SEAFORD HIGH SCHOOL

In order to save the marching band, the school decided to throw a charity date auction to raise more money. Jack and Jerry sat in the front row, as a current bid was taken place.

"Okay, Pete Marcus goes to Sandy Bilbo. Remember, every dollar earned today at the It's A Date Auction,
goes to buying our marching band instruments." He explained, "Because a marching band without instruments is just some kids, stomping around a football field like a bunch of dopes." Milton Says

"Yo, to win an auction, you gotta play it smooth." Jerry Says

"Oh yeah, I mean Jerry they've auctioned off six girls already, I figured you would already placed a bet." Jack Says

"You see guys, you gotta let the other bidders make the first move." Jerry Says

"Up next is Carol Thompson." Milton Says, gesturing to Carol.

"$50!" Jerry Says, holding up his paddle.

"Ooh, okay. uh, who will give me $60?" Milton Asked, looking out towards the crowd.

"$75." Jerry Shouted again, as Milo and Jack
looked at him.

"Smooth, Jerry. Smooth." Jack Says

"Sold to Jerry Martinez for $75." Milton Says

Jerry holds Carols hand as she walks off the stage, the next contestant is up, which is Abigail.

"Next up is Abigail Fernandez, get that money ready gentlemen for this feisty Latina." Milton Says

"Hello boys." Abigail Says, as she winks at the crowd.

"$45." A student shouted, holding up his paddle.

"$45, that's good can we take it any higher than that?" Milton Asks

"$55." Randy Says, laughing while holding up his paddle.

"Oh, no, no anyone but Randy." Abigail Says

"$55, can we go higher than that?" Milton Says

"$65." Sydney shouted, holding up his paddle.

"$65 okay, anyone else want to raise it?" Milton Asks

"I'll raise it to $75." Milo Says, holding up his paddle.

Abigail looks over at him with a surprised look, as well as Jerry and Jack.

"Wait Milo's betting on Abigail?" Jerry questioned, raising a brow.

"Huh, now I didn't see that coming." Jack Says, nodding his head.

"Me neither.." Jerry Says

"$75 can we-" Milton Says

"$90.." Randy Says, then winks at Abigail who shakes her head no.

"$90 dollars going once.." Milton Says

"$150." Milo Says, as the crowd all "Ooh".

"Whoa." Jack and Jerry Says

"Oh my." Abigail Says

"$150, that's highest bid so far..going once, going twice..sold to Milo Rivera." Milton Says

The crowd applauds as Milo helps Abigail off the stage.

"Milady." Milo Says

"Thank you, you just saved me from the date from hell with Randy." Abigail Says, as Milo chuckles.

"No problem." Milo Says, as they take their seats.

"And that brings us to Kim Crawford. This black belt beauty is what you saved your lunch money for, people." Milton Says

Kim walks through the curtain and the crowd applauds for her, as she look's nervous.

"Milton, I don't know if I can do this. This is kind of embarrassing, it's not really my thing. I don't..."

Kim gets cut off as music plays aloud and the pyro goes off,  she flips her hair back and starts strutting down the little stage and this makes the bidders cheer even more.

"Okay. Well, you are a shy little thing, aren't you?
Do I hear 50?"

"Yes, you do, you do, you really do." Albert Says, smiling ear to ear.

"Albert, President of the Mathletes with the first bid. Do I hear 60?" Milton Asks

The football captain of the school then raises his paddle, "Nicholas, Captain of the football team. Do I hear 70?"

"70." Albert Says

"80?" Nicholas and Albert both raised their paddles again, "90?, Do I hear $100?" Milton Says

"$200! Ha!" Albert Says, as the crowd all gasp.

"Wha-going once, going twice..." Milton Says

"Keep going, keep going." Kim Says

"Sold for a record breaking $200 to Albert." Milton Says

Albert winks at Kim as she walked off the stage disappointed, so the next girl to be auctioned off.

"Carol, I've been saving for weeks, you're the only girl for me." Jerry Says, as they stand to their feet.

Milton brings out the next girl, "Up next is Sue Lin."

Jerry quickly turns and raised his paddle, "$100!"

Abigail and Jack shakes their heads as they watch him get dragged away by Carol. After the auction was over Milo walked Abigail to her locker.

