Meet Timeclan

Sorry if your OC does not show up this chapter! I got a lot of OCs given to me so it's going to take awhile for all of them to appear.

Also, sorry if minutes are not the correct term as I'll be using that term in this fanfiction. I'm sure there was a warrior cat verison of minutes but I searched it up on google and looked through my WC books and saw nothing about minutes so idk.

Also please report spelling/grammar errors!

-------

It was currently sunhigh.

Our view being in the middle of the sky, there was no land in sight, well normal land that is.

There was a floating island, it wasn't large but wasn't small either. To give a little example, it was the perfect size for a large clan camp. The floating island was surrounded by four much smaller islands which were also floating, however, these islands were floating a bit higher than the larger one.

On the island, there was a clan camp full of time-travel cats. Their shards sparkling and glimmering against the sunlight.

The legendary clan cats were sharing prey, sharing tongues, grooming each other, and talking about some cats they just saved or bragging about important cats they once saved.

The camp used foliage from all over the whole entire world. The warriors' den was just a giant rock with a hole in it, the hole being barely large enough to be considered a cave. This den was very hard for the clan to get as this den did not come with the floating island- This floating island started out as a blank space and they had to get everything themselves actually.

Anyways, to collect the rock the clan leader had to gather the entire clan to open up this one giant portal to get the den to fall into it. Connecting all their portals together and teleporting it to where they were building their clan camp. The even harder task was to get it to appear where they wanted it to be on the island as they couldn't control such a large object that well.

For the medicine cat den, it was a giant bush den on a tiny island with a path of rock over the water. Making it a little rock-bridge.

How this den was made was that the cats just gathered parts of bushes and leaves to form one giant bush. Then they dug a hole around it and filled it with water using two-leg buckets from the real world ((Realworld is considered the world the 4 clans live in)) to make it into this little island. The water was shallow so there was no way a cat could accidentally drown in it.

In case a cat hated getting their paws wet, or they couldn't have their paws in water due to some injury or something like that there was a rock bridge as I mentioned earlier. The rocks were flat and kept mostly dry so cats could easily walk across it.

The elders' den was a very long log of an oak tree with holes in it. The top of the log had many leaves on it.

The leader's den was just a den made of dirt and rocks which was on top of a pile of rocks. On top of the leader's den was where the leader would call for clan meetings.

The nursery was another giant bush, however, it was a giant rose bush.

The apprentice den was built entirely with blossom trees, the trees piled up on each other to form a den. This den took the longest to build out of all of them, it was far from easy getting all those trees.

I got to say, we were incredibly lucky that we can teleport to any part of the whole world (with the cost of lots of energy lost if too far), or else this den would be impossible to build.

And lastly, in the middle of the clan camp, there was a prey pile. The prey pile was just a pile of large fern leaves taken from the jungle. We placed our prey onto the prey pile.

Just like the clans, we used moss as beds.

Now, how the environment looked. The grass was very green and healthy. There were some daisies and sunflowers glowing in some areas and a few trees around the camp.

On the smaller islands surrounding the clan camp island, birds inhabited them. Birds didn't always inhabit those small islands, but eventually the clan got really tired of just hearing nothing besides occasional puffs of wind caused by something so they decided to make it so those islands can have birds survive on them. They caught birds and released them onto the islands.

Apprentice punishments include catching a mouth full of live worms for the birds, that's the only time we feed the birds. You'd think the birds would go hungry a lot and/or die from starvation, but oh my Hourclan. Apprentices in Timeclan would act up all the time and mess with living cats a lot.

I mean, some apprentice trouble would appear twice or once every Quarter-Moon.

Now, I'm done with that. But I'm not done just yet, let me tell you some stuff about us.

This clan existed back when the tribes first emerged!... But we didn't really do much. We were most like Starclan, except nobody knew of our existent and we didn't do prophecies or anything like that.

We would sometimes come down to help a cat or save a life but that happened like, once every 19 moons (1 year).

But then, after the Bloodclan battle, we began being way more active and making ourselves known! For reasons I don't know though.

A fluffy blue-eyed dilute calico she-cat with mostly white on her coat with an orange-colored shard on her forehead was walking through the camp, constantly looking around at her surroundings as if she was searching for something nearby.

