A gray tom paced back and forth throughout the dark night. Suddenly a pretty silver she-cat waked out into the stream of light that was caused by the bright moon up in the midnight sky."finally" said the gray tom, "you may go and see her now Ashstar" said the silver she-cat. "Thank you Echopool" Ashstar said as he stared padding into the nursery that was filled with tiny meows. Ashstar looked down to see four kits."I have decided names for them,the gray and white one is Hazelkit, the light orange one is Honeykit, the Siamese one is Smokekit, and the blue one is Dawnkit"said Ashstar's mate Heathercloud said."Smokekit looks like a Breezeclan cat, I was thinking since your brother's mate only has one kit you could give him Smokekit" she said. "Alright I will take him there" Ashstar said as he picked up the up, and started walking out of the nursery. "Be careful Ashstar" she meowed after him. Ashstar walked over the border into the windy moor. Finally he arrived at the camp he went to the secret entrance he used a long time ago. He poked his head in to see if his brother's nest was still. He tapped his brother he awake with a start. Ashstar took his head of the hole and waited for his brother to come out a figure leaped at him, and pinned him to the ground. "What are doing here" hissed his brother Blizzardfang. "Blizzardfang take it easy it's me your brother, Ashstar" he said."Ashstar what are doing here"? He asked. "If you'd get off me I'd be glad to tell you"he said. Blizzardfang got off, Ashstar turned around and walked over to where he put the kit, he pushed it to Blizzardfang. "This kit looks like a Breezeclan cat, and since you only have one kit I thought that you could take Smokekit in" Ashstar said."Blizzardfang sighed"alright". Blizzardfang picked up the kit and headed towards the nursery. "Thank you bother, you know I miss the old days you know me, you, and night against the world" Ashstar meowed after him, but Blizzard fang did not respond he just turned around, and looked at his brother with sadness in his eyes then turned around, and kept walking.
