CAFETERIA

All the students and faculty are in attendance for announcing the new student council president, Milton walks up to the microphone.

"I'm proud of my one term as student council President. Why was I not re-elected, nobody
knows." Milton Says

"You made the school day longer." Jerry Says

"You tried to get us to wear uniforms." Abigail Says

"You banned desserts." Frank Says

"You got rid of the faculty pinball machine." Funderburk Says

"Nobody knows!" He interrupted, "Please welcome our new student council President...Kim Beulah Crawford, That's right, people you voted in a Beulah." Milton Says

The crowd gives Kim a round of applause, Abigail gives her best friend a congratulatory hug as Jerry shakes her hand. Kim stands as presidential music plays, soon balloons fall down as she walks to the mic.

"Fellow students, there is nothing I will not do for you." Kim Says

"Place your hand on the turtle." Funderburk Says, holding out his pet turtle.

"What?! I am not touching that wart bag." Kim Says, in disgust.

"It's tradition, Kim. To be sworn in, you have to put your hand on Arlo." Funderburk Says, Kim sighs then placed her hand on arlo.

"My heart is clean, my mind is fertile. I'm the Prez...
swear on the turtle." Kim Says

"Aw." They all say

"And now I'd like to bring up a good friend. He's loyal, he's true and he's dependable. He's my Vice President..." Jerry straightens up his jacket and stands up walking towards her, "Jack Brewer!" Kim Says

To hide the embarrassment Jerry walks away applauding Jack, as he walks to the podium.

"Thank you. So I was told as Vice President, all I
have to do is stand up here and look good, so here you go." Jack Says

Jack clicks his tongue and starts winking at the crowd, as some of the girls cheer him on.

"Thank you, and now Erica Straffman has put
together a special victory performance." Kim Says

Everyone claps as all members of the pep squad makes their way to the middle of the room, Erica the captain takes the mic.

"Thank you, Kim. I think y'all know who I am." Erica Says, in a thick southern accent.

"I'all don't." Milton Says

"Then I'll tell you." She snapped at him, "I'm a nationally ranked cheerleader and gymnast.
And I'm the head of our dance committee, this
is for you, Kim. Isn't she sweet? Get in line, Gina." Erica Says

Funderburk moves the mic out the way, as the music starts playing and the pep squad shows off their performance. As the girls were preparing to do a pyramid, Erica impressively boosted herself off the ground, to the top of the pyramid.

Everyone applauded at them, but down beneath them Frank somehow got hit hands on Arlo and placed the creature on one of the members foot.

"Gina, look out. Frank's got the turtle." Abigail Says

Arlo bites Gina's leg and she lets out a scream losing her balance, causing all the girls to come down from the pyramid, Gina bumps into Kim making her stumble and fall face first into her cake.

"Frank! Why do you always ruin everything, look at what you've done. Are you okay, hon'?" Funderburk Says

"Yeah, I think so I just need..." Kim Says, as Funderkburk shoves her aside, falling back face first into the cake.

"Come here, daddy's gonna take care of you." Funderburk Says, taking Arlo away from Frank.

After the election was over thanks to Frank ruining it, Abigail walked Kim to the bathroom to help her get all of the frosting off her face.

"Ugh this frosting isn't coming off my dress." Kim Says, roughly rubbing the paper towel on her dress.

"Maybe it's because you're not supposed to rub, you're supposed to dab gently." Kim looks at her, "What I know how to get stains out." Abigail Says

"Why does Frank have to ruin everything, I mean can he just not be an idiot for one minute." Kim Says

"That's kind of hard even for Frank." Abigail Says

"Okay I think I'm just gonna head home and change, thankfully schools over." Kim Says

"Well I'm gonna get the rest of my stuff out my locker, and I'll meet you out front." Abigail Says

Kim nods then Abigail leaves the bathroom, as she walks out not paying attention to where she's going she bumps into someone knocking them down.

"Oh my, I'm so sorry I didn't see you." Abigail Says

"No it's okay, I wasn't looking as well." He apologized, trying to get up.

"No let me." Abigail Says

Abigail lended her hand as she looked down at the boy, as she looked at him getting a good look he was definitely someone she would look twice at. He skin was tan, brown eyes and black hair.

