Prompt: Alex has to get a shot for Pertussis (whooping cough) and measles

Sorry if you wanted it to have to do with covid but if I hear one more word about covid then I'll explode so we're going to make it about measles and pertussis

I overhear a conversation Alex is having with burr. "-lexander you need to get your Pertussis and measles vaccines!" I hear Aaron speak

"Nnnnnever!!!! I will not!!!! You can't make me!!!!!" I hear him screech

"Alexander, do you not have your vaccines?" Alex shook his head

"FUck neEdLeS!!!!!!!" I sigh "language"

He grumbled "I don't wanna get the vaccines!!!!"

"Alex you could get too sick to write and you could cough so much you can't talk" I hear a grumble but he nods.

"I hate needles" he grumbled "I can tell son"

Alex clings to me witch is unlike him but I let him do so. I lift him up and walk him to the doctor's office because it wasn't far from here.

Alex whined as he held onto me. I just held my son closely as I walk in.

"Hello how may i help you?" I hum
"There are some due shots for Alexander Hamilton" she nodded

"Ah, of course we've been waiting on those for quite some time now" Alex whined and clung to me tighter.

After a while in the waiting room a doctor called Alex in. Alex didn't let go of me so I carried him there. He curled up and it made him way heavier, I'm guessing that was his plan.

I was lead to the doctor's office. Eventually I set him down.

The doctor walked around the room to get the vaccines. "Nonononooooo" I hear Alexander start to panic. "Shhh son your alright"

I see him calm down a little until he sees the shot.

"Alexander, hey, hey. Look at me, and hold my hand" Alex listen to my instructions.

He squinted his eyes when the first shot was being done. He held onto my hand tighter

Once the first shot was done the doctor put a Band-Aid over where the shot was taken. Then getting out his needle for the next shot.

It was the same protocol as before.

"You want a lollipop?" The doctor laughed. "I'm not a child" Alex spoke up.

"You sure about that?" Alex nodded.
I give the doctor a 'you better stfu' glare.

After that me and Alex walked back to work. Alex was safe from sickness. And the doctor knowing not to mess with my son.