"Thanks again Milo, I can't imagine spending hours with Randy ramble on about how he injured himself doing something completely stupid." Abigail Says

"No problem, I mean I was surprised that you were even in this thing." Milo Says

"I know, in my defense auctioning off girls kinda seems weird. But Milton is my friend and it was for a good cause, and he's lucky I care about him because I was so close to saying no." Abigail Says

"Well I'm glad you said yes." Milo Says

"So where are we going on our not "date"?" Abigail Asked, opening her locker.

"Actually I was hoping we'd make it an actual date." Milo Says

"What why?" Abigail Asked

"Because you know, I've only been here for a month and the more I've gotten to know you. I started to like you." Milo admitted, which made Abigail look lost for words.

"Oh..uh," She blushed, "You really like me?" Abigail questioned

"Yeah, Abigail I think your great, funny, smart and pretty. So what do you say, would you go out with me?" Milo Asked

"Sure." Abigail Says

"Yes!" Milo cheered, as Abigail raised a brow at him.

"Hold on, so...you went through all of that just so you could go on a date with me?" Abigail Says

"Yeah." Milo, smirked.

"You know Milo, you could have just asked me." Abigail Says

"Well I was going to but..there was thing lingering fear of you rejecting me." Milo Admitted

"Really..well since we're admitting stuff, I can admit when I first saw you..I thought you were really cute." Abigail Says

"Did you now?" Milo Says, smirking.

"Okay, okay easy there. But yes I did." Abigail Says

"And what about now, you still think I'm cute?" Milo Asked

"Yes." Abigail Says

"Sweet." Milo Says

SEAFORD MALL

After school Milton, Jack and Kim headed over to the mall. They sat in the courtyard, as Kim ranted on her about her date with Albert.

"I know it's for a good cause but, I can't believe I'm gonna have to go on a date with Albert." Kim Says

"Here's a little trick. If you need to end a date with a
nerd early, lean in, blow in his ear, he'll faint. You run." Milton Says, then walked towards the dojo.

"Uh, hey, Kim? uh, you're not gonna have to
go on the date with Albert." Jack Says

"Yeah, I am. He had the highest bid." Kim Says

"Well, he did the bidding, but it wasn't for himself.
It was for me." Jack Admitted

"What? Really, why?" Kim Asked

"I don't know, I guess...the thought of you going
out with some other guy...to be honest, it kind of bothered me." Jack Says

"What are you saying, Jack?" Kim Asked, intrigued.

"I'm saying that maybe we should go on a..." Jack trailed on, looking for the right words.

"An outing?" Kim suggested

"We could definitely do an outing." Jack agreed

"An outing." Kim nodded along

"An outing. Yeah." Jack Says

"So, uh, why didn't you just bid on me yourself?" Kim Asked

"I don't know. I just...I thought it would weird our friends out." Jack replied

"Yeah, you're right. The minute they find out we're going on an actual...date, they'll treat us differently." Kim Says

"So we'll keep it to ourselves?" Jack Asked

Kim smiled at him, "Absolutely."

"Kim!" Albert ran from Phil's, and approached her, "Kim! Kim!" He starts panting, out of breath.

"Albert, what are you doing here?" Kim Asked

"Kim, I'm glad I caught you. Give me a second. Woo!
Oh, I just ran all the way from Phil's. Jack, forget our agreement, I realize that I too have feelings for
Kim and I'm gonna take her on a date." Albert Says

"Uh, Albert, I..." Jack Says

"Jack, I got this." Kim Says

"Our date will begin with a romantic carriage ride through the park..." Kim walked over towards him, as he continued, "Where, you know, we'll hold hands and..." She then blows in his ear, he gets dizzy, "Nerd down." Albert Says, as he falls face down.

FALAFEL PHILS

"So, Sam, did you decide what you're gonna do for the school Talent Show?" Rudy Asked

"Yep. Piano." Sam answered

"It's pronounced karate, it's a good choice." Rudy Says

"But they have this great piano there, Rudy. I could program like ten different instruments on it, I think I can win." Sam Says

"Please. Nobody likes music. Karate's how you win a Talent Show. And I would have won mine if I didn't
get a raging case of donkey pox." Rudy Says

"Donkey pox?" Sam Says, furrowing his brows.