"Thanks." He Says

"No problem." Abigail Says

"You know for someone who's small, you sure can knock someone off their feet." He Says, as Abigail chuckles.

"Thanks, hey I've never seen you around here.. are you new?" Abigail Asked

"Uh yeah, I moved here about a week ago. I was supposed to start next week, but I told my mom I just wanted to get this out of the way." He Says

"Hm, nice to meet you?" Abigail Says

"Milo Rivera." He Says

"Ah, we'll Milo I'm Abigail Fernandez, welcome to Seaford high..and I wish you the best here." She Says

"Why?" Milo questioned

The sound of a loud noise is heard, Frank runs around the corner laughing hysterically as Funderburk runs after him with powder covering his face.

"Frank get back here!" Funderburk Says

"That's why." Abigail Says, as Milo chuckles.

"Good to know, hey do you happen to know where the school's library is?, I need a book for English class tomorrow." Milo Says

"Oh yeah sure, it's on the second floor make a right and walk three doors down until you see a sign with Library on it." Abigail Say

"Thanks Abigail," He walks towards the steps, "Nice meeting you." Milo Says

"Yeah you too." Abigail Says, as she smiled.

Kim walks out the bathroom as Abigail turns around, she sees her blushing.

"Why are you blushing?" Kim Asked

"What I'm no-not blushing." Abigail Says

"But your cheeks are-" Kim Says

"Let's get you home and cleaned up Ms.President." Abigail Says, dragging Kim by the hand as they leave.

The next day was the first council meeting held for Kim and Jack as both President and Vice President.

"I don't know, okay? This decision could affect a lot of people. It could define my presidency." Kim Says

"Kim, remember why you ran. This is your chance
to make a difference." Jack Says

"You're right.", She stands to her feet, "By presidential decree! From this day forward any student wearing the mascot suit will be required
to wear underpants at all school functions!" Kim Says

She slammed the gavel down on the table as all the students gave her an applause. Soon Erica and the rest of the pep squad stood to their feet.

"Kim, if it's all right with you, I'd like to say something. As head of the dance committee, I suggest that we throw...A fall ball. Picture this..
the entrance to the gym is a sea of icebergs.
The doors open and you've just boarded..The Titanic." Erica Says, as two the cheerleaders start flanking behind her.

"I see good times off the starboard bow." Funderburk Says

"It's not worth it, Erica." Abigail Says

"Excuse me?" Erica Says, she glared at Abigail.

"All I'm saying, why put so much effort into a dance..that will be ruined." Abigail Says, shrugging her shoulders.

"Abigail's right, Frank ruins every event your dance committee puts on." Milton mentioned

"He's right. Remember the hive of hornets you put in the air vent at the spring formal?" Jack Says, as Funderburk laughs.

"That was a riot! Kids' faces so messed up you couldn't tell the hornet bites from the zits." Funderburk Says, laughing.

"Kim, we voted for you, because we thought that you would stand up to people like Frank. Am I right, y'all?" Erica Says

"Yeah." The crowd said

"You know what? You're right." She stands to her feet again, "By presidential decree...we shall get our boogie on." Kim Says

She pressed a button turning on the radio, soon as the music plays Kim starts dancing making everyone cringe. Jack stands, and starts slamming down the gavel.

"Motion to ban the President from ever dancing again?" Jack Says

"Seconded!" Funderburk, Milton and Abigail agreed

After the first council meeting of Kim's presidency all students left the cafeteria returning to class. The bell rung, dismissing everyone and as Abigail was walking towards her locker she saw a familiar face.

"Hey New Kid." Abigail Says

"Hey, it's Milo." He Says

"I know, it's just I'm gonna keep calling you that now." Abigail Says

"Until when?" Milo Asked

"Until your newness rubs off I guess," She and Milo chuckled, "So looks like your my new locker neighbor." Abigail Says

"Guess so." Milo Says

"Look this is way better, your near the stairs which gives you a good head start of getting to class. Plus anywheres better than being next to the boy's bathroom." Abigail Says

"Trust me I know," Abigail looked at him, "Former locker used to be right next door to the boys bathroom, the worst days were definitely taco Tuesdays." Milo Says

"Ugh, So how's your second day going?" Abigail Asked

"So far so good, I've met some cool people." Milo Says

"Are they as cool as me?" Abigail Asked

"Mm don't know yet, still new." Milo Says

"Ah. Here come with me." Abigail Says, as she Milo walks over to Milton and Kim.