And that's me, TravelShard.

Now, you may think I am this old cat who's been through everything.

No, I was wording it like that just so you'd think I was much cooler than I actually was. I just learned it all from the Timeclan warriors and elders.

I actually only recently became a warrior, I had my naming ceremony a moon or so ago.

"Hey, TravelShard!" I heard my name being called.

It was a tiny ginger tom with amber eyes. He had a yellow-ish orange shard on his forehead, however, the shard looked slightly chipped on the side.

It was my friend, Beetleflight. He was my best friend, we've been together since we were kits. He became a warrior the same day as me.

I trotted over, "Hey, Beetleflight! How are you?" I asked.

"Hey, you gotta hear what NightJumper is saying!" Beetleflight meowed excitedly.

NightJumper was a black skinny tom with orange eyes and a blue shard on his fore-head, an older warrior. He was a big show-off and I feel like he's childish despite his age.

"Hey, TravelPaw!" NightJumper meowed.

"It's TravelShard." I corrected him, flicking my tail in annoyance.

"I know, I'm just messin' with you!" NightJumper meowed.

"Now what was it about this kitten named Snowkit?" Beetleflight meowed.

"Who?" I meowed, having no clue about the conversation that was going on before I came over.

"Well, I saw this poor kit being taken away by a massive hawk. Largest I've ever seen. I used my super cool powers to attack the big brown bird to grab the kit straight out of their talons and take them safely back to Thunderclan camp." NightJumper said, "One of the many successful rescues I've had."

"Maybe someday you both will be like me~" He quietly added on.

A big and fluffy pale silver she-cat with uneven black classic tabby markings and ocean-colored eyes. She has a purple shard on her forehead, however, it looked like some green and blue were slightly mixed into the shard. It was SliverShadow, the deputy of Timeclan.

The large cat walked over to us.

"I see you're leaving out the part where you accidentally dropped the kit while saving it from the eagle, resulting in it dying from the impact of the fall. Then you decided to bring the dead body of the kit near Thunderclan and put it there to try to let the clan cats find out that they were dead when they already most likely thought it was dead from the hawk attack." She said.

"But then two Thunderclan cats caught you holding the dead kit. They attacked you and chased you off probably thinking you rescued and then killed the kit or something. Then afterward you came limping back into Timeclan camp with many harsh claw and bite wounds." She finished the sentence.

The tom went silent. "Fox-dung!" He quietly hissed to himself.

"That's not how the story goes." NightJumper meowed, "You must be mistaken! You're probably thinking about my other rescue...H-Hawk kit!"

"I don't know who Hawk Kit even is." SliverShadow meowed, "Unless you're talking about that one Riverclan cat which I doubt."

"You just weren't there!" NightJumper hissed, "You have no right to say I'm wrong!"

"Sure, I really must be mistaken~..." She meowed sarcastically, rolling her eyes. Then the deputy looked over to us. "If you want a real story, let me tell you something."

"Once when I was much younger, maybe around 18 moons, I saved this scrawny, sleek, ginger and white patched tom-cat from drowning in some tunnels. He told me his name was Fallen Leaves. This happened during the time where Timeclan wasn't very active." SliverShadow meowed.

"What happened after that?" Beetleflight asked.

"He reunited with his tribe." SliverShadow answered, "I haven't seen that cat since, I wonder if he's still alive."

"Can't you go check?" I asked.

"There's no point in it, it'll be a waste of magic energy to use." She replied, "If the cat is dead there's nothing I can do about it anyway."

"But you have your time travel powers." BeetleFlight reminded her.

"There's nothing I want to do about it." SliverShadow corrected herself, "I had no large enough bond that I'm willing to go back in time to save them if they did die after I rescued them. Not that I'd ever have a real bond with a cat outside of Timeclan."

Then I remembered an important fact, we can Time Travel but we tend not to do it since doing true time traveling can possibly screw up our bodies so instead most of the time we end up just getting visions into the future to stop things. How could I have forgotten! I felt so stupid.

"Uhm, I'm going to go now." I meowed, backing away from the small group of cats.

"Where are you going, TravelShard?" BeetleFlight asked.