"Yeah, it's like chicken pox but phlegmier." Rudy Says

"I had to be in the bubble because I was contagious.
But everything was going fine until my regulator malfunctioned. Of course, the sneeze didn't help." Rudy Says

"Ooh, and what happened after that?" Sam Asked

"Well when I sneezed, it got on everyone in the front row." Rudy Says, as Sam grimaced.

"Gross." Sam Says

"Now, I lost, but the great thing about raising kids is
you can force them to achieve the goals you could not. That's just good parenting." Rudy Says

WASABI DOJO

The next day Kim was alone in the dojo, going over the bracelet she made for Jack. Abigail enters the dojo, smiling while texting.

"Hey, Abs." Kim Says

"Hey, Kim." Abigail Says

"What's that smile for?" Kim Asked

"Oh nothin, just smiling because tomorrow tonight is the night Milo and I go on our first date." Abigail Says, smiling walking towards her locker.

"So Milo bidded $150 just to ask you out?" Kim Says

"Yes, isn't that so sweet." Abigail Says

"It's something, but I think it's nice that you're finally getting to go out on date. I mean it's been almost a year since you and Jerry broke up, you deserve this Abigail." Kim Says

"Thanks Kim, and good luck on your date with Albert." She chuckles, "Make sure you tell me about it later." Abigail Says

"Yeah..sure, my date with Albert." Kim Says, chuckling.

Abigail pats her shoulder then walks towards the bathroom to go change, soon Jack enters the dojo.

"Hey, Kim. I got us a reservation at Portaccini's." Jack Says

"That's impossible." Kim Says

"Well tomorrow night, 7:30, table by the fountain." Jack Says

"This is gonna be perfect. I even made you a little something. But remember we're not saying a word about this to anyone." Kim Says

"Right." Jack Says

They share a look and smile awkwardly at each other, then laughs.

"Okay." Kim and Jack Says

Jack walks towards the bathroom as Jerry enters the dojo, on the phone with someone.

"Uh-huh. Really? You don't say." Jerry Says

He holds up his phone away from his ear, then opened his locker throwing his phone and sighed.

"Who was that?" Kim Asked

"That was Carol Thompson. Clingy." He sighed in annoyance, "Kim, I can't stand clingy girls." Jerry Says

"I'm sorry things with Carol didn't work out but, I'm sure the right person is even closer than you think." Kim Says

Jerry nods then went open his locker, Kim picks up her towel leaving behind the bracelet she made for Jack. Jerry turns around, noticing the jewelry and picks it up.

"Uh, Kim, you dropped this." He reads it, "J plus K?
No way. Wait, is this you and Jack? You guys are together?" Jerry Asked

"No. No no no no. It's not Jack, It's a different "J" person." Kim Says, as Jerry furrows his brows.

"Wait a minute, Jerry's a "J" person. Is this "J" me?" He Says

"Uh...Yes." Jerry gasps, "Yes, it is." Kim Says

"It makes so much sense now. The right person is closer than you think, wow I mean I'm truly shocked..I would have never suspected it, especially since you know Abigail's your best friend and all..but I guess you can't help who you fall for huh." Jerry Says

"Uh...Jerry-" Kim Says

"Get ready, because tomorrow night we're going on our first date." Jerry Says

"Uh, you know, Jerry, I..." Kim Says

"Shh shh shh shh shh, you're gonna see the soft,
sensitive side of Jerry Martinez. Just hang on." He opens his locker, Carol's still talking, "It's over, Carol. You're out!" Jerry Says, then slams his locker shut.

Later on after practice, Rudy stayed back to help Sam with his karate for the talent show.

"Okay, lesson one, defense. Now I'm gonna swing this focus pad at you and you're gonna duck under it,
Ready?" Rudy Says

"Yeah." Sam Says

Rudy swung the paddle at Sam, but he doesn't duck.