"Uh.." Milo Says

"Milo, there's two people I'd like you too meet. These are my friends, Milton Krupnick and Kim Crawford." Abigail Says

"Hey." Kim and Milton greets him

"Hey." Milo Says

"You mean Kim Crawford the new student council president." Kim Says, flipping her hair.

"Well congratulations Ms.President." Milo Says, as Kim smiles.

"I like you already. So Milo how long have you been here, taking a liking to Seaford?" Kim Asked

"Yeah it's way more warmer than Chicago, and way less violent." Milo Says

"That's true, Seaford's crime rate decreased by 10% over the last year. Could be because criminals aren't really thinking too much when it comes to crimes." Milton Says

"How do you know that?" Abigail Asked

"My mom likes to watch the news in the morning." Milton Says

"Ah." Milo, Kim and Abigail Says

"Ugh, here comes Frank." Kim Says

"Who's Frank?" Milo Asks, Frank approaches.

"So Kim, the whole school's talking about this little dance you approved. Would you go with me?" Frank Says

"No." Kim Says

"Then unlike the real Titanic, this one's going down." Frank Says, as they all look at him.

"That's Frank." Abigail Says

"Guys, somebody stole Arlo last night, and Funderburk is freaking out." Jack Says

"He's the chief administrator of a high school. I doubt he's freaking out over a missing turtle." Milton Says

The sounds of someone crying echoed the hall, they all turned around seeing Funderburk coming around the corner crying hysterically.

"Aw! He's gone. We've been turtle-napped, people!" He cried out, "He was in his cage when I left at 4:00." Funderburk Says

"And I saw the cage was empty at 6:00." Bert the janitor spoke up

"Why were you in my office?" Funderburk questioned

"Well, I certainly wasn't using your private bathroom." Bert Says

Kim's phone vibrates she picks it up, "I just got an anonymous text saying Arlo is in locker 137."

"That's Frank's locker." Milton Says

"Wait a minute! I didn't even know I had a locker." Frank Says

"Nobody believes you, Frank. I'll open it myself. I got a master key." He digs in Bert's janitor cart, taking out bolt cutters, "Oh, there it is." Funderburk Says

Funderburk walks over to the locker, cutting the lock with the bolt cutters. As he opened the locker, everyone gasped as Arlo was founded inside the cob webbed locker.

"Here's my little guy." He cooed at the small reptile,
"I missed you! Frank!, you are going to detention for a long time!" Funderburk Says, dragging Frank away.

"What happened?" Erica Asked, as she and her cheer squad approached them.

"Frank's stole Arlo and now he's got detention." Abigail Says

"Sending Frank to detention is a joke. Kim, as President, isn't there something you can do?" Erica Questioned

"There is. Section seven of the school constitution states that a unanimous vote from the school
council can expel a disruptive student." Milton Says

Kim scoffed at him then pushed him aside, "Please, Milton. I got this. Section seven of the school constitution states exactly what Milton said."

WASABI DOJO

After school, Milton, Jerry and Abigail headed to the dojo for practice. But instead, Rudy, Milton, Abigail and Jerry wanted to watch the duck migration.

"Duck migration is my favorite time of the year." Rudy Says

"And we got front-row seats to the poop storm.
Oh Rudy, you forgot the Tahini sauce." Jerry Says

"Oh, I'll get it." Rudy Says

"Rudy, don't. Every year they get you." Milton Says

"I'll make it. I just got to be quick." Rudy Says

"Please he said that last year, he has duck poop coming out of his ear for a week." Abigail Says

Rudy opens the dojo doors and tries to quickly run over to Phil's, but the ducks are already flying over the courtyard.

"Oh, no, they're here." Milton Says

"Oh, no! I'm never gonna make it." He tries covering himself, soon the quacking stops, "Yeah! first time in four years you didn't get me, you dumb ducks!" A duck quacks from up above, "What?" Rudy Says, as he looked up he was immediately pooped on by a duck.

