Warning: Old

It's been a few moons since Ocean was introduced to Thunderclan. She now has an apprentice name, Oceanpaw. Her mentor is Firestar. Yay! She had gotten to know at least most of the cats in the Clan. Although, some cats still don't trust her, especially Ivypaw. She acts as if Oceanpaw was a threat to Thunderclan. Oceanpaw tries not to let Ivypaw bring her down, though. She and Firestar are bonding just fine, too! They get closer and closer everyday! Oceanpaw is also aware that Sandstorm, Firestar's mate, glaring at them from a distance. Oceanpaw tries to ignore her.

"Firestar?"she asked, while sharing tongues with him, "Do you think that I will become a warrior soon?" Firestar looked up at her, from his half eaten vole, "I don't know, cats would have to prove themselves to become warriors, first." Oceanpaw looked down at her paws. She doesn't know how she can prove herself to be a Thunderclan warrior. She opened her mouth to say something else, but was silence, when Blossomfall raced through the entrance.

"Shadowclan is invading!" she cried. Firestar, immediately, got to his paws and jumped onto Highrock, "Thunderclan, prepare for Shadowclan's attacked, we won't go down without a fight! Kits, Queens, and Elders, in the nursery" he jumped down, "Graystripe, Sandstorm, Thornclaw, and Dustpelt, join me here at the entrance! Blossomfall, Bumblestripe, Lionblaze, Dovepaw, Ivypaw, and Oceanpaw, behind us! Cinderheart and Cloudtail, guard the nursery." They stood in a defensive row at the entrance of camp, waiting for the attack. Shadowclan burst into the camp! Oceanpaw fought as hard as she could, remembering what Firestar taught her. Then she saw a cat by the nursery.

"Come out! I know you have kits in there!" the cat said. He came here for the kits! Oceanpaw wasn't going to let that Shadowclan mouse-brain into the nursery! She raced to the nursery, she leaped and landed on the tom. Claws out, she scratched him, just above his left eye. He yowled in pain, then he racked his hind legs against her belly and send her flying across the clearing! When she landed on the other side, another Shadowclan cat spotted her, then attacked. He was as white tom with jet black paws. Oceanpaw dodged his attack, turned around and leaped at the tom. She landed on his shoulders and racked his back with her claws. He managed to shake her off. She fell on her back, exposing her soft white belly. He pinned her down and racked his claws down her belly. She yowled in pain, she used all her strength to kick him off. Once he was off, she got to her paws. Oceanpaw leaped and landed on his shoulders and gave a deep gash in between his shoulder blades. He yowled, then shook her off and called to the other Shadowclan cats. "Shadowclan, retreat!" he shouted. He and the other Shadowclan cats ran for the camp entrance. When they had gone, Firestar ran over to Oceanpaw.

"Oceanpaw! Are you ok?" Oceanpaw looked up at him, "Yeah, I'm fine. Who's that black and white tom?" Firestar moved his gaze to the entrance,"Blackstar, leader of Shadowclan." Oceanpaw was amazed at his answer. She had fought the Leader of Shadowclan, and won!