"I'm going to go hunting." I meowed, "Maybe a small short walk through the forest- far from the clans so I won't be caught."

SliverShadow gave a reassuring nod, "Go on." She meowed.

I turned around and walked through the camp, going towards the edge of the floating island. TimeClan cats would often go to the edge of the camp to open up portals to leave through just so the clan is a bit neater and cats don't need to worry about accidentally running into a portal.

As I was walking I caught view of a familiar sight, something I see happen very often in the camp.

Near the edge of the camp was a massive black and white tom-cat, they wore a rainbow collar with dog teeth stuck into it. They were surrounded by three other cats, a black tom-cat with sort of tortoiseshell markings but the markings are lighter and darker black/grays, a tom with mostly all of his fur missing except a few small patches of black fur left, and finally a slim, cream-colored tom-cat with white markings on his legs and body.

They weren't surrounding him with hostility but with pure interest and joy.

First off, the massive black and white tom is Bone. He has a mysterious backstory, none of the older warriors, who were there when he joined this clan wanted to explain why he's even here. I only was only able to get the fact that he came from a clan that no longer exists called Bloodclan out of one of the warriors which I'm sure they only accidentally let that slip. There are many theories about him from the younger warriors and apprentices.

The black tom-cat with light markings is Silkswan, he isn't an older warrior or younger warrior but kinda just in the middle.

The tom with mostly all of his fur missing is LostFur, an older warrior.

And lastly, the slim cream-colored cat is CypressFall. Around the same age as Silkswan.

All of them are good friends with the grand ol' mysterious cat, Bone.

Bone. I'm not even sure if he's even an official member of TimeClan, a prisoner, or somebody we're just taking care of. All the cats are being so secretive about him, I'm pretty sure they don't let him leave the camp either.

I turned my head away from them.

Whatever, there's no point wondering about that cat. I'll never get answers.

I padded over to the edge of the camp, I shut my eyes and stiffen my muscles. My shard located on my forehead began pulsing and glowing before a small beam shot out of it, going forwards and hitting thin air. The air had pink cracks appear on it as if there was a solid wall there. Soon, the cracked air somehow shattered like glass under the light of pink light from the cracks and revealed a pink portal.

I stretched a small bit before jumping into the portal, the portal would close behind me.

---

I came out of the other end of the portal inside Thunderclan territory. Yeah, I lied about how close I was going.

It was currently sunhigh in the real world too as our camp-world ran on the same time the real world did.

I wasn't going to hunt either- Well for now, I just want to wander a bit.

I knew I couldn't be out too long or else I'll be caught by some cats, mostly likely clan cats. But I'll be trying to reach my max limit of time I can be out here today.

Now with that said...

I sprinted off through the forest, zooming past the trees and diving through bushes. I enjoyed the feeling of the wind blowing against my pelt as I ran. The feeling of my paws digging into the dirt and grass below me was just as wonderful.

I was approaching a fallen tree leaning against another tree which was slightly leaning to the side due to the force of the fallen tree lying against it.

I unsheathed my claws as I sped towards the tree.

I leaped onto the trunk of the tree, my claws digging into the tree bark. I quickly climbed up the tree like a Skyclan warrior, switching onto the leaning tree once I needed to. I was trying to go as high as possible. I was preparing to do what I do so often that I've become an expert at it.

I ran as far up as I could, even going onto the thinnest branches that could support my weight. Once I knew I couldn't go up any higher I leaped into the air, putting all my hind-leg strength into it.

I launched myself into the air, going above the trees.

"Wooo!" I cheered, feeling the wind blowing against me.

I noticed the tree line ending right ahead of me so I looked down, below me was a long drop into another section of the forest. I've jumped off a cliff unknowingly and the bottom was ground and more trees.

"Oh." I meowed to myself, "No problem though..."

As gravity pulled me down and the wind began blowing against my belly I charged up my shard again, as that happened I got another idea.

I uncharged my shard and began charging up my shard in a more different way, what I was about to perform as an emergency portal. A portal that quickly breaks the fabric of time and space to create a portal. This was for emergency purposes only, giving the cat a quick portal to escape through.

But boredom must count as an emergency, right?

