So basically, in chapter 6, Jefferson leaves his home with the humans and curses Laf and John for being gay and running off. He also swears to kill him. Washington announces to the group that John and Laf are officially part of the group. He sends James Madison on a border patrol and he takes Aaron, Peggy, John, and Laf with him. When they are heading back, they were ambushed by two cats named George King and Charles Lee. James' patrol wins and takes them to Washington.