"You have to duck." Rudy Says

"Oh, all right." Sam Says

"Okay? Let's try it again," He swings the paddle again, but Sam doesn't duck on time, "You know, I think I see the problem." Rudy Says

"I'm not very good at karate?" Sam Says

"That, and you have the reflexes of a wall. But that's okay. Let me show you, I'm gonna say ready, you swing, I'll duck. Now, you're not gonna be able
to hit me because I'm a Sensei and I have what some people call super ninja reflexes." Rudy Says, but Sam cuts him off by swinging the paddle at him knocking him down.

Meanwhile outside in the courtyard, Jack is near the flower kiosk buying a wrist corsage.

"That's perfect. You know, I've never actually
bought a corsage before, I'm pretty excited.
It's for my new girlfr...person." Jack Says

The woman hands him the box where the corsage is in, he thanks her and goes to walk off but bumps into Milton.

"Hey, Jack. What you got in the box?" Milton Asks

"Uh, it's my uh..." He looks at a mans shirt as he walks by, "Bird. Bucky." Jack Says

"Why is your bird in a box?" Milton questioned

"Well, my bird is in a...box because it's...dead. I mean...dead." Jack Says

"I am so sorry, come on. Bring it in, you." Milton Says, holding out his arms.

"No, thanks." Jack declined

Milton insist and Jack goes in as he hugs him, the hug turned awkward soon as Milton started rubbing his head.

"Okay, you know...thank you, Milton, but I'm grieving, so I should probably be alone right now." Jack Says, as he walks into the dojo.

"You're wrong, Jack. A funeral service is exactly what you need. That's why I'm arranging one here at the dojo tomorrow." Milton Says

"Ah, I don't know, man. Bucky was a very private bird." Jack Says

"Trust me, Jack. I didn't get to say a proper good-bye to my goldfish. There are some days I just can't even get out of bed." Milton Says

"I'm sorry, man. When did that happen?" Jack Asked, as Milton started getting choked up.

"Nine years ago." Milton says, trying not to cry.

SEAFORD MALL COURTYARD

The next day, Kim was seen waiting in the courtyard for her date. Jack shows up, and approaches her.

"Wow. Kim, you look amazing." Jack compliments

"Thanks. You do too." She smiled, "This was supposed to be our romantic date at Portaccini's." Kim Says

"Yeah, instead I'm going to a funeral for a bird that doesn't exist." Jack Says

"I'm going on a date with Jerry who unfortunately does exist." Kim sighed

"Wait your date is Jerry?," Kim nods slowly, "Wait did you tell Abigail about this?" Jack Asked

"No, but I will, I just hope she isn't going to be mad at me." Kim Says

"Yeah sure, good luck with that." Jack Says, as Milton shows up.

"Let's get our grieve on, Jack." Milton Says

"Kim, you're not gonna believe this, I got us a table at Portaccini's. Some poor dude had to cancel." Jerry Says, chuckling.

Milton and Jerry pulled both Jack and Kim away from each other, they reached for each other's hands but looked at each other sadly as they parted ways.

DOS COMINOS

Down town Seaford, outside the Mexican restaurant there's a lot going. With music being played, customers dancing and talking amongst themselves having a great time.

Milo and Abigail walked inside the place hand in hand, she was in awe as she looked around the restaurant.

"Wow." Abigail Says

"I know right, is this place cool or what?" Milo Says

"Cool, this place feels like home, it reminds me of every Fernandez party I've ever attended in my life." Abigail Says

"Yo Milo." A boy greeted, as he hugged Milo.

"Rico what's up, man." Milo Says

"Ah, and who's this beautiful chica you brought with you tonight?" Rico Asked

"This right here is Abigail Fernandez, she's my date tonight." Milo Says

"Hola." Abigail Says

"Hola, Abigail, encantado de conocerte, guapa." Rico Says, as he shook her hand.

"Encantado de conocerte también, Rico." Abigail Says, as Rico nodded.

"Approved my friend, oh here's your table you requested." Rico Says

He shows them to their table, which is near a beautiful window view and they take a seat.

"Someone will be by to take your order, have fun you too." Rico Says, as he winked to Milo.

"He's nice." Abigail Says

"Yeah, he's a real charmer too." Milo Says

"How do you know Rico?" Abigail Asked

"Oh his mom and my mom are sisters, he's my older cousin." Milo Says

"Oh well that makes sense." Abigail Says

"I don't know if I said this earlier, but you look really pretty tonight." Milo compliments, as Abigail blushes.