I shot the portal in front of me, instead of having the other end of the portal be closer or on the ground it was also in the sky.

I shot out of the portal, as I got out of the portal I immediately charged up another emergency portal and shot it forward but more below me. I enjoyed the feeling of the wind and the sight above all the trees before I landed into the portal.

Once I shot out the portal I repeated the same actions. "This is fun! It's like I'm flying!" I meowed to myself.

I was on my 4th emergency portal, I shot out the portal with little to no force. Very weakly, almost as if it was running out of teleporting power. But that couldn't be happening, right?

"Awh! Come on, that shot isn't a good one..." I grumbled to myself as I charged up another portal, however when I attempted another emergency portal my shard began making some weird electrical sparking sounds. I was unable to make another portal.

"Oh," I said stupefyingly as I began falling towards the ground. Going faster with every second that passes. "So maybe that's why it's considered an emergency portal? I think there's a limit on how often I can do it..."

I hit a tree branch with great force, enough to knock the air out of me. I yowled in pain, gasping for air as I was smacked into another branch.

I began hitting branch after branch as I fell to the ground. I was unable to tell what was up and down in the moment as I was constantly being spun around by the knocking of the branches as I fell.

I landed on a thick branch back-first, I was sliding off the branch however I quickly unsheathed my claws and twisted my body around and dug my claws into the branch.

"What was that?" I heard a voice below me, I internally panicked in my mind as I climbed up onto the branch. The branch didn't give much cover however it was high enough for a cat not to be able to notice them unless they looked up.

Three Thunderclan cats came over, a golden brown tabby tom, a long-haired white tom with blue eyes, and lastly a gray tabby she-cat.

"I'm sure you guys heard that." The golden-brown tabby meowed, his ears perked up and searching for noise.

"I definitely did." The she-cat reassured him, "But I'm not sure too where it came from."

The white tom didn't say anything, just looking around.

I looked around at my surroundings, searching for something that would be able to give me an escape. I had to act fast.

I noticed a loose tree bark brushing against my fur, I must've peeled it off when clawing into the tree branch. I carefully grabbed the bark with my teeth, silently snapping the tree bark off, and threw it as far as I could.

The tree bark landed in a bush nearby, making the bush ever-so-slightly rustle.

The white tom's ear perked up, "Over there." He whispered to the other two cats.

The three went over to investigate the bush, now it was my chance. I leaped out of the tree and dove into the bushes while their backs were turned, unfortunately I made lots of noise as I tried to make my escape and moved the bushes quite a bit as I rushed through them. Showing them exactly where I left.

--

As I quickly trotted through the forest, I smelt the air. The scent of those clan cats were still in the air and by how the scent is getting stronger by the seconds was allowing me to know they were still following me.

I tried to charge up a portal, a normal one this time, but I still only got electrical sounds. I growled in annoyance, why now of all times does my power needs to act up?

Sure I caused this to happen, but nobody taught me about these things happening when you summon emergency portals too much!

Or... Maybe they did and I just wasn't paying attention- Whatever happened doesn't matter now, I just need to run until my shard can recover and summon a portal again.

I ran through the forest, trying to exit Thunderclan territory which seemed like it a bit far off and would take awhile to get there- longer than I could run.

But I had to try anyway. Maybe they would get tired of chasing me before I got too tired to keep running.

I ran for about five minutes, the clan cats still keeping up the chase as they were probably motivated by the fact that they were getting closer and closer and I was still deep in their territory as five minutes wouldn't get you too far.

I skidded to a halt, getting an idea. I unsheathed my claws and climbed into a tree. I picked a branch shielded from the left side with leaves so the small group of cats wouldn't catch me up in the trees.

The idea was to hide in a tree and let the cats continue running past as they wouldn't be able to see me.

After a few seconds I heard three cats arriving.

"This scent is odd, I've never smelt anything like it before." A she-cat's voice meowed, more than likely the gray tabby unless one suddenly joined the chase or there was always a 4th member. "It's indescribable."

"Yeah..." A tom's voice answered her's.

They were closer to me than I expected, If I went any slower...

The group of three came into view, no new She-cat as I slightly considered.

