It seemed that you put in a reasonable amount of effort to come up with this prophecy, with it covering pretty much the whole story plot. The prophecy does sound ominous, which is an essential element. It is also good that it hints the true meaning, but is also not too obvious.

Your sentence structure needs a bit of tweaking, as it sounds awkward and mechanical. "Troubles from times moons ago" can be just "Troubles from moons ago". You might also want to take note of punctuations - at the end - though I'm not sure if you forgot to type it in, or it is a mistake. You should also try using synonyms of certain words, to show that your vocabulary bank is wide, and create a greater impact on the readers through words.

Like you pointed out yourself, the prophecy is indeed cliché to have four cats, one from each Clan, to be the prophecied one. The Clans losing faith in StarClan can also be quite far fetched, but that's only how I see it because I don't know the plot development. You have to make it convincing for the readers; how the prophecy serves as a warning to the Clans and how will the prophecied cats act to solve the issue at hand. Moving on to better elements of this prophecy, I think it's nice to see you adding an issue in the prophecy - one chose the wrong choice and joins the bad side, the prophecy will fail. I think you alter some words you use in the prophecy to make it sound better, and take note of how you phrase certain sentences. You might also want to shorten the prophecy, as most prophecies are suppose to be short - and mysterious in the sense that it lacks information.