"Aw thank you Milo, and it's your second time saying it by the way." Abigail Says, as Milo chuckles.

"I'm sorry." Milo Says

"Don't it's okay, so this your family's restaurant..must be kinda cool huh?" Abigail Says

"Yeah it is, oh you've got to try my uncle's tamales they're fantástico." Milo Says

"Well I'll be the judge of that." Abigail Says

Soon the band in the restaurant started to play salsa music, everyone immediately got out of their seats and started dancing. Milo glanced over at Abigail.

"Would you like to?" Milo Asked

"Heck yeah, let's go." She took his hand, leading him to the dance floor, "You know how to salsa?" Abigail Asked

"Do I know how to salsa?" he spun Abigail around, and dipped her, "It's in my blood." Milo smirked

"Smooth Rivera, very smooth." Abigail Says, as he lifted her up and they began salsa dancing.

PORTACCINI'S

Meanwhile at Portaccini's, Kim and Jerry were at their table. She seemed very uninterested and bored, as he rambled on.

"You know, I can't say I'm surprised you wanted to date me, Kim. See, the thing about me is I'm all cool on the outside, but on the inside I'm en fuego." Jerry Says

"What does that even mean?" Kim Asked

"On fire, but you know, I think that's why I suffer from extreme fevers. You know my doctor..." Jerry Says

As Jerry continues talking, Kim drifted off in a thought. She thought back to what Jerry said the other day, about Clingy girls.

"He said it was a mixture of like..." Jerry Says

"Yeah yeah. That's great. Whatever," She interrupted, "Listen, now that we're dating,
there's gonna be some changes." Kim Says

"Changes?" Jerry Says

"This Saturday, instead of going to your cousin Chewy's birthday, we're gonna go shopping for skirts." Kim Says

"But I don't wear skirts." Jerry Says

"And on Sunday, we're gonna go to the craft store, " She grabs his hand, "They have an all day candle
making class for couples." Kim Says, as Jerry gets freaked out and pulls away.

"That is so not en fuego." Jerry retorted

"I have to go to the bathroom, I'm gonna miss you so much." Kim Says

She gets up from her seat and blows many kisses at Jerry, he waved them away as she walked towards the bathroom. Seconds later, his phone rings.

"Hello?" Jerry Says

"Hey, Sweetie. It's me."

"Kim, are you calling me from the bathroom?" Jerry questioned

"Uh-huh," A toilet is heard flushing, "When I come back, I'm never letting you out of my sight. We're gonna go shopping..." Kim rambles on, as Jerry looks freaked out, tosses his phone into a glass of water.

SEAFORD HIGH SCHOOL

AUDITORIUM

"That was Donna Meikin playing Chinese checkers with her poodle. Who lost? All of us who had to watch it. Next up is Sam who's gonna kick things
into high gear with a little karate!" He kicks his leg up, and a rip is heard, "Oh, I hope that ripping
sound was my pants." He Says

Sam is wearing a flashy karate gi, Rudy shoved him onto the stage. He looks nervous, but Rudy gives him a thumbs up.

"Come on, Sam. Remember what I taught you." Rudy Says

Sam nods his head and tries to do the same karate routine, but the crowd seems unimpressed and starts booing him, Rudy rushes onto the stage.

"Hey, come on, come on. He's trying." Rudy Says

"Boo!" A kid shouted, then Rudy glared at him.

"Oh. Oh, really? Amazing Wally, your magic act stunk. The only thing you made disappear was my will to live." Rudy Says

WASABI DOJO

A few people showed up in attendance for the funeral, Milton was making a speech on Bucky's behalf.

"Your loss has left us in a lurch, we stare now at an empty perch. So sad are we that you are gone,
If only you had known the fan was on. Oh, death! Thy sting..." Milton Says, but Jack stands to stop him.

"Okay, thank you. Thank you." Jack Says

"Jack, why don't you come up and say something?" Milton Asks

"Uh, no no. I'm good. Thank you." Jack Says

"No, come on, say something." Milton encouraged, as Jack walked towards the podium.

