"Where is she?" Dante asks as he storms in Rob's house

Rob seats on Scar's bed with the piece of paper still clutched in his hands. Dante like a mad man possessed turns left to right in the room as if in search of something or someone till he smiles.

"Got you"

Dante slams Ethan in the wall strangling his neck.

"Dante let him go" Rob sighs

"What, why, I've been on his tail for so long now when I found him I won't" Dante growls at Ethan's face

"Dante just let him go"

This time the one who commands him is none other than Connor himself as he too enters the Scar's room.

"What, why, how did you even know him, do you know he has been after Scar for so long?" Dante shouts surprised

Ethan pushes Dante's hands off of him as the hold loosens.

"I'm not the one you should be beating off, I was just following her for her own safety" Ethan explains rubbing his neck

Dante once again pins Ethan and smells the guy's neck.

"What are you?" Dante asks curiously as he keeps sniffing

"Fuck, I'm not your type" Ethan growls pushing Dante away

"Fuck I'm not your type too. I have a mate. Just trying to figure out your scent, you aren't a werewolf nor vampire and definitely not a fairy" Dante grins

"He is a were- panther" Connor informs them

"How did you know him?" Dante narrows his eyes at Connor

"We have met once been acquaintances for a while before we changed our paths"

"Ah I see, but he needs to show himself up in the council. I thought all of the were-panther were extinct. Hmm interesting" Dante rubs his jaw

"Forget this, we should focus on Scar right now" Ethan mentions

"Ya Scar what about her, I have dropped her as soon as we were done with the lunch she was a bit tired and I did a check on the house before leaving her here no one was here to harm her" Dante explains

"I still can't trace who took her" Ethan adds

"Whoever took her must know her as well Rob to leave a note in here" Connor points out

"Rob is there something you aren't telling us about Scar that should have been explained before? I mean each and everyone who met Ad and Scar is curious why he married her and why you let it happen as she isn't even his mate" Connor asks

"I mean it's your choice if you don't want to tell us, but fuck me if I will not pester you for hiding something big that will end up hurting Scar" Dante states casually

Rob grips the paper in his hand tight before letting it drop on the floor as he gets up and walk out of the room.

Everyone follows Rob to his study room before taking a drink from him.

"I never understand why every talk should start in a study room?" Dante comments

"I can't do it sitting in her room" Rob answers as he sips the drink

Connor nods towards Rob to start the conversation.

"Scar, she...she..."

"Please don't tell me she isn't your daughter or something" Dante interrupts

"Dante let the man even start" Connor scolds him

"No, she is my daughter but she didn't grew up in here, in this house. She was 9 years old when Ethan here found her bloodied, scared with no memory...

At the time we both didn't knew each other, it was fate or luck I don't know but I found Scar wandering alone in a grocery shop and the moment I saw her I knew she was my daughter...

She looks exactly like her mother, when I approached her that's when I met Ethan, first I thought he was the one who took her but he was the one who found her"

"Okay though it's nice that you found her I'm more interested in how she was lost in the first place" Dante interrupts again and shrugs his shoulder when Connor glares his way.

Rob takes a deep breathe as he tries to form words in his mouth.

"Scar's mother wasn't supposed to be going in labor for another week but she did, the delivery was critical and when Scar was born it was hard for her to breathe...

Someone kidnapped Scar while she was in observatory room, both Scar and her mother's condition was a bit critical. Even after hours of giving birth to Scar my wife wasn't conscious and while she wasn't waking up Scar was having problems in breathing...

I couldn't even hold her in my arms when she came out in this world. All I could do was watch her through a glass window, wires attached all over her body to help her breathe properly...

It was after a week when the doctor gave a green signal for her, till that time my wife was in a bit better condition but when we reached Scar's room to see her she wasn't in...

I turned the whole hospital upside down in her search but she was long gone, one of the nurses helped the man to take her away from her...

