So I promised this in the 'Religion' chapter. Go read that first, this will have a lot of references to that.

P R A C T I C E S 

WatcherWings wear capes, and like I said last time, it's is a symbol of unity. There may be fights and drama, but the Watcherwings would like to stay united thank you very much. 

Watcherwings also pray. They pray to each dragon. Watcherwings pray to "The Sandwing" for peace and prosperity. "The Nightwing" Is prayed to for victory and luck. "The Icewing" is prayed to for will and determination. 

H O L I D A Y S 

I will be using our calendar for this, because that's easy. 

January 3rd: "Open". This is the day that the trio came to the moons. This day is like new years for us. Dragons start on a clean slate, and dragons are encouraged to forgive others. It is tradition to let prisoners visit their families on this day. Festivals are held with music and dancing. It is said any dragons hatched on this day will have good luck. 

February 8th: "Pride." This is the rumored hatching day of the Icewing. This is when many dragons try to to great feats of flight. Some dragons however, run a small underground parade filled with colorful flags. Not many know of that, though.

March 12th: "Alert". This is when war was declared between the Icewing and Nightwing. Dragons try not to use fire on this day, as if trying to restrain war from coming back. This is also a day of grieving loss of dragons.

June 6th: "Rest". This is the day the Sandwing stopped the war. This is another day of celebration. Many dragons spend the day on Eco, buying gifts for loved ones. It is also the day that many replace old capes.

June 7-12th: "Healing." This is the time where dragons give the present they bought on Rest. It is tradition to give smaller gifts at the start and bigger gifts near the end. Festivals are held on the last day, saying farewell to the gift giving week.  

September 2nd: "Victory." This is the rumored hatching day of the Nightwing. This day is one of prayer and hope. Schools often use this holiday to help struggling students catch up.

December 3rd: "Creativity." This is the rumored hatching day of the Sandwing. This is a day where all dragons are urged to show creativity. Make art! Write stories! Play music! Heck, make up a weird game to play with others! This is the day to show your creative flare.
