Leafheart staggered to the medicine cat den,Tigerkit in her jaws.Kitestar had been separated from them during the storm."It's Leafheart!"Mintleaf cried.

The StoneClan deputy ran into the medicine cat's den. Ivyleaf took Tigerkit while Berrypaw scrambled around, desperately searching for the right herbs.

Petalflight and Mintleaf ran out of the den."Spottedpaw!" Mintleaf cried."Gourgepaw!Robinpaw!"Petalflight ran to the two she-cats.

The three she-cats ran back to the medicine cat den.

Kitestar woke up,the memories of the night before flooding into his mind in an unstoppable torrent.Where was Tigerkit and Leafheart?

Kitestar walked down the rock.He heard a huge crashing sound nearby.What's that?,He thought,gingerly stepping towards where the sound was.

Clouds churned overhead while Kitestar watched the tree-eater destroy the trees.The tom snapped out of the trance and darted in the opposite direction.

Kitestar ran as fast as his legs could carry him."Why are you here?"A sleek brown she-cat hissed,leaping on top of him."Tree-eater!"Kitestar cried.