We searched everywhere for her for days and soon it turned into weeks than months and years and we never found her...

But what gave us a bit of hope was when we got a letter letting us know about who has our daughter; he told us that he took Scar because she was his now as I took away his happiness he took mine...

Even after that we kept looking for her but nothing gave away where they were, my wife she went into depression everyday when I came home she was in Scar's room holding one of her dress and just staring at the wall, I knew she was loosing it even if I tried everything to take her mind away from our lost daughter nothing worked and one day she left me too...

After that what hope I had to ever find my daughter was gone until I found her years after for a second I thought it was just a mistake until she looked at me and smiled, I knew she was my daughter" Rob explains

"Did you at least know who that man was?" Connor asks the question to Rob who nods

"Yes, he was the same man whose circus I had helped closed years ago but nothing, except that...

We even checked the hospital footage but could see his face the man was wearing mask, well that fucker did had a smile in his face when he took Scar in his arms and he had the guts to wave at the CCTV camera"

"Wow he was in his full mask of a clown and still no one stopped him when he took a baby with him?" Dante whistles

"Yes, that's because the nurse took bribe from him" Rob rubs his face with his palm

"And why didn't you feel like telling all of this to Ad or anyone all these years? And is this the reason why Scar wasn't allowed to be out of the house?" Dante asks

"I just thought I can handle it myself and anyway who knew he would come to take her after all these years?" Rob sighs

"Okay, we will see what we can do. Rom and Ad are out for few days and they can't be here but we will see what we can do" Dante states before getting up from his seat and nodding at Ethan as he and Connor both leaves the house

"That was a load of bullshit, right there" Dante stretches his body as he stands in front of his car looking up in the sky

"Well I figured that much out"

"This shit goes deeper than it seems. I don't even know if she is his daughter I mean a guy like Ethan has been her body guard for years and she is married to Ad a werewolf and that sure is for nothing" Dante states

"True, well I will try to gain some information from Ethan where as you go and see if you can find anything about Scar's disappearance. Whoever took her isn't someone to be ignored, not even a trace or anything to tell who it was and that is something to be worried about"

"Hey, you think it was someone who is like us?" Dante asks curious

"With everything I won't be surprised if they were like one of us and anyway Rob needs to talk if he wants our help"

"Fuck, this drama had to unfold when Ad isn't around and I can't even call him back" Dante complains as he gets in his car

"Well I'm heading to meet my mate while you go make Ethan talk even if I'm worried about Scar I can't help until and unless I have some clue where she is or who is she with" Dante adds before waving at Connor and driving off

"You do know they didn't buy the shit you said right?" Ethan asks as he takes a seat in front of Rob

"Does it even matter? I don't need their interference in any of this anyway"

"Then why the fuck did you got her involved with Adrian?" Ethan asks irritated

"It was a foolish judgment from my side; I just was scared someone will harm her so I just took that step. Everything would have been alright if only Ad had accepted her as his wife but he had to show her the door out"

"What do you expect that he would happily accept her without any hesitance? Oh please that guy hasn't been over his mate!" Ethan scolds Rob

"If he wasn't then why the fuck did he touched my daughter?" Rob shouts in frustration

"There is always a moment of weakness" Ethan answers making Rob scoff at that

"Find her before anyone does and this time finish your task properly, I'm fade up with all this hiding and lying. I just want my daughter safe and happy" Rob orders

"Fine I will check on the last spot may be we will find some clue and if Connor ambushes me, don't be mad if I spill the beans"

"I don't care anymore now, just see where they have took her" Rob waves him off too exhausted to deal with anything or anyone

"Are you sure they gave the correct information?" Rom asks as he looks around the area

"Ya, Dante made sure the information was accurate" Ad replies in confusion

Both of them have been looking around the grounds for hours to see if anything weird or suspicious is happening but they can empty handed.

They information they have been given about this pack was this pack was in chaos but this was not how they imagined it would be.

