Personality: He is a bit aggervise, but normally playful and fun. He tends to get carried away easily. He is also a bit of an attention hog.

Where did he get the speckles from? (Nice design though)
Backstory: (Sorry this will be short considering he's only an app) Born a kittypet, Crow (bouncepaw) was curious and snappy. He often spent hi days wandering around his barn. One day, when he was about 4 moons, he came across a few cats and hid. He watched them mark their borders and continue along. Inspired, Crow wanted to be like them. At 5 moons, he was fairly large and told his mother and father his. His father disapproved, although his Mother thought he'd make a strong warrior. She told him to follow his heart and the next morning, Crow said goodbye to his loving family, promised he visit, and waited for another border patrol. At Sunhigh, the leader was luckily on patrol, and he asked. She accepted him, and he got his new name. He made one friend, Acornpaw. He also visits his brother every moon.
Does he visit his brother secretly, or does the clan know? It is usually against the code to do this, but this is an Oc clan, so the rules could be different.

Bouncepaw gets 9/10 for his personality. I like how you balanced good and bad traits to create a more believable character.
He gets 8/10 for backstory. I like how he was inspired to be a warrior due to an accidental encounter, and the balance of viewpoints from his family on the matter. However, I think that his father may have tried to stop him instead of letting him go. (However, I don't know what his personality is like, so this might have made more sense if I did. Maybe Tiny was able to convince him?)
He gets a 9/10 for originality. His backstory isn't something I've read before, and it's quite interesting. I like his motivation, and the fact that is wasn't something like "there's a prophecy about me, I need to join the clans!" That can be a good storyline if executed properly, but it is done a lot.
Overall, I give this oc a 9/10. Good job!
