Tallstar padded through StarClan when all of a sudden he got attacked, "Ahh!" the black and white tom yelled, "Gotcha!" he recognized his sister Finchkit's voice. He sighed, "What are you doing Finchkit?" Finchkit got up on his back to his ear and wispered, "Mom wanted me to make sure you were still in StarClan." Tallstar blushed he knew his mother wanted him to stay in StarClan, "Although I don't know why." Tallstar could feel his pelt heating up, "Uh no reason." he spit the words out as if his life depended on them. Finchkit's eyes brightened, "Then what are you doing out here?" Tallstar needed to come up with a lie and rapidly he knew Jake would be waiting, "Uh you know just walking around." Finchkit started bouncing around Tallstar, "Cool! Can I come!!" there was a moment of silence between the two cats, "Well ya see. Err, I was going to walk by myself for some peace y'know," Fox dung! He needed to think fast, "Oh okay! I was going to hang with Rabbitkit today anyways!" Tallstar let out a sigh of relief. "Bye Finchkit!" he called to the disappearing ginger molly. He then walked to the border of StarClan and the Kittypet haven. "Hey Tallstar!" the mew startled Tallstar, "Oh it's just you Jake," the ginger tom leaped down, "Well who'd ya think it was you furball." Tallstar rolled his eyes at the ginger tom, "I don't know, any Kittypet who knows my name." Tallstar said scoffing. They both then started laughing when all of a sudden they heard a she-cat's yowl from StarClan, "Stagleap!Get me out of here!" Jake looked confused, "Who was that? She sounded like she was in trouble?" Tallstar glanced back, "Yeah that was my little sister Wrenflight, we should probably go check on her." Tallstar stated, "Yeah." the two then bolted off into StarClan territory. "Stagleap! Help me!" the she-cat's mew was desperate this time, "I'm trying Wrenflight I need to find a stick to pull you out!" whenever the two toms got to where the cats were; Wrenflight had seemed to get herself into mud, deep mud. "I'm coming!" Jake said running down the hill, "Jake watch out-" he tried to spit out the words before his ginger friend tripped, but he was too late, Jake had tripped over a root and had gotten himself stuck in the mud also. "Jake." Tallstar sighed, "Um help!" Jake said his paws flailing, "Hey you!" Wrenflight called to the ginger cat, "Yeah!" Jake said yowling, "Stop flailing your paws! It will make you sink more! Tallstar?" she said noticing the tom racing gracefully down the hill. "Tallstar you help the kittypet while I help Wrenflight," the black and white nodded to the older tom and started searching for a strong stick. "So who are you? I'm Jake by the way!" the ginger tom said trying to conversate, "Wrenflight. Say what are you doing here you're a kittypet?" Jake looked embarrassed, but couldn't reach his chest fur to lick it, "Talking to someone." the she-cat raised an eyebrow, "Who?" Jake was madly blushing this time. "C'mon you can tell me." a brown tom walked up with a stick in his mouth, "Don't tell her anything." he commanded as Tallstar came racing in with a stick in his mouth, "Listen to Stagleap, she might be my sister, but sometimes I can't even trust her." Stagleap nodded. "Unless if you're someone she fully trusts and it's serious. Only then will she keep her muzzle shut." he said sticking a stick in the she-cat's face "Whatever." she said grabbing onto the stick with her jaws. "Here ya go Jake." Tallstar said gently pushing the stick towards Jake he grabbed hold of the stick. Stagleap already had Wrenflight out while Tallstar was trying to ebb Jake out of the mud. "Here let me help you." the broad shouldered tom stepped forward, and took the stick from Tallstar. "Thanks Stagleap." he said feeling relieved, Jake was a small, but heavy tom. Once Jake was out Stagleap looked tired, "talk about heavy," he whispered into Wrenflight's ear, she batted the tom on the head, "Stagleap, don't be so judgemental." she said quietly. Tallstar rolled his eyes and helped Jake clean himself, while Stagleap helped Wrenflight. "So say um Wrenflight?" Tallstar said in the middle of helping Jake clean himself, "What?" "How did you fall in exactly?" the she-cat froze and Stagleap failed to muffle a laugh, "She fell in while trying to escape Cloudrunner." Tallstar busted out laughing, "Did you call him fat again?" he said between laughs, "Maybe." Stagleap knocked the she-cat over, "And you call me judgemental." he said standing over the small she-cat, "Shut up Stagleap." she said kicking the tom, "Wrenflight!" he said falling on the she-cat, soon getting off. "Wrenflight!" the she-cat ran off again, "Thanks but I need to go!" Stagleap froze, "Watch out Cloudrunner there's mud!" the gray tom skidded to a halt and turned around, "I'm not going to do this again." he said walking off. "Well bye. I need to make sure wrenflight doesn't get stuck again." he said flicking his tail as a goodbye, "Bye!" Jake said cheerfully, "goodbye Stagleap, tell Ashfoot, Morningflower, and Onestar I said hi." tallstar said Stagleap nodded and bolted off. Jake and Tallstar walked back to the Kittypet Haven, "Well I had fun today!" Jake said cheerfully, "But I hate to leave you." he said looking at his paws, Tallstar bent down to touch noses with him, "We can always meet another day, I'll bring Firestar next moon, so you can see him again!" Jake seemed to brighten, "Thank you! Goodbye!" he said running back, "Bye jake, see you in a moon!" he said racing off.