Not even a tree is scratched as everything is perfect, the kids are playing the men are working as well some women.

They were here to check on this pack condition but whoever gave them the information was either wrong about this or this pack was hiding something but so far nothing was happening to fuel their suspicions.

"I think we got some wrong information and we better head back" Rom suggest

"No, we will stay and check around for a while, this pack was suppose to be in chaos but it's pretty normal. I don't think Dante would have send both of us for nothing, the informer he must be someone Dante trusts wholly else I don't think he would have send us" Ad points out before letting his scent know

"What are you doing?" Rom asks him in confusion

"If we can't find anything by hiding we need to find by meeting them head on and seeing al this I don't think we will get anything productive let's just go meet the Alpha of the pack directly and by now they must know we are here" Ad states before walking in the territory

And just as they imagined the guards of the pack as well the Alpha appears in font of them.

"Well, well, well, what a pleasant surprise. What are the council men doing in our land unannounced?"

"Hello Jade you look magnificent" Rom grins

"Careful Rom that was a very big word and you two are not allowed in before answering my questions?" Jade asks sternly

"You look beautiful when you smile not scowl" Rom grins again

"I'm married Rom and you have a son as I have heard, now no more flirting I'm the Alpha in here show some respect" she scolds him with a smile

"Fine, Madam Alpha we were passing by and thought to visit you. It's been long time and anyway" Rom shrugs

"Let's not insult you in front of my pack, come in you two" Jade states before taking them in

"So, where's your husband"

"Mate, Rom he is my mate and you two are in trouble for trespassing my pack borders" she comments unhappy

"When did we need permission to come and go in?"

"Since we aren't kids anymore" she replies as she takes her to the living room and ask someone to bring the refreshment

"So, without any fooling around will you tell me what are the two council members doing in my land?" Jade asks looking towards Ad

"We got some information that this pack isn't in good condition and can be threat for us in future so we came to check"

"And what did you find out so far?" Jade asks raising her brow

"Nothing"

"Because you will find nothing in here, you two should know better than be suspicious about my pack. People doesn't like the idea of a woman handling the pack that's why they keep making things up and we all know that from the start" Jade points out upset

"We didn't came here as your friends Jade and you know if the higher ups gives orders everyone follows it, if we had any bad intentions it wouldn't be us sitting with you in the house" Ad assures her seriously

"Dante needs a spank if you ask me" she huffs before smiling

"So, what are the latest gossip, tell me everything" Jade smiles excitedly

"We aren't here for kitty party Jade and there is no gossip" Rom grumbles gaining a glare from Jade

"Well as I remember you loved to dress and a girl and enter those kitty parties" Jade smirks

"Lie, that's a lie and it was just one time because I lost a bet" Rom shouts in mock horror pointing at her

Ad just shakes his head as they both keep bantering and insulting each other as he looks around the room while sipping on his tea.

"Ad is no celibate anymore he sexed up his wife" Rom blurts out al of sudden making Ad choke on his tea

"Rom, you are so shameless, that's a private matter" Jade scolds him as she passes the napkin towards Ad who nods in acknowledgement.

"So tell me Ad was it fun" Jade smiles innocently after he is done wiping the tea off his shirt

"You both are..."

"Charming"

"Beautiful"

Both Rom and Jade interrupt him and he just give up as he sighs

"Well you two mist be tired I will show you your rooms and then you both can check my grounds tomorrow happily till your heart content and do tell me if anything is wrong or not to the council's liking" Jade winks at them.

"Well guess we are stuck in here for few days, any idea what to do next?" Rom sighs as they enter their room

"You are taking the couch" is all Ad answers as he jumps on his bed

"Like hell I will" Rom shouts as he walks out to ask Jade for a room which she forgot to give him

Next day Ad and Rom looks around the ground to check if anything seems out of place, even if they have known Jade for as long as they can remember they can't just ignore the threats given to them regarding this pack.

