Swiftstar eyes widened. "WHAT!" she exclaimed. Ashcloud quickly hushed her. "Why didn't you tell me!?" cried out Swiftflight in a whisper. Tears were rolling down her eyes. She covered her face with her paws. She sobbed. Ashcloud licked her head. "I was rescuing you. Because well you were kicked into the river."

Swiftstar sighed. "I'll be fighting Scourge." She stood up. Ashcloud pinned her tail down. She was yanked out of walking out. "ACK!" she cried. "I wish you luck!" He replied. He let go and Swiftstar flicked her tail. "Thanks..." She moved out and walked into her den. 

Ashcloud watched her as she curled up and slept into her soft nest.

His eyes filled with tears as she slowly closed her pale green eyes.

Shuffling his paws, He turned and walked back to the den. He curled up and prayed to StarClan as he closed her eyes and slept. Suddenly he blinked.

He was in StarClan!

It was all dull and dark red. StarClan cats were crawling around with despair and sadness. They wailed and cried. Some were battered up. He widened his eyes at how crazy it was. Bluestar crawled to him weakly. "Where is Swift-" she coughed. "Swiftstar" she whispered. 

Ashcloud placed his paw under her chin. "She'll come" He replied. Suddenly a bright light shone against the darkness.

Swiftstar!

She had determined eyes. With a fire raging against them. "Scourge! Where are you!" She yowled. Her voice echoed against the whole damaged StarClan. 

Scourge came. His mate and Bone behind him. His kits tumbled out. They snarled and sneered at the StarClan cats. Swiftstar dusted the ground with dirt.

"Swiftstar you came..." Hissed his mate. "Hush, Darkwater." Scourge sympathized. Darkwater murmured something in his ear. He nodded.

Swiftstar relaxed her shoulders. "Let's do this." She hissed. She flexed her claws. Bone went to the side. Scourge came closer. One of his cats came and yowled. "The battle will begin in 3! 2! 1! GO!!!!!!!!!" Scourge leaped at her.

Swiftstar leaped above him and smashed his head into the ground. He scooted across the ground. Swiftstar heard pawsteps.

Bone!

Swiftstar ducked as he leaped. She leaped and kicked him to the sky. He yowled and screeched. "Say goodbye!!!!!!!!!" she yowled. She struck his throat. Bone collapsed choking.

Swiftstar stared at Scourge.

He leaped as she landed her gaze on him.

She screeched. Quickly she scooted backward. He flopped on the ground and stood up. Snarling. "You'll regret that." He leaped. As Swiftstar tried to scoot away he nicked her ear. She yowled in pain.

He snorted. "Your weak and pathetic." He unsheathed his claws even more. Swiftstar widened her eyes. As she tried to get up he pinned her down. She gasped. He was about to strike her leg. 

He slammed his paw down. She screeched. Ashcloud watched desperately. "NOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!" cried out a cat.

A she-cat!

The she-cat dashed at Scourge was about to lay the killing blow to Swiftstar.

Scourge gave the blow to the She-cat. She fell dead. The cats gasped at who protected Swiftstar.

Darkwater!