However the group of three cats didn't keep going, they stopped. "The scent trail ends here." the golden brown tabby tom meowed, looking around at their surroundings.

My scent! Why didn't I think of them knowing I stopped because of my scent! I thought.

"It continues to the tree." The golden tom continued, looking at the tree.

"A Skyclan cat?" The white tom commented.

The three looked up, staring directly at me. They looked at me aggressively and ready to attack at first until they noticed the shard on my forehead, then their aggression quickly faded and was replaced with shock and amazement.

"TimeClan...?" The she-cat meowed in awe.

I nervously smiled before jumping off the branch, unsheathing my claws once I landed. Once I was on the ground I just stared at the three cats.

"You're... From TimeClan?" The golden brown tabby meowed, "I mean- Of course you are..."

I nodded.

"I'm Thornclaw." The golden brown tabby meowed, "The white cat behind me is CloudTail and the she-cat is Cinderheart."

"We are deeply sorry for chasing you, it's... It's an honour to be even seeing you." Cinderheart meowed respectfully.

Clan cats were always like this when meeting a TimeClan cat. They'll be aggressive to you when they find you trespassing on their territory until they notice you're a TimeClan cat, then they'll start worshipping and treating you with great respect. Acting like a being higher than Starclan themselves just appeared right in front of them.

Wait, are we higher beings than Starclan?

But anyways, in these situations, I'm glad they have this mentally towards us but in other situations I don't want that much respect.

Sure it's nice and all but sometimes it can be a bit too much.

"What if we're interrupting their mission- Wait, did we just prevent you from saving some-cat by chasing you?" CloudTail meowed.

"No," I meowed, trying to sound very serious. "You weren't, I was just walking around and happened to accidentally walk into Thunderclan territory."

"TimeClan cats need to spread their paws and walk once in a while, we don't just save lives." I added on, "I'm TravelShard by the way. You're on a patrol, right?"

Why am I trying to start a conversation? I really should try to get going.

"Yes, we were. We were doing border patrols." ThornClaw explained, "So sorry for chasing you once again, you certainly did not deserve that disrespect."

"Calm down." I meowed, "You don't need to treat me with such respect, well at least just only me. I'm not sure about the other TimeClan cats, they probably enjoy your respect."

"Uhm, TravelShard. You're the first TimeClan cat I've ever met in person so could I ask something about your clan?" CinderHeart asked.

I twitched my ear, thinking. "Depends on the question," I answered.

I'm violating The Time Code, I really need to stop.

"What is your clan like?" She asked.

I hesitated answering that, "It's a really big clan camp, bigger than ThunderClan since there are a lot of us. There usually aren't hunting patrols setup since we just hunt on our own free-will very often, usually by ourselves or with friends. When we're not saving lives or changing fates we just go hunting, go exploring, or hang out with friends in the camp. Those are the three main things we do when we're not doing what we're known for."

"I'm actually supposed to be hunting right now as I told my friends and the deputy that I was." I explained.

The three looked extremely interested as I spoke about my clan.

"I should keep hunting now," I meowed. "It was great meeting you three, though!"

"You too." Thornclaw meowed, "Come on guys. Let's go."

The three turned and began walking away, but before they disappeared into the bushes I decided to do something I hope I wouldn't regret.

"Can I hunt with you guys?" I asked, stepping forward a tail-length. "It's okay if not, seeing that you're a border patrol and not a hunting patrol."

The three looked shocked that I even said that.

"I- Oh- Uhm..." ThornClaw stuttered, trying to put his thoughts into words quickly. "Yes! Only a mouse-brain would pass up this opportunity. We can temporarily change our patrol to hunting, right guys?"

The other two nodded, excited that they were about to hunt with a TimeClan cat.

"Who's the patrol leader?" I asked.

"ThornClaw." CloudTail answered.

"Well, where shall we go?" I asked.

"I think we should hunt over there." Thornclaw pointed up west with his tail and muzzle, "I heard there's recently been a lot of prey hanging out over there."

I nodded, "Lead the way." I meowed.

Thornclaw nodded and began leading us up west.

--

I sniffed the air, parting my jaws a small bit. I took in the many scents around me, the scent of mice and various types of birds filled my nostrils.