"Ooh." Milton and Jerry Says

"And there goes the poop." Abigail Says

Soon Rudy came back inside the dojo to go quickly shower off all the bird poop, while out in the room Jerry, Abigail and Milton starts stretching before practice as Rudy walks out the bathroom.

"I love to go swimming with bow-legged women." He sang out, but gets startled from the duck near Jerry, "Oh, no! Not again! I think that's
the one that got me." Rudy Says

"Louie's been following me around all day." Jerry Says

"Maybe It's because you're acting like his mother." Milton Says

"I am not!" He defended, "Don't you listen to the bad man." He picks up the duck, "You're my little baby boy and I love you so much." Jerry Says

"Jerry, it's a wild animal. You need to return him to his flock." Abigail Says

"You're right, we're from two different worlds." He hands the duck to Milton, "Sure, we both have webbed feet and eat worms, but that's just not enough." Jerry Says, as Abigail raises a brow at him.

"Yeah, that's him, all right. You were the tail gun, weren't you?" The duck quacks, "Oh! you heard it! He admitted it!" Rudy Says

Milton soon put the duck down, and looks out the window. "Oh Abs look, isn't that Milo?"

Abigail looked out the window seeing Milo, standing near a hot dog kart in the courtyard.

"It is, Hey Milo." Abigail Says

Milo looked over his shoulder and looked back at her, they both waved to each other as Abigail walked towards the door.

"Who's Milo?" Jerry Asked

"Oh he's the new kid at our school." Milton Says

"Oh. I Didn't know we had a new kid." Jerry Says

"You would know if you'd come to school." Milton Says, as he goes back to stretching.

"So I see you found your way to the mall." Abigail Says

"Yeah, my mom gave me and my brother some money up go buy more clothes for school. Cause most of our clothes got lost at the airport." Milo Says

"Hate when that happens." Abigail Says

Jerry walks out and approaches them, "Hey Abs, this the new kid?"

"Yeah I'm Milo Rivera, and you are?" He Asks

"What's up I'm Jerry, so how you liking Seaford man?" He Says

"It's been alright, trying to find somewhere to eat know any good places?" Milo Asked

"Yeah, the spot behind you." Jerry Says, pointing to Phil's.

"Hmm Falafel Phils, is it any good?" Milo Asked

"Not if you want a trip to the bathroom every five minutes. But Phil's food can be good..whenever he's not the one cooking it." Jerry Says

"Thanks for the tip, Ah karate gi's didn't take you for a karate girl Abigail." Milo Says

"Me neither but my friend begged me to try and I couldn't say no to them." Abigail Says

"No one begged you to try, you wanted to come because you wanted to." Jerry Says

"Really? I don't remember it being like that."

"I do, Milton, Eddie and I-" Jerry Says, as Abigail shushed him.

"Begged me to join end of story, but yeah I'm pretty good at it..my purple belt speaks for itself." Abigail Says

"Nice, we'll I gotta look for my brother but it was nice seeing you again Abigail and you too Jerry." Milo Says

"If your not busy later, we can hang out when practice is over?" Abigail Says

"Sounds great." Milo Says

"Great, I'll see you later than." Abigail Says

"Bye." Milo Says, as he walks off.

"Bye." She blushes again, then turns to see Jerry looking at her, "What are you looking at?" Abigail Says

"I know that smile, I've seen it many times." Jerry Says, as Abigail scoffs.

"Please the guys only been here for 48 hours, I don't have a crush on him." Abigail Says

"I never said you did." Jerry Says

Abigail looks lost for words, "Ye-yeah right you didn't, and that's because I-I don't like Milo..in that way yet..I mean..come on."

Abigail shakes her head then goes inside the dojo, as Jerry looks at her questioningly as he goes back inside.

FALAFEL PHILS

Jack enters the restaurant but stops once he sees Frank crying, him being curious approaches him.

"What's the matter, Frank? You crying because you found one of Phil's nose hairs in your hummus?" Jack Says

Frank nods as he pulled out a long piece of hair from his food, "Yes. And because I'm being framed at school."

"Ah, dude, they found Arlo in your locker." Jack Says

"A turtle in a locker? That's not me. Now packing Danny Doyle's trombone full of mashed potatoes... that's classic Frank." He Says, laughing.

