Chapter 12
(Present)
Thunderclan was heavily depressed. Lionstripe and Dappledtail were still unable to leave camp. Dappledtail had kits anyway, but Lionstripe was stuck in camp.
Lionblaze and Bumblestripe were off in the distance talking, Hollyleaf kept making worried glances towards Lionstripe. Alderheart knew the clan couldn't keep going like this. Eventually there would be a revolution. A very, very bloody revolution. Shadowclan and Riverclan had been very aggressive with the other clans and the cats that went against them.
Lionstripe wasn't the only super depressed cat in Thunderclan. Fernsong lost his mate, Ivypool, to Redstar's claws. The white and grey she-cat was a formidable, fierce foe to be reckoned with. But she was no match against the red leader, Alderheart thought with a pang of sadness. He'd known many cats all his life. Ivypool, Molewhisker, Cloudtail, and Daisy for example. But they were dead now.
Alderheart always hated being useless in the battlefield. Unable to protect a wounded clanmember from being further harmed. And he knew just the cat that can help him.
"Uhmmm...Uhhh...Lionstripe..." The depressed ginger tom perked his head up. "What do you need Alderheart?" The tom asked. "I...well...Can you teach me how too fight?" Alderheart asked immediately.
Lionstripe just laid there, eyes showing that he was thinking, "I guess I could teach you some of the fighting moves that only I know." Hope prickled at Alderheart, "but they will be extreme moves and you have to be fast on your feet to perfect them." As Lionstripe said that, he started to sit up. Alderheart was clumsy and tall, but he wasn't going to let that get in the way of protecting his clanmates.
"I'm still willing to learn." Alderheart replied.
"Well then the best course of action is to practice, but in secret of course." Alderheart just nodded his head, eager to protect his clanmates.

For those that are confused, this part of the chapter contains both of Lionblaze's and Bumblestripe's POVs
Lionblaze and Bumblestripe were searching for Lionstripe everywhere. When they couldn't find him, they went too ask Hollyleaf. Hollyleaf whispered to them, "I saw Alderheart go talk to him, and the two snuck out of the camp."
"Why would Alderheart want to talk to Lionstripe out of nowhere?" Lionblaze asked quietly.
"I don't know!" Hollyleaf quietly growled. A brown lithe tom started to head to them. "What seems to be the problem here?" The tom asked.
"You know, just sibling problems." Bumblestripe meowed in amusement. The tom stared at Bumblestripe for a bit. There was hope in the tom's eyes for a bit before Bumblestripe said anything. It was replaced with disappointment.
"Well sorry for getting in the middle of it!" The brown then proceeded too walk away. "Did any of you notice the hope in his eyes before Bumblestripe said anything?" Hollyleaf and Bumblestripe were still looking at the timing.
Bumblestripe turned his head to see the massive golden body that was Lionblaze. "After I spoke, it turned too disappointment. Not for almost catching us. It was like he was hoping for a plan to stop Shadowclan and Riverclan!"
Hollyleaf and Lionblaze nodded their heads. "He'll be a great candidate for any plans to put an end to Riverclan's and Shadowclan's hold on Thunderclan. Cats started to pour out of their dens. Bumblestripe and Lionblaze were confused until they saw Redstar. "He must have noticed Alderheart's and Lionstripe's absense when he came to the camp." Bumblestripe whispered.
"All prisoners of Shadowclan and Riverclan! It has come to my attention that two of your cats are gone and have snuck out of camp."
Just as he said that, Alderheart and Lionstripe walked to Bumblestripe's sides. "You could've been caught missing. He's already noticed that two cats are gone!" Bumblestripe hissed quietly.
"Don't look at me." Lionstripe meowed. Bumblestripe shook his head while Lionblaze tried not to laugh.
Redstar continued speaking, "If you find which cats are missing, tell me or Froststar, and we'll reward you!" Redstar yowled.
While some of Thunderclan were unsure, most wanted to leave this eternal Dark Forest hole that they live in. That's when Bumblestripe realized how much he started doubting Thunderclan!

Dovewing felt safe in Skyclan. At least she thought until Shadowclan attacked Skyclan on their own, killing many warriors. Skyclan knew they wouldn't survive a second attack. Their best hope was that Windclan would let them have some land, which was very likely if they saw the state Skyclan was in. It could potentially speed up the process of liberating Thunderclan and free them! Dovewing realized. Skyclan got everything ready and were on their way. The cat who showed up to them was a cat named Dustflight. It appeared he was a Shadowclan cat who wanted to help put an end too Shadowclan and Riverclan. It appeared that Thunderclan wouldn't need help. Dustflight was a part of their plan, so he couldn't be with them for long.
Skyclan finally made it to Windclan when Runningstar walked up too Skyclan, "Why do you have what looks like most of your clan?" Runningstar asked with horror. "Shadowclan killed many of my warriors! We wouldn't have survived a second attack alone. We had to leave." Violetstar responded. Dovewing respected Violetstar's coolness in intense situations, despite being really stressed.
Runningstar thought about what she heard, "You can stay here, but you will help my warriors in defending and hunting." "I expected you to say that, and I accept the terms." Runningstar dipped his head. Why are the two leaders so calm? Dovewing pondered, but threw the idea away. They're leaders. They have to be calm in situations like these, or the clans would be a mess. Dovewing started to pad away to the warriors den so she could finally sleep. I hope Skyclan and Windclan don't get destroyed by Shadowclan and Riverclan, Dovewing shuddered at the idea before falling asleep.

