So, you guys chose option three this time! Onto the chapter!!!

Peonypaw snapped her head towards the leader's den, rage suddenly filling her. She sprinted across the clearing, leaping up onto the ledge. She stumbled, her hind paws slipping over the ledge. She scrabbled at the smooth rock frantically, managing to find her grip and hauling herself up.

She sighed in relief, getting up and storming into the leader's den without declaring herself. Silverstar looked up. "Why hello Peonypaw. How can I-" Peonypaw cut her off by lunging at her, teeth bared. She caught her in the chest, and Silverstar's eyes were filled with surprise. She cracked her head on the floor, but pushed her off, standing up. Silverstar snarled, lunging forwards and slamming her paws into Peonypaw's chest. She skidded outside, and suddenly the ground disappeared underneath her. She yowled, plummeting and hitting the floor.

She landed awkwardly on her front left paw, which made a snapping noise. She slumped to the ground, whimpering. Silverstar emerged from her den as cats crowded around Peonypaw. Some rushed forwards to help but Silverstar snarled, And they backed off.

Silverstar looked down at her apprentice, jumping from the ledge and landing nimbly on her paws. Her eyes were cold, and Peonypaw flinched. Why was Silverstar like this? She was normally so soft and kind, and even if she denied it, Peonypaw knew she had a soft spot for Nightpaw, despite her parentage.

"Peonypaw..." She started, stepping forwards. "Why did you try and fight me?" All the usual warmth in her eyes was gone.

Peonypaw shivered. "I- I-" She stumbled over her words, flattening her ears and hauling herself to her paws, whimpering and holding her front let paw above the ground. "Why?" Silverstar repeated. Peonypaw shrunk back, wondering what to say.
