"Naomi ! Help me unpack the van! Naomi !!" Mom hollered from the garage. Woah , woah , where are my manners ? Let me introduce myself . I am Naomi Asaki, a 14 year-old who just moved into Benham City. Mother got a new job here as a business woman at Benham tower. Tomorrow, I will be heading to a nearby public school which is a few streets down from my house. She bought me a Turbo Bike 360 so that I can get to school without being embarrassed. (kinda lame rite) Soon enough, we finished unpacking the van and moved everything to our new home.

"Hey! Girl with the purple hair and blue hoodie! Hello?!" A voice came from behind me. When I peeked over my shoulder,there was a boy with blue hair with a pair of green goggles resting on his head. I waved back cheerfully.Turns out , he lives opposite my place! "Hey, I'm Ceylan Jones." "Naomi Asaki. NIce to meet you Ceylan." I said hesitantly. After chatting for an eternity, we found out that we have many things in common. I made a list:

We like Lime parfait

We go to the same school

We were wearing the same colour jacket

We like the colour blue

"Ring....! Ring...! " The alarm clock screamed. First day of school. The day if my classmates will accept me. I hopped out of bed , looking to my closet as I did not know what to wear. Something hipster? No. Something girly-girl? NO. Something casual? Yes. My standard outfit: My sky-blue jacket, a pair of black jeans, and my white and red pair of sneakers, standing out from my amethyst braided hair.

Now what for breakfast? Classic Peanut Butter and Jelly (PB & J) Sandwich ? No. Ham and Cheese sandwich? Nah. A Ham and cheese omelette? Yes! As I fried my important dish, I wondered if I meet any cute boys at school. I mean, what type of girl does not like boys? Anyways back to the omelette. The aromatic smell filled the air. I gobbled it down like a wolf as I need energy to start the day right.

All of a sudden, someone knocked the door. It was Ceylan. He asked me if I wanted to go to school with him, so I nodded my head in agreement .

"Class, I want to introduce our new classmate, Naomi. Naomi, would you like to introduce yourself?" The teacher asked . Being the confident girl I am, I told confidently,"Hi. I'm Naomi Asaki. I like playing basketball and baseball." "Thank you ,Naomi. Take the seat next to Ceylan. Ceylan, please raise up your hand." He raised his hand real high as everyone started whispering to each other. What is going on? As I took the seat next to him, he winked at me . Now , it is boring old history....

"Hey Naomi ! Wanna hangout ?" He asked . I did not want to as I felt like going to play basketball. As I approached the court, a basketball flew right past my face. I ran to catch it as turns out the ball belonged to Ceylan's friends . I felt I should have taken back my words for rejecting his offer. Before I passed the ball to him, I shot into the hoop. "Sweet ! A 3-pointer!" I exclaimed with glee. Three boys were staring at me, as if they did not know I could shoot better than them. "Hey guys , I want you to meet Naomi, the new kid. Naomi meet Guren."

"Hi," The red and black hair boy chirped.

"Toxsa."

"Sup," the boy with a skull on the shirt waved.

" And Mr Perfect. Just joking. He is Chooki."

"Hey,Naomi," the boy with emerald eyes said as he shot a death glare at the joker. When I saw Chooki, his eyes were so pretty that you could get lost in there. I waved to them and we started playing basketball. I was on Chooki's team , going against Guren and Ceylan.

After 10 minutes of dribbling, slam-dunks and shooting , my team won! Huzzah! Never knew I could beat those two! "Hey Naomi, if you like basketball, maybe you can come for the dodgeball tryouts next week !" Chooki informed me. Dodgeball? Sounds like fun . I nodded my head in agreement, as I like to try different things. "Ring...! Ring...! " The recess bell rang loudly that almost burst my eardrums. End of recess. I wished it was longer.

"School is over! Finally!" I exclaimed with relief, brimming with gladness as I did not want to watch numbers being written on the board anymore. Ceylan promised me that he will give a tour of Benham city.

First stop: The Turtle Diner. For lunch of course. "Will you like to order ? Or are you cupcakes just occupying space for customers not to pay their bills?"

A blaring voice came from behind 5 of us. Toxsa told us that that was his sister, Wakamei. I ordered a Hero Sandwich, which majority loved.

Not long after being stuffed, we headed to Benham Shopping Mall. As I entered this crowded and gigantic mall, something caught my eye. A robot-like object started to whisper,"Tenkai... Tenkai... " "Hey look at that!" I exclaimed and ran towards it as it marched away will big footsteps. "If you are looking for the bathroom, it is the other way !" Ceylan screamed loudly as he tried to catch up with me .

'The Shop of Wonders'. Huh, the shop of wonders Filled with classic junk. Just junk. When I stepped into the shop, there was a man behind the counter, wearing a white coat with a pair of glasses. "Hello, fellow customer. Welcome to the Shop of Wonders. Mr White at your service, and hello Ceylan," The man introduced. " And is that Naomi?" He questioned. Upon hearing my name, I started to freak out as I did not know him but he knew who I was! "Nice to meet you, Mr White." I shook his hand and all of a sudden, something behind me caught my eye. There was a purple brick-like object kept inside a glass case, whispering, "Tenkai... Tenkai..." I asked Mr White if I could buy that, but he warned me that the chosen one will only get it. What chosen one? Never mind. As I gingerly took it out, not to break it, I started to 'unfold' the brick. Not long after, someone just barged in and screamed," Uncle! What did I miss?" The white-haired girl screamed. She wore a white shirt, along with a pair of turquoise shoes , matching with her mini skirt , hair clip and eyes.

"Who is she?!" Ceylan and I questioned loudly. She was Mr White's niece, Neli White. Before I rudely had been interrupted, I showed the boys the warrior-like robot I have made from the brick. They had shocked faces before the joker pulled me to the basement of the shop. When I opened the door , all that I see before my eyes was a cracked wall. Dead end? No, it was not. The crack opened and revealed a room with all 4 walls made out of metal, along with a portal in the center of the room. Puzzled , I asked why was I brought into this room. Without hesitation, he just drag me to the portal and to my surprise, my brick just flew in and fit in some kind of slot. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !" I screamed at the top of my lungs before I was pixelated to somewhere.