"Oh yeah, I remember that. Funderburk sneezed potatoes for a month." Jack Says

"You got to help me, Jack. If I get expelled, I'll be home schooled. Giving mother a wedgie is awkward enough for the both of us." Frank Says

"Come to think of it, this would be the first prank you committed that you didn't take credit for." Jack Says

"Because I didn't do it. I was at the Black Dragon
Dojo when it happened." Frank Says

"Well, then you couldn't have done it. But I just have one more question. Why is Milton making kissy faces with that duck?" Jack Says

Jack and Frank looks over at Milton who's sitting at a table, holding Louie the duck speaking baby talk to the animal.

"That dude needs a girlfriend fast." Frank Says

CAFETERIA

Today was the day, todays council was about potential vote to expel Frank from school.

"Okay, before we take a vote, does anybody have anything to say?" Kim Says

"I do! Frank is a liar. Liar. And his pants are indeed on fire." Funderburk Says

"Noted. Now let's take a vote. All council members in favor of expelling Frank say "aye". Kim Says

"Aye." They all say

"All those opposed say "nay". Kim Says

"Nay." Jack mumbles under his breath

"Yes! It's unanimous! All thanks to me, Frank Bickel is..I'm sorry? Did you just nay me?" Kim Says, looking down to Jack.

"I believe that Frank is innocent." Jack Says

The crowd immediately starts booing, and someone throws a shoe at him hitting in the back.

"I just got hit with a shoe." Jack Says

"This is unacceptable. Jack is entitled to express his
opinion no matter how unpopular it is, you should be ashamed of yourselves." Funderburk Says, as he walks to go pick up his shoe.

After the student council meeting was over, it then came time for lunch. But instead of sitting with his friends, Jack sat with Frank at his lunch table.

"Do you ever feel like you're totally alone floating on a raft in the middle of a sea of hate?" Jack Says

"Usually. Why do you ask?" Frank Says

"No reason." He looks around for lunch room, as everyone gives him a angry glare, "You don't have any lunch. How do you eat?" Jack Says

"By making kids so mad they throw food at me.
Check it. Hey, Marty! I like your sneakers, does your sister know you're wearing them?" He holds his hand up, as he catches the food thrown at him.
"Meatloaf, nice." Frank Says

Kim along with Erica and her cheer squad walks in the lunch room, and approached them.

"Hey, Jack. I don't know if you heard, but we're having another vote on Frank's expulsion tomorrow." Kim Says

"Look, I'm sorry. I'm not changing my mind." Jack Says

"You don't have to. You're fired." Kim Says

"What?!" He cried out, "You picked me as Vice President because I'm a strong, independent thinker who will always do what's right." Jack Says

"I picked you because you were nice eye-candy for the campaign poster." Kim admitted

"I feel so used!" Jack Says

"Jack, you told me I could make a difference
and now you're standing in my way. I will be remembered as the President who got Frank
kicked out of school." Kim Says

"Wow, if she could do that, she would be very popular, Jack." Frank Says

"Frank." He glared at him, "Kim, I really believe Frank is innocent. Funderburk said he saw
Arlo in his cage at 4:00, and Bert said the
cage was empty at 6:00." Jack Says

"So?" Kim Says

"So Frank couldn't have done it. He was at the Black Dragons dojo at that time." Jack Says

"Really, Jack? My brother's a black dragon and they've been closed all week for fumigation." Erica Says

"Wow, Jack. Your new friend Frank turns out to be a liar. What a shock. Let's go, Erica." Kim Says

WASABI DOJO

Later on that afternoon, Rudy and Jerry are busy training together as Milton walks in with a jacket on.

"Oh, hey, Milton. Did you take Louie back to his family?" Rudy Asked

"Absolutely." Milton Says

"I'm proud of you. See, Jerry, he did the right thing." Rudy Says

Milton nods then walks towards the bathroom, but every step he takes there's a sound of quacking.

"Whoa whoa. What's going on there?" Jerry Asks

"I think I'm having a reaction to some.., bad jambalaya. Aah!" Milton Says, as he struggled keeping Louie still.

"Dude, I am never eating jambalaya." Jerry Says

The quacking can be heard again as Milton falls onto his back, Louie pops his head out his jacket.