Lionstripe woke up and yawned. Today is going to be interesting. He alongside the rest of the clan, planned their revolution, but Lionstripe knew there was a mouse with the group of voles. Somebody was filling Redstar with information. Which was why Lionstripe, Lionblaze, Jayfeather, Alderheart, Bumblestripe, Fernsong, Sorrelstripe, and Strikeclaw kept lying about what to do. They all knew where the "mouse" would be when Shadowclan interacted with them. It was only a matter of who.
Two more moons had past and everybody was getting anxious. Freedom was in sight for them. They had gotten the brown tom on their side and explained the real plan to him. He just nodded and got ready. They already knew the tom had difficulty hiding his emotions. They were using that against Shadowclan specifically.
Dawnstar was rarely seen after Ivypool's death, and the only cat that saw her was Lionstripe. Lionstripe clawed the ground. "Yes Lionstripe?" A voice sounded from the den.
Lionstripe walked in, "I just wanted to know how you were doing." Lionstripe answered. "For Starclan's sake, you worry too much. Your starting to sound like I'm your mate!" The creamy orange she-cat joked.
Lionstripe just twitched his whiskers in amusement. He'd been hiding a few things, and was waiting for a good timing. Soon life may be smoother for him for once. He was going to keep certain things a secret for now.
After saying goodbye to the pale orange she-cat, Lionstripe walked out to see the clan very busy, which confused the warriors of Shadowclan and Riverclan. Except one of course.
Lionstripe snickered at the Shadowclan and Riverclan warriors that were left unknowing of the situation. At least if there isn't a mouse. Or if the tom, who's name was Dustflight, didn't reveal anything with his eyes. If any of those things happened, then he knew where Shadowclan and Riverclan would stand. Thunderclan could chase the cats out, but that wasn't what was going to happen. Those cats would be Thunderclan's prisoners. It wasn't Lionstripe's idea. He was initially against it before he heard the benefits. If life seemed kinder to be in Thunderclan, they would want to fight with us.
Cloudfoot got into position. Soon so did the rest of Thunderclan. Dawnstar and Lionstripe walked together toward the mass that was Thunderclan. "What are you doing? Why have you stopped doing what you were doing?" Dustflight asked in fake surprise. The rest of Shadowclan and Riverclan seemed to have not noticed. Then, the moment Lionstripe and all the other cats that knew the real plan were waiting for, a cat came out and told them what "Thunderclan was up too".
"These cats are going to kill you, you need to attack now!" Yelled the form of Cloudfang.
Shadowclan and Riverclan did as their information feeder told them and attacked them. Everybody had been prepared for a battle "just in case" one broke out.
Lionstripe didn't need to worry about Alderheart. The brownish-red tom had been trained heavily. Lionstripe leapt into the air and collided with a black tom. Stupid Shadowclan and Riverclan. You should've kept the cats you killed alive! Lionstripe immediately defeated the tom with swift claw marks across the flanks and head, blinding the tom and causing him to walk aimlessly towards the nursery. The cat was swiftly beaten down by Dappledtail and Mousefang.
Lionstripe looked around for Redstar before remembering that the tom wouldn't be here until tomorrow if his warriors didn't return.
Lionstripe turned to see Dustflight taking on one Shadowclan cat and one Riverclan cat. Lionstripe bolted right into the Riverclan warrior, shocking the Shadowclan warrior, which Dustflight used to his advantage and sent the cat sprawling away from him. The Riverclan cat following suite.
Within only a few hours, Thunderclan had retaken their clan. The cats that didn't help Thunderclan were made prisoners. Hope had started running in Thunderclan once more!

News about Thunderclan's forced resistance sent the Shadowclan and Riverclan warriors into a motion of fear. They knew one wrong move would kill half of their warriors, which were in Thunderclan's camp.
Redstar and Froststar were more then furious at this fact. Adderstripe was glad she sent Dovewing and the medicine cats out of Shadowclan, even if it meant Redstar finding out what she did.
Adderstripe decided to leave Shadowclan herself, made it look like she left in fear. She pretended to be super fearful of Thunderclan attacking Shadowclan. It would seem as if she bounced.
She had finally made it to the Skyclan border that connects with Windclan's. She waited for a patrol to come by.
When one finally came by, she was met with spats of hatred. Primarily from the Skyclan cats. "I'm not here to harm you. I've left Shadowclan. I'm the one that sent Dovewing and the medicine cats too you." The cats started to calm down, and led her to the Windclan camp.
"What brings you to Windclan Shadowclan crow-food?!" Runningstar spat.
"If your trying to offend me, it didn't work. I actually agree with you. Shadowclan has become too power-hungry, and I want to put an end to it!" Adderstripe argued.
The medicine cats and Dovewing spoke up for her, "She's telling the truth when she said she sent us out of Shadowclan and Riverclan."
The silver tom thought about it for a bit, "Thunderclan is free again, Skyclan has most of the medicine cats, Windclan is the least affected clan. We might be able to win this with your help! Of course, your not the only Shadowclan or Riverclan warrior to turn their backs on Froststar and Redstar."
Adderstripe looked at the leader in confusion. "So not even your leaders have told you about the betrayal of three Shadowclan and Riverclan? What type of leaders they are for not trusting their deputy with that information!" The leader scoffed as Violetstar started to speak, "I'm guessing you'll be staying here until this is over?" The grey leader asked.
Adderstripe decided to answer the leaders question. "I will be staying here until Redstar is completely dead." The leaders nodded their heads in respect of her decision. Willowshine spoke up, "Will we team up with Thunderclan?!" The she-cat medicine cat asked, a little too excited about the idea of it.
"I wouldn't doubt they'd be willing to help us stop Shadowclan and Riverclan." The brown she-cat, Adderstripe believed to be Heathertail, answered, "They've been hurt the most out of all the clans." Sadness flickered the she-cat's eyes.
"We should start to get preparing now!" Violetstar yowled. The two clans did as they were told, and Adderstripe joined in the help.
