Jayfeather helped out the small cat from falling in the camp. She only really broke her leg which will recover. Spottedpaw had gotten back from a long battle training all tired.

She was sharing a piece of freshkill with Amberheart. Spottedpaw still felt uncomfortable, she had gotten stared down by Dewdrop, Amberheart's brother.

She just stuck talking to her and staring at the Medicine Cat Den curious about the new young cat. "Do you think that cat will survive?" Amberheart seemed to repeat the same question, pulling Spottedpaw back from her thoughts.

She finished her bite of the squirrel then answered. "I don't know but I have a feeling she will." Why do I feel as if I know that cat? She thought to herself. "I hope Jayfeather can help her, where did she come from falling into camp like that?!" Amberheart continued.

This time Spottedpaw stayed silent, she was thinking of the prophecy again. What did it mean? Blossomfall padded up to her apprentice, "Spottedpaw, the Gathering is in a few sunrises so your coming this time." The mentor informed her. Spottedpaw looked at Amberheart with excitement, she was going to her first gathering.

She stood up when Jayfeather came out of the den. "Is she okay?" Amberheart questioned padding to Jayfeather along with Spottedpaw. The medicine cat took a look a Spottedpaw and continued.

"She's fine. She says her name is Maple." He looked back to Amberheart and responded. Amberheart seemed relieved, Spottedpaw was just curious.

"Can we see her?" Spottedpaw spoke up. Jayfeather shook her head, "She's resting." He padded past them towards Bramblestar's den, probably reporting about the young cat. Amberheart and Spottedpaw switched glances, why was Maple over here in the first place?

Sorry guys I've forgot to update this book but now that i remember its a small chapter! I'll make bigger chapters in the future but here is this one.