"It's Louie!, you didn't take him back?" Rudy Says

"I tried. I couldn't. This little featherly fella just
quacked his way into my heart." Milton Says

"Well, now we gotta figure out what to do." Rudy Says

"I Got it, put pants on him and raise him as a human." Jerry suggested

"No. His flock already left the park. If he doesn't join them, he's never gonna see them again." Rudy Says

"Dude, what are we supposed to do? Grow wings, fly up in the air and reunite him with his family?" Jerry Says

Jerry thinks for a moment then he and Rudy shares a look as they got the same idea, then glanced over at Milton who looks confused.

"What?" Milton Says

Jerry and Rudy came up with an idea of getting Louie back with his flock. By Milton using small plane to fly through the sky.

"This is Mama Bird. I see Louie's flock up ahead.
It won't be long now, Louie. Be advised, Fred the barber is on the roof sunbathing in his underpants." Milton Says

SEAFORD HIGH SCHOOL

After class was over Jack was walking down the hall, until Frank caught up to him.

"Jack!, sorry I lied about being in the dojo. I couldn't tell you the truth because I was embarrassed." Frank Says

"You, embarrassed? Last week you wore your
underpants outside your jeans." Jack Says

"I thought it made me look like a superhero.
If I tell you where I was, promise you won't laugh?" Frank Says

"Yes, of course." Jack Says

"Okay," He took a deep breath, "I was actually taking a ballet class." Frank admitted

Jack's eyes widen at the surprising news, a laugh left his mouth as he couldn't hold it in.

"You said you wouldn't laugh." Frank Says

"Well, I didn't know you flounced around in tights." Jack Says

"I don't flounce, Jack. I jete. I jete!" Frank Says, proudly.

"All right, I don't blame you for lying." Jack Says

He and Frank walks near the steps which are blocked off by yellow tape. But gets stopped by
Bert the janitor.

"Hey, don't cross this tape. I don't want you getting your footprints all over my freshly waxed floors." Bert Says

"Sorry, Bert." He stopped, and thought for a moment, "Bert do you wax every day?" Jack Asks

"No, not every day. Maybe if I'm gonna hit the beach, strut around in my mankini, then I might..." Bert trailed on

"I was asking about the floors." Jack Says

"Oh Yeah. Every day." Bert Says

SEAFORD HIGH SCHOOL

The next day Abigail and Milton sit down with everyone as the expulsion for Frank is about to start, Milo enters and looks around for his new friends.

"Oh there he is, hey Milo." Milton Says, waving him over.

Milo nods then makes his way over to them, he sits next to Abigail.

"Hey guys, so this expulsion thing is really happening huh?" Milo Questioned

"Yeah, I can't believe Jack thinks Frank is innocent.
I mean it's..Frank." Milton Says

"Who knows maybe Frank didn't do it," Milton looks at her, "Look all I'm saying is that Jack wouldn't do something like this, if he truly believed in it." Abigail Says

Kim walks onto the stage and stands up, to address the student body.

"Any day we have to say good-bye to a student is a sad day. Except when it's Frank." Kim Says

"Woo!" The crowd cheered

"Okay. Okay, council. Come on, come on. It's voting time. All those in favor of expelling Frank Bickel from Seaford High, say..." Kim Says, as Jack and Frank entered the room.

"Nay!" Jack interrupted

"Again with the nay-ing?" Kim Says

"Frank is innocent, and I can prove it. Everyone, follow me." Jack Says

Jack leads everyone outside, while Erica walked over to Kim.

"Uh, Kim? What's he doing?" Erica Asked

"Uh, excuse me?! I am the President and I did not approve...Okay. Following Jack approved." Kim Says

Kim rolled her eyes in annoyance as she and Erica followed behind everyone into the hallway.

"All right, we know Arlo was taken between 4:00 and 6:00. And every day at that same time, Bert waxes the floors. So whoever put Arlo in Frank's locker would have left footprints. But there weren't any, right, Bert?" Jack Says

"Not a one. Floors were so clean you could eat off them. Which I've done, I like the lemony taste." Bert Says

"Yes, thank you, Bert. Whoever did this would have to reach the locker without touching the stairs, or the floor." Jack Says

"Uh huh." Kim Says

"Do you mind if I borrow this?" Jack Asked, looking to Milo.

