All of the sudden, he heard humming from the kitchen. When he looked in, who else but SharpShot was in there. She looked at him and said one thing that made reality smack him in the face.
"Why is the oven broken?"
Masky gulped, he had forgotten all about that! Memories came flooding back to him about the fire in the kitchen.
"There was, a um, little complication and the oven caught on fire," he said. SharpShot just nodded, and looked at her phone. When Masky walked over, he saw that she was looking at recipes that didn't need an oven. She stopped in one that said, :No Bake Cookies:.
"I didn't know you could bake," Masky said, shocked. The female just laughed.
"Please, I've been baking for as long as I can remember, same with cooking," she responded. Masky felt a little bit of relief, now knowing that they had a cook on the team. However, one thing crosses his mind. Sure they had a cook, but for how long?
"How long can you stay?" Masky asked, concerned. SharpShot just looked at the recipe, thinking.
"I don't know, I'll stay as long as I can, but I don't know how long that will be," the female responded.
When the cookies were done, Masky smiled and grabbed a cookie. He ate the cookie, the cookie was good.
