My mother ran through the forest tears running down her face she carried me in her mouth until we reached river. Water splashed on the stones as the waves got bigger, and bigger. "Come, follow me to the other side" she said to the three of us leaping onto the first stone. My brother larchkit leaped first and made it to the first stone, then my sister petalkit leaped onto the first stone she made it. Then it came to be my turn I leaped I half way made it onto the sone my tail and hind legs were in the water. Larchkit saw me he helped me onto the next stone then he leaped to the second stone, but Larchkit got his footing wrong and he slipped into the water. I tried yowling for my mother, but the wind cut my yowl of my sister tried to save him by jumping in. I finally saw their heads pop out of the water. I leaped to next stone to catch up to my mother. Than I leaped to the next and the next I finally caught up with my mother. A huge wave crashed over my head sending me into the huge dark river. I tried to yowl for help, but that only made water fill into my mouth. My mother finally noticed she tried reaching out to petalkit, but she was too far. A wave crashed down onto me, I swam to the surface to hear my sister, and brother wailing for help I do my best to help them keep their head up. Up in the distance I hear a huge roaring sound as we get closer I see water rolling off of the edge. I try to get a hold of things that would prevent me from falling off the mysterious edge, but it's to late I fall off the edge and fall into the darkness of the river.