"Bye bye, birdie. Thank you all for coming." Jack Says

"Oh, no. This was just the memorial. Now we take the four mile funeral march up to Mount Seaford for the graveside service." He explained, as Jack starts crying, "And then down to the skating arena for
the musical tribute Bucky's life on ice." Milton Says

"I wish it was me in the box, It should have been me." Jack Sobbed

FALAFEL PHILS

After their date, Kim and Jerry headed over to Phil's for dessert.

"What a night. Portaccini's for dinner, a walk through the park, and...the night ends here at our place. So I was thinking tomorrow we'd go to
the lake in Eisenhower Park and rent one
of those swan paddled boats and just
float for hours and hours and hours!" Kim Says

"We gotta talk. Uh, going out with you has been.." Jerry Says

"Go ahead. I can take it." Kim Says

"The greatest thing that ever happened to me." Jerry admitted

"Oh, it hurts! But they say time heals all...What now?!" Kim Says

"Ever since word got out that you and I are seeing each other, every girl in the school is interested in me." Jerry Says

"Bu-But I'm so overbearing and clingy." Kim Says

"And extremely annoying, plus, I don't know if
anybody's told you this, but you have this weird
waddle walk you do. But I don't care about all that,
what I care about is I'm rejecting girls that have been rejecting me since I started school. Because of you, Kim, I'm in a whole new league." Jerry Says, as he winked at other girls at a nearby table.

"Oh..." She groaned, "So...we're not breaking up?" Kim Asked

"Not for a long time." Jerry Says, as Kim started sobbing.

Meanwhile outside in the courtyard, Abigail and Milo are walking hand and hand as she carry's a takeout bag.

"Okay, I can admit you are a way better salsa dancer than me." Milo Says

"Thank you, but that's just because I've been a ballroom dancer since I was seven." Abigail Says

"So, I had a really fun time tonight." Milo Says

"I did too, I mean with the dancing, the great food and meeting the large family..I would say it's definitely in my top three of best dates." Abigail Says

"Hm top three, what could make it to number one?" Milo questioned, as he leaned closer towards her.

"I have an idea." Abigail Says

The both of them lean in, and are inches from kissing each other but they hear the sound of someone crying. Abigail looks over Milo's shoulder, and see's Kim sobbing in Falafel Phil's.

"Kim?" Abigail Says

"What?" Milo Says

"No, Kim she's crying in Phil's." Abigail Says, as Milo turned to see her friend crying inside the restaurant.

"Oh..." Milo Says

Abigail and Milo walks inside the restaurant, as Kim is sobbing as Jerry winks at the other girls from the table nearby.

"Kim, hey." Abigail Says, as Kim stops crying, and looks up at her.

"Abigail..hey." Kim Says

"Oh what's up guys." Jerry Says

"Hey, so uh is everything okay kim we heard you crying from outside?" Milo Asked

"Oh, that was pfft..I'm okay.." Kim Says

"Really?, so what are you and Jerry doing?" Abigail Asked

"We were just.." Kim Says

"Finishing up our date," Abigail's eyebrows rise, "Yup, that's right Kim and I are dating now." Jerry Says

"What!" Abigail Says

"Abigail look it's not what you think." Kim Says

"That what my best friend has been secretly dating my ex boyfriend behind my back what's up with that?" Abigail Says

"Wait, you and Jerry dated?" Milo questioned, as Abigail sighed.

"Yeah about that..." Abigail Says, as Jerry chuckles.

"This is awesome, my ex and my current girlfriend are fighting over me..this must what it feels like." Jerry Says

"Shut it Jerry!" Kim and Abigail Says

"I can't believe your dating Jerry, how could you Kim?!" Abigail Says

"So you and Jerry dated, and you weren't going to tell me?" Milo Says

"To be fair, it hasn't come up and it's not like I have you a reason to question whether we dated or not."

"But you did, and you didn't tell me.." He scoffed, "And your clearly upset about Kim dating him, which means you probably still has feelings for him." Milo Says

"No Milo wait.." Abigail Says

"I gotta go." Milo Says, then walks out the restaurant.

"Milo, come on." Abigail Says, then sighed.

"Well this was a great evening, Kim honey I'll see you tomorrow," He blows a kiss at her, then turns to see an angry Abigail, "Abs..see ya." Jerry Says, then walks out the restaurant.