Summer's pack was given to Jade after her parent's death she had single handedly handled this pack even if there were many protestors who thought a woman handling the pack was absurd Jade has shut them down with the way she has build her pack.

She had just recently found her mate even if they hadn't met officially with her mate they have heard about him. Right now he isn't in the pack handling some family matter as Jade didn't disclose them so they will have to wait a bit to meet her mate.

"So far nothing seems dangerous" Ad comments

"Well may be it was a wrong call we should check with Dante once" Rom suggests

"But saying the whole was in ruin and no one was alive isn't something to joke about and even if Dante sometimes act childish we all know he takes his job serious and if he trust the source we should at least have some patience and look around for a while...

I don't want to just leave and regret later if something terrible befalls"

"True enough but is that the only reason you don't want to leave?" Rom asks

"This subject is not up for discussion Rom not with anyone"

"Except Scar, she at least needs some explanation Ad; she deserves at least that much. You left the poor girl right after...look I'm no one to judge on your relation but think about it, you did wrong to her no matter what" Rom pats his back before moving around

Ad stands and just stares at the forest as his thought goes back to his wife and that night. He sighs as he shakes his head and a smile grows in his face, if only anyone knew what he actually did that night!

"Connor you don't have to follow me you know" Ethan speaks as he turns around

"I'm not following you Ethan but I would like to know about the truth"

"It's not my place to talk, if Rob isn't saying anything then I can't"

"I don't care what Rob is hiding, if he wants us to help then he will tell else none of my business...

As for you I am just curious as to why someone like you is with Rob, hiding yourself and looking out for Scar" he asks

"If you are thinking I owe Rob anything or Rob has some dirt on me then you are wrong. I'm here juts because I want to and as for looking out for Scar I just want to" he explains

"How did you even met them Ethan? You aren't some one to just be tamed" Connor pushes for more information

"You really want to know about all of this isn't it Connor even if you don't say or show it you do care and worry about Scar" Ethan grins

"Asking Ad to marry Scar even if when Rob knew all about him that is something that has always been nagging me from the start"

"It's true Scar was kidnapped by a clown, well he wasn't your particular clown but a ring master who trained animals to perfection a gift he had, he could tame anyone someone like me as well"

"What?"

"I was a walking disaster after I lost my mate and my son, I didn't want to shift back to my human form. I was on a hunt for food when he found me and trapped me, taking me to be one of his collections...

Scar condition was bad as she was born before the due date and Sophia wasn't any better, Rob was in his worst time ever. He wanted both of his girls to be good and that clown took the perfect moment to take his happiness away...

He took Scar away from Rob and Sophia, the bastard even succeed to take all of his pets off the hook we were all released the same day and back in his paws...

He had it all planned we were back to entertaining others, same thing over and over again. Someone would always be there to look for Scar seeing to her need, she was a new addition to the family and everyone was more than happy to be around and play with her...

She was a darling to everyone, never have I ever heard her cry not even when...when he put her in the cage with a tiger...

He just wanted to see how she reacts, everyone was holding their breathe when that happened, she just sat their blinking her eyes looking at the tiger and babbling nonsense to him, she was not even 2 years old at the time...before we all know they were fast friends...

Each and every one of them loved her, people, animals, she had a way to win hearts without even trying and that was something that irritated him a lot...

He hated it when she started to be everyone's favorite. Scar's duty was to feed all of us one time a day, she was a very quiet girl...part of it was because she knew if she made a mistake consequences would be bad...

And then bad did happen, she was on the duty to feed the tiger but somehow Scar forgot to lock the door properly and the tiger ran away when the clown found he was so angry he beat her to death and everyone just stood and watched as she lost her consciousness...

He left her their bleeding and no one dared touched her..." Ethan stops closing his eyes

"Why didn't you stop it moreover why did you stayed with him?" Connor asks

"It's not that easy, none of us were staying because we like it there but we all have our own reason. You see, each and every animal was a were-animal, I don't know how he knew about our kind but he did...

