Emerging from the Greek phoinix, the name means "dark red" or "crimson" in possible tribute to the creature's alignment with purifying flames. If you describe someone or something as a phoenix, you mean that they return again after seeming to disappear or be destroyed.

Nix is 5ft 3 and 1/4 with a voluptuous hourglass figure, long curly blonde hair from her paternal grandmother, one emerald green eye and one sky blue eye (also from her paternal grandmother).

She is a very skilled warrior with a sword, throwing knives and a bow and arrow as she was trained under Indra and is her Second, half due to her skill but also due to being a Natblida.

She's also an excellent tracker and healer as she trained under her mother and Nyko.