Abigail glares at Kim angrily then walks out, Kim sighs.

"Abigail wait," She chases after her, "Please don't go, look I can explain why I went out with Jerry." Kim Says

"Okay, explain?" Abigail Says, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Look don't tell anyone this but, the only reason I went out with Jerry was because...I was secretly supposed to go out with Jack." Kim Says

"Wait what?" Abigail Says

"Well apparently Jack told Albert to bet on me at the auction, he was really the one who wanted to go out with me." Kim Says

"So you and Jack are dating, oh my god Kim this is great..wait why keep it a secret?" Abigail Asked

"Because Jack and I we're afraid of how you guys would react, or treat us. Tonight was supposed to be our actual date..I was going to give Jack a bracelet I made for him with J + K on it.." Kim Says

"And Jerry thought it was his, oh so that's how he ended up in this situation." Abigail Says, as Kim nodded.

"Yeah." Kim Says

"Okay, see that makes so much sense now." Abigail Says

"Of course, Abigail I can't believe you would ever think I would do something like that to you. We made a promise to each other, never let guys get in between our friendship." Kim Says

"Your right I'm so sorry," She hugged her, "I should known you would never date Jerry." Abigail Says, as Kim laughed.

"Oh god no." Kim Says, as they both laughed.

WASABI DOJO

In the dojo, Jack is asleep laying down on the bench as his feet soaks in a tub of ice. Milton enters the dojo, and quietly approaches him.

"There you are! Still recovering from the trip up Mount Seaford?" Milton Says

"Oh, yeah. The important thing is that it's all over." Jack Says, as he sits up.

"Not quite. You just need to be open to loving again.
That's why after my goldfish died, my dad got me Leonard," He takes a sheet off, revealing a bird in a cage, "And now, I'm giving him to you." Milton Says

"Come on, man. I don't know anything about birds.
Except for Lucky." Jack Says

"Bucky." Milton corrected

"Bucky." Jack Says

"It's really simple, just sing him a few songs, pluck his dead feathers, and most importantly, remember to change his diaper." Milton Says, handing him a diaper bag.

"Did you say change his diaper?" Jack Says

"Change me." Leonard Says

"What?" Jack Says

"Change me." Leonard Says

"Dude, I'm not changing your dia..." Jack Says

"I said change me!" Leonard Shouted, causing Jack to jump a little.

"Okay!" Jack Says, taking out some diapers.

SEAFORD HIGH SCHOOL

AUDITORIUM

"Let's just go. I was horrible, and everyone was booing me." Sam Says

"Aw, come on, Sam. Not everyone was booing you.
Some people were sleeping, others were running for the exits." Rudy Says

"I wish I could have just gone out and played the piano. I only did karate because you wanted me to." Sam Says, he goes to leave but Rudy stops him.

"Well, Sam, wait. I'm sorry, I tried to use your Talent
Show to make up for my own, but that stops now." Rudy Says, as Sam smiles.

Rudy walks back onto the stage and knocks down a participant in the show, who's dressed a clown and speaks into the microphone.

"All right. The show is not over. Today I forced Sam to do karate when what he really wanted to do was play the piano." Rudy Says

"Boo!" The crowd cheered

"So help me, Wally, I will you kick you where your doves hide! Now...on the piano, my main man Sam." Rudy Says

He pulls back the curtains revealing a beautiful, black grand piano. Sam sits down at the piano, and begins playing very impressively. As he finishes, the crowd begins cheering him.

"Sam, I am so proud of you. You were amazing." Rudy Says

"We have a winner." The teacher says, handing Sam the trophy.

"I won! I won!" He takes the trophy, but gives it back to Sam, "I mean, he won, he won." Rudy Says, raising Sam's hands into the air.

FERNANDEZ HOUSE

The next day, Abigail is sitting on the couch in her living room watching Tv, she hears a knock at the door and gets up.

"Who is it?" Abigail Asked

"It's Milo." She unlocked the door, "Hey."