"Yeah sure." Milo Says, handing over his backpack and the book he was carrying.

"Say Arlo is this book," He placed it in the backpack,
"So, with Arlo in a backpack, our thief may have done something like this." Jack Says

Jack ran up the stairs and climbed up so he had his hands on the railings on one side and his legs pressed against the other side.

He then climbed down until the railing ended and that's when Jack pushed forward with his legs so he landed on the railing his hands had previously been on.

Jack then jumped over to land one of the staircase walls that were about seven feet up in the air. After that he jumped away from the stairs and jumped over to a pair of lockers, hanging against them.

His feet hung in the air as he climbed down the row of lockers until, he reached a pillar with a narrow platform around it that she managed to get up on.

Jack jumped up and landed on a bench before jumping up to a pipe that hung from one side of the room to the other. He skilfully swung herself forward until she reached another bench that he dropped down on.

Jack then leaped forward and used the wall to hoist himself up until he landed on a platform, and from there he did a nice somersault up on the lockers, making the crowd gasp.

Jack took off the backpack and took out the book before laying down on his side, punching Frank's locker so it opened and placing the book in it.

"Okay, Wow!" Milo Says

Everyone started to give Jack a round of applause, at his impressive performance.

"It was you, Jack. You set me up just so you could defend me so you could prove your own guilt.
What kind of sick game are you playing?" Frank Says

"It wasn't me, Frank. It was Erica." Jack Says, as everyone looks to her.

"What?!" She nervously laughs, "Jack, you are just being crazy now. Kim, can we just get on with
the vote? All those in favor?" Erica Says

"Wait a minute. Erica, Jack does have a point.
You are the only one in school that can do what
Jack just did." Kim Says

"Kim, don't tell me you're buying this. I mean, this
is crazy." Erica Says

Kim moved one of the school benches towards the lockers, she climbed up and looked over Frank's locker.

"You know, what's crazy is that there's a size four precision balance gymnastics shoe print up here." Kim Says

"Well...that's up there..." She chuckles, "You see,
sometimes what happens...every once in awhile there's...Okay, I did it!" Erica Says

"Wait I just have one question, why did you do it Erica?" Abigail Asked

"For three years, Frank has ruined every one of my dances!, Dirt bomb from the ceiling, frogs in the punch bowl." Erica Says

"Oh, man. I thought those were gummy frogs.
Erica, you're in big trouble take her to my office." Funderburk Says

"I just wanted the entire school to remember one perfect night put on by me...Erica Straffman!" She says, as she's being dragged away by a teacher.

"Keep it moving, streetcar." Funderburk Says

"I told you I didn't do it. Because I was doing ballet.
That's right, I'm not gonna hide who I am anymore, I'm a dancer!" Frank Says

"So am I, Frank. So am I." Bert admitted, as he and Frank pranced away.

"Nice Job Jack." Milton Says

"Yeah." Milo Says

"Thanks guys. Kim, I gotta hand it to you. When I was up there, I never even noticed that shoe print." Jack Says

"It's because there wasn't one. After you put it all together, I knew you were right. I just wanted to make her admit it." Kim Says

That's pretty slick, Kim. I should have known you wouldn't have stood up against the whole school unless you really believed Frank was innocent." Jack Says

"That's the kind of guts I'd like to see in my Vice President." Jack Says

"So I'm back?" Jack Says

"Yeah. I mean, we look great on a poster." She gestured to the one, which had scribbling over Jack's face, "Except that one, I kinda feel bad for doing that now." Kim Says

WASABI DOJO

Rudy, Milton, Abigail and Jerry were looking out the window from the dojo as the ducks surrounded the courtyard.

"Those duck's aren't leaving without you, they think you're their mother." Jerry Says

Milton opened the door, to address the ducks "Leave me alone!, I'm not ready to be a mom!"

"I'll see you later, I'm going to the movies." Rudy Says

"Rudy, you can't go out there with that sandwich." Abigail Says

"Oh please. They're ducks. You just gotta show them who's boss." Rudy Says

The three of them watched as their sensei walked out the door, everyone started to clear out the courtyard area as it got swarmed with ducks, and soon Rudy was attacked by the flock.

"He never learns." Abigail Says, as Milton and Jerry winced at the sight of Rudy getting attacked by ducks.