We were looked as the outcast, rogue and we had no where to go, just waiting for life to end and too tired of running and hiding away from everyone we end up with him"

"Why do you call him clown? Doesn't he have any name?"

"A clown doesn't have a name or a face, well that's what he used to say; he always used to come with his make up on. I have never seen his face, but Scar has"

"What?"

"Yes she has, well she was the one who used to do his make up, and he loved Scar in his own weird way. There were times he adored her and did everything to make her smile and there were times he used to take out his anger on her...

It was kind of love-hate relation I guess. He loved when Scar called him daddy, you know why?

Because every time she did it was a victory in itself to him, something Rob would never be allowed to be called"

"How did she escape?"

"The tiger, he came back for her and took away. I was supposed to bring both of them back but when I saw the state she was in I couldn't, she was battered up too bad..."

Ethan explains all of it and stares ahead lost in his own thoughts.

"There has been lots of times she was lost if it wasn't for me being with her as shadow she wouldn't even be here..."

"Is that why Rob wanted Ad to marry her?" Connor asks as Ethan stops talking

"Kind of, we all know he isn't getting any younger and as for me I can't be with her all the time. He wanted someone stable in Scar's life one who would give everything for her and someone who would make her happy...

But he isn't that much selfish you know, Rob knew how sad Adrian was. Every time they met Rob could see the sadness in him for the loss of his mate and may be he wanted Adrian to get over his mate or something...

Call it crazy but he thought that if there is anyone who can capture his lost heart it was his daughter" Ethan chuckles as he explains

"Well what does he thinks now after this whole thing blew up?" Connor raises his brow

"Well I didn't take Adrian as a coward to leave her like that but I guess we should give that man some space. We all know how hard it is to give the place our mate has with us to someone else and I don't blame the guy if he feels guilty or I don't know it's too complicated..." Ethan shrugs his shoulder not knowing what else to say.

"So, besides all this, where can we find Scar?" Connor sighs

"I have no clue to be true, whoever took her is someone who can be sneaky as well very clever...and if my suspicions are correct it's the triplets"

"Triplets" Connor asks in confusion

"They were called Scar's three musketeer's, I have no clue what they are though not human for sure...they can be extreme funny, irritating and sometimes you do want to kill them...

They were Scar's friends while back; they may act and look stupid but very smart. They love Scar to death. I just don't know how did they even find her?" Ethan informs

"If they love her to death and no one can't sent them then what makes you think they weren't ever around?" Connor points out

Ethan laughs shaking his head.

"Well, guess fuck me, if they were around all this time"

"He will kill us"

"Yap he will"

"What do we do now?"

"Do kill"

"Shut up, you both I'm driving"

"Kill the driver"

"Are you sure this is the right place?"

"Yes this is, at least this is the last place I saw him"

"Oohh, its spooky Arghhh spider, Woohoo spider man, spider man"

"Shut up Scar is sleeping"

"Scar is sleeping"

"Hmm, he will kill us"

"I told you not to put so much chloroform"

"You put chloroform too?"

"Yes, what if the medicine didn't work we need to be careful so"

"Ah you are intelligent"

"But still he will kill us. First we ran without telling him and now we are back without telling him"

"I don't want to die, let's go back"

"Hello kids, welcome home"

"Arghhh...I'm sorry it was them who dragged me master I never wanted to leave your side ever, forgive them for dragging me master"

"Told you he is fool, there is no master in here"

"Hah!"

"No one is in the house, you fool. Let's drop Scar in the bed before she wakes up and we can't carry her"

"But wasn't master supposed to be here?"

"Guess we will find out later, I can't wait to meet our Scar again"

"I even brought her dresses and shoes she loves"

"That her own dress and shoes, you fool"

"No I carried it all the way so I bought it for her. Our princess has grown up"

They all nod and grin as they close the door of the house before settling Scar on the bed.