"Hey." Abigail Says

"I need to explain." They both said

"You first." Abigail Says

"First off I wanted to apologize to you, I should have never overreacted the way I did especially before you even explained yourself." Milo Says

"It's okay." Abigail Says

"No it's not, look Abigail I'm sorry..I only got upset because I thought by the way you got so mad was, I thought you still had feelings for Jerry." Milo Says

"No Milo, I promise you that wasn't the reason. Turns out it was just a big misunderstanding, Kim and Jerry weren't really going out." Abigail Says

"They weren't, then why were they-" Milo Says

"Kim and Jack were supposed to go out, but wanted to keep it a secret. But somehow Jerry thought Kim wanted to date him, so in order to keep her and Jack a secret.." Abigail Says

"She went out with Jerry, oh now that makes sense." Milo Says

"Yeah." Abigail Says

"But again, I'm sorry for leaving you on our date like that..it was going so perfect. I just hope, I didn't ruin it." Milo Says

"No you didn't, it was still almost perfect. But I know just the thing to fix it." Abigail Says

"What?" Milo Says

Abigail walked closer towards him, and pulled him in for a kiss. She pulls away, as Milo seems stunned.

"Yup, that definitely fixes things." Milo Says, as Abigail smiles then he kisses her again.

SEAFORD MALL COURTYARD

Later on that same day, Kim and Jack agreed to meet up again for their second first date.

"Hey. I got us a table at Portaccini's, but we only have 40 minutes." Jack Says

"Okay, let's go." Kim Says

They walk off together but runs into Milton and Jerry again.

"Oh, hey, guys. Where you going?" Milton Asked

"Yeah, and why are you all dressed up?" Jerry Asked

"Well, I am dressed up...because I am going to see the new play!, at the place where people act." Jack Says

"Oh, you mean that 12 hour Shakespeare Marathon down at the Palladium? I am so in!" Milton Says

"Great. So that's really gonna happen now." Jack Says

"All right, Kim, let's go look for some cheerleaders for me to reject, and please, watch your waddle." Jerry Says

The four of them starts walking off, as Kim and Jack looks back at each other and sighed.

"You know what, that's it. I'm done." Jack Says

"Me too." Kim Says

"The truth is, we were going on a date last night,
but we wanted to keep it a secret from everyone." Jack Says

"So we made up a little lie, and it kind of blew up in our faces." Kim Says

"What do you mean?" Milton questioned

"Well, for starters, that box we buried, it wasn't a dead bird. It was a corsage for Kim." Jack Says

lAnd Jerry, that bracelet with the J plus K on it, the "J" was for Jack." Kim Says

"Wait. So you never really wanted to date me?" Jerry Asked

"Don't take this the wrong way, but absolutely not.
Tell you what, how about tomorrow at school you break up with me in front of the entire cheer leading squad and I'll take it really really hard?" Kim Says

"Oh, that'd be great, Kim. You're the best fake ex-girlfriend a guy could ever have." Jerry Says, patting her on the shoulder.

"Milton, I'm sorry, man." Jack Says

"Don't worry. It kind of worked out for me. I have been trying to get rid of that, feathered flying poop machine since the day I got him. Have fun on your date." Milton Says

He and Jerry nods to them then walks towards the dojo, Kim gives Jack the bracelet.

"This is for you." Kim Say, as they both chuckle.

"I had to hike up the side of a mountain to bury your corsage." Jack Says

"And I had to pretend to be Jerry's crazy girlfriend,
all this just so we can go on a date." Kim Says

"You know what? You're worth it." Jack Says, as he takes Kim's hand and they walk out the courtyard together.

PORTACCINI'S

Kim and Jack are eating their dinner, enjoying each other's company.

"So how's your Manicotti?" Jack Asked

"Really good. How's your Rigatoni?" Kim Says

"It's nice." Jack Says

The sound of a bird squawking is heard, Jack turns around to see Leonard behind him in his cage on a table.

"Change my diaper." Leonard Says

"Just ignore him." Kim Says

"Change my diaper." Leonard Says

"No, you don't understand. I have to." Jack Says

"No, you don't." Kim Says, shaking her head.

"I said change me!" Leonard yelled

"Go go go!" Kim Says, frantically as she handed Jack the diaper bag.

He rolled Leonard away as Kim sat alone at the table, then Albert walks over humming to himself.

"Hey, Kim. Dining alone?" Albert Says, as Kim starts sobbing again.

"Why?!" Kim Cried out
