Brightstar's birth Clan was ThunderClan, so she chose the area with the most oak and birch trees. In BrightClan, there aren't as many trees as there are in NightClan, but there still are many. There is one cluster of oak trees surrounding a large pool of water near the camp, which is where they get their water from. Since sunlight spills on it, they call it the Sunwater pool. There is a lot of undergrowth, which makes it good for stalking. There is a very large clump of ferns, which is where apprentices are usually taken to learn how to hunt for the first time, since the fernscover up the cats easily.
