      Finchpaw ran down the slope."Are you okay?"He asked."Y-yeah,"Squirrelpaw said,her bracken fur messy. The other five apprentices ran off,leaving the two.

      Robinpaw and Brackenpaw shivered in the cold."It's so cold up here!"Jaypaw complained.
"Be quiet!"Rainpaw cried.

     "Look!"Mousepaw said,running over to a marshy area. "Wow,mud,"Rainpaw said sarcastically.
"Well, if you look here.."The mouse coloured tom began before slipping into the swamp.Robinpaw tried to help Mousepaw out of the mud.Rainpaw,Brackenpaw and Onepaw ran off, leaving the duo in the marsh.

      Onepaw and Rainpaw walked towards a huge wooden fence."We're outside a Twoleg nest,"Rainpaw said,amazed.
"I'm outta here,"Brackenpaw said,running off.

      Suddenly,Brackenpaw shrieked.She had found a thunderpath!

      Rainpaw and Onepaw ran towards Brackenpaw."Is that...a thunder path?"Onepaw asked.Suddenly,thunder rolled.

      Onepaw ran back the way they had came.He fell into the marsh!The apprentice battled to be free, to no avail. He slowly sunk under the water...

      Onepaw clutched onto a mossy, broken tree trunk and pulled himself on it.Rain poured down,running over his black fur.He crawled onto shore and ran West.

      The apprentice ran straight into the fence!