"I'm guessing we're here, I smell so much prey around here." I meowed, Thornclaw nodded at me.

I sniffed the air again, trying to catch one certain scent to follow. I picked out the scent of mice from the air and began following it.

I wasn't sure how clancats acted in hunting patrols but I believed they would split up a bit to hunt their prey, which if it was true that'd make sense.

I padded through the forest, the scent got stronger and stronger which tempted me to speed up, however I resisted as I knew that I'd scare off the prey and might lose it if I ran into it.

As the scent got very close and strong I lowered myself into a crouch, I was nearing a small steep hill. I crawled over to it, pressing my belly against the dirt of the edge of the hill I leaned forwards and peered over the hill.

Beneath the hill was a black and white mouse cleaning itself, the mouse was a larger than a normal one but it definitely wasn't a rat.

I swayed my haunches side to side, unsheathing my claws before quickly dashing forwards and running down the hill. Dirt being kicked up behind me.

My eyes were locked onto the prey below.

The mouse squeaked and ran, however the attempt to escape was to no avail as I was able to swiftly catch the mouse in my jaws. I bit down on the mouse and gave it a shake, killing it.

I gleefully purred over my successful hunt, but thsn I paused and stared up at the sky. The mouse dangling from my mouth. It was currently sundown.

I tilted my head to the side, "How long was I gone?" I meowed quietly to myself. My voice muffled due to the prey I was holding.

I shook my head. I need to get back to the patrol, say my goodbyes, and quickly get back.

I ran back to where I split off from the group, the wind blowing through my fur as I ran.

I skidded to a halt when I arrived in the same area I parted from the patrol, my eyes darting around the area. Nobody was there.

I flicked my tail, whatever. I don't have time to look back for them nor do I have to.

Still holding the prey, I shut my eyes and stiffened my muscles. My shard began pulsing and glowing before a small pink beam shot of it, going forward and hitting thin air. The air had pink cracks appear on it as if there was a solid wall there. Soon, the cracked air shattered like glass and revealed a pink portal.

Thank goodness my shard is working again.

I glanced around at my surroundings, tightening my grip on my prey before going into the portal.

The portal silently disappeared behind me.

-----------------------------

I stepped out of the portal, the portal spawning besides the Warriors den. The portal disappeared seconds after I stepped out.

The camp's clearing was mostly empty, it wasn't the time where everyone would sleep but sometimes during sundown this would be the time where cats would go out to do stuff since not a lot of the clan cats would be out.

Though, saying it again, this doesn't always happen. But thank Hourclan it did, I surely wouldn't be caught now.

I silently walked out into the camp, bringing my prey towards the prey pile which was located in the middle of the camp.

"Where have you've been, Travelshard? Your scent is covered in Thunderclan's." I heard a voice behind me, spun around to see LeopardCloud trotting towards me from the Warriors den.

LeopardCloud, I knew her. She was not only my former mentor when I was an apprentice but also my mother.

She didn't sound mad, but I was still quite frightened.

I dropped my prey into the prey pile, "I was out hunting." I meowed, my ears pinned back.

"Since Sunhigh? The brownish creamed furred she-cat meowed doubtfully.

"It's hard hunting on the outskirts of the lake territory," I meowed. "There wasn't much prey."

"You're covered in Thunderclan scent. You went onto their territory, didn't you?" She meowed.

"Fine, I'll admit it. I went onto Thunderclan territory to hunt since I had no luck on the outer parts of the clan's territories." I meowed, "Look, I'm sorry. Okay?"

I began trying to walk pass her, "Now let me go-"

LeopardCloud blocked me, "I don't believe you." She meowed. "Your scent is too strong of Thunderclan to you to just be walking on their territory. You must've interacted with them."

I stared at LeopardCloud, she returned the stare. However staring right into my eyes.

I growled, "Fine. I ran into a Thunderclan patrol while hunting and I got into a bit of trouble." I meowed.

"Thunderclan attack you?" She meowed, both surprised and worried.

"Well, they were more interested and excited to meet a Timeclan cat- they only tried to attack since they thought I wasn't from Timeclan." I admitted, "They tried to start a conversation with me, I tried to jo- no- they tried to invite me on a hunting patrol-"

"Did you accept?" She cut me off, concerned.

