Leafpool named Hollykit after Ferncloud's kit, which was the first patient she lost.

It is also said that Leafpool wanted to name Hollykit(leaf) Crowfeather because she looked like and reminded her of him. However, Squirrelflight convinced her to let her name Hollykit, so Squirrelflight named Hollykit.
