I tried my best and hope you like it
(Hamilton perspective)
Hamilton hated today he hated this day so much. You tried to avoid this day as much as possible. (1768) he hated this year
and it was the anniversary of his mother's death. Usually on this day he'd stay quiet. And he'd cry, isolate himself and mourn of his mother's death.
(Washington perspective)
Today was supposed to be a great day, like everyday. Because Hamilton was always amazing sure he had a little bit of a temper but he always told you why. Because Hamilton talked and talked and talked . Washington wants to talk to his boy because he wasn't in the office like usual but then figured he's probably just working because that's what Hamilton does. So he waited and waited and waited till the clock hit 4:00 they began working at 5 am . Washington was about to see what was wrong, then Hamilton came out and grabbed work from Washington's desk not making any eye contact with Washington himself going back to his desk and returning to work . This is a little off, considering that the boy always spoke so what was the difference now. Washington decided to visit Hamilton. He knocked on the door.
(Hamilton perspective)
Hamilton heard a knock. Put on a smile thinking maybe it might be Washington, and Washington it was. it seems like Washington could see right through his smile. Because Washington just frowned and asked him "what's wrong". Hamilton didn't want to tell him Hamilton didn't want to talk about it. "I don't understand what you're talking about sir" Washington sighed, "Alexander please. What is upsetting you. And don't say nothing I know something's wrong"... ugh he thought of Washington as a mentor but why did Washington care. The thought of Washington caring reminded him of his mother. His mom unmoving cold and dead. Hamilton let out a cry forgetting that Washington was around. Hamilton fell to his knees . Washington kneeled down right beside him. "Alex! Hey hey-hey what's wrong?!?" Hamilton Stayed on the floor but wiped the tears off his face. "I'm sorry sir-I just-I can't-"
(Quick change Washington perspective)
The idea had just crossed his mind. The boy - Alexander never talks about family. Washington would display his emotion in a different Manor when he had lost his family members. But maybe Hamilton and lost one of his. It had to be death of a loved one. Because Hamilton was always talkative. No matter the circumstances even when Hamilton should be quiet he talked.
(Haha back to Hamilton perspective)
it's to much oh my gosh my mother wouldn't want to see me like this. "I-I" Hamilton stood up. Then Washington hugged him. Why was Hamilton being hugged. he hadn't been hugged since his mother. No Hamilton keep it together Hamilton. Not in front of the general Hamilton. "I'm sorry for your loss" he hears Washington say. Hamilton sniffles then gets stiff .
"hu what? I don't know what you mean. I'm fine-what" Washington only sighs and says "it's all right it's nothing to feel weak or embarrassed about I'm here." Hamilton's breathing hitches and he buries his head into the generals neck and begins to sod.
(Sponge Bob narrator voice: awhile later)
"I'm sorry" Washington is confused with Hamilton's statement. Hamilton tries again "like I'm sorry that I started crying on you ...I'm sorry that I Disturbed you
just remind me of her. Nobody has cared about me since she passed "
(Washington perspective)
His poor Alexander. No one had cared for his Alexander since the death of his mother. And who knows how long he has been without his mother. Washington then says "hey hey it's okay. you did nothing wrong"
"I -no - I'm sorry "Washington hears Hamilton say. "Alexander son it's alright" Hamilton nods at him and hugs him.
