All chapters have to end dramatically with a NOOOOOOOOO!

* Yeah, I'm sorry, but I can never take it seriously when a "no" has more than one O. If you wanna be dramatic, there's the solid "NO!" in all caps. Otherwise, try to emphasize the gravity of the scene through the actions of the characters and your descriptions of the scenes. Don't have the characters yell out cheesy lines because this is the Dramatic Scene and the characters must tell you it's Dramatic.