"No..." I meowed repentantly. Staring LeopardCloud straight in the eyes, my ears still pinned back.

"You look incredibly Guilty," LeopardCloud sighed. "You went on the patrol with them? That's why you were gone so long."

"I also played with my teleporting powers a bit. I didn't immediately start" I meowed.

"Great Hourclan, you need help." LeopardCloud meowed. "Well for starters, I'm not letting you back into the Warriors den like that. Your scent tells the whole story. Come on, I need to clean your scent."

LeopardCloud went to the edge of the camp to summon a portal, and hopped through it. I followed her into the portal.

---

I stepped out of the portal, feeling stone and dirt under my paws as I walked out. I glanced around, I was surely in a medicine cat den. The den was a cave, some moss stains littered the walls of the den.

There were long holes going side-ways in the walls of the den, many herbs were placed inside of the holes.

Large, soft moss beds were laid down around in the medicine cat den. There were some cats lying in the moss beds. All of them were injured, having cobwebs stuck to their wounds.

LeopardCloud flicked her tail to signal me to follow her, she walked carefully and quietly towards the herbs. I followed her, copying the way she was walking.

Once we were at the herbs LeopardCloud pressed my haunches downwards with her paws, getting me to sit down. Then she grabbed herbs from the holes and began pressing them against me, covering my with the scent of herbs.

She did this for a bit before placing the herbs back into the hole.

LeopardCloud moved away from me and summoned an emergency portal, I could tell that's what she summoned due to how fast the portal appeared.

"Come on," She whispered. Going into the portal.

I followed in.

----------

"There." LeopardCloud meowed. "Now TravelShard, you must not be so reckless."

"LeopardCloud, I'm sorry. But they invited me to a hunting patrol, they were so excited to see me- It would be cruel not to give their wishes. Also I ended up losing them while hunting so t-" LeopardCloud cut me off.

"You can stop there. Being cruel to Clan cats is what you must often do unfortunately." She meowed, "It may hurt but Timeclan must keep their clan as secretive and mysterious as possible."

"But why?" I meowed.

LeopardCloud paused, she was silent.

"It's tradition." She meowed, "Now I won't tell anyone about this as I know what you did can be heavily punished by the leader. However, I want to punish you myself by having you stay in the camp for the rest of today and until sunhigh tomorrow."

"Okay." I meowed, "I will."

--------------

Time passed, it was now Moonhigh. The full moon's moonlight shining down onto our camp.

It was time for the clan to sleep, I walked into the Warriors den and lied down in my mossbed.

I curled up into a ball, thinking about what I've done today. Interacting with the clan cats were nice, but was it worth this punishment?

Maybe it wasn't.

I closed my eyes and slept.

The moon was shining over the forest, the stars glimmering in the sky.

A black she-cat with green eyes raced through the forest, the she ran as fast as her legs could take her.

She was being pursued by golden tabby tom with amber eyes, and thick fluff ringing around his neck like a lion.

She was also being chased by a gray tabby tom with blind blue eyes.

The cats called out for her, calling the name 'Hollyleaf!' repeatedly, however she didn't stop. She ignored them, she needed to get away. She couldn't face them.

She headed towards a tunnel, she could lose them in there.

Once she was a fox-length into the tunnel she suddenly heard crackling sounds above her.

Rocks fell down, the tunnel was collapsing. The cat tried to run but she was buried alive in the rocks, the rocks crushing her.

The other two cats cried, the gray tabby tried to dig at the collapsed tunnel however the golden tabby stopped him. Saying it was no use and she was long gone.

The two left.

The black cat never emerged from the rocks, she was dead.

I jolted awake with a gasp, she quickly sat up. Looking around at her surroundings.

"Well, it looks like I'm saving somebody tonight..." I mumbled to myself, stretching and quietly heading out of the Warriors den. "Mom wouldn't mind if I left camp to save this cat named... Hollyleaf?"

"Whatever, Let's go."

Sorry for taking so long with this chapter, was busy with many other things.

Now no, I'm not explaining what Hourclan is. At least not right now, but seeing how it's used in a sentence you might can accurately guess what it is before it's explained in the story.
