Name reasoning: She named herself Vine, because her tail was winding like a vine, hence her warrior name, Winding Vine. (She's an ancient cat)

4.5/5. I do like it a lot! Having her with a ancient cat name is pretty cool too! Yet, why did she name herself?

Gender: She-cat

Age: 60 moons

Sexuality: Straight

Clan: VineClan. A clan in the heart of a large jungle on an island. She founded it and it was then named after her. Their territory stretches from a twoleg path to a river.

3/5. I mean, don't get me wrong it is pretty cool but. . . having them found a clan then naming it after themselves is pretty cliche. I would perhaps change it to something else. Also, what is the main prey and predators?

Realistic approach: Yes

Alright then!

Appearance: A tortoiseshell she-cat with bright yellow eyes. She has a long, almost winding tail and multiple scars on her face, nose and torso. She also has only one ear, the result of a battle between the four clans.

9/10! This is very much realistic! Though it is pretty short and I would like a bit more detail if you could? Like fur length, body build, all that stuff!

Personality: Being one of the original leaders, Vinestar is obviously brave; she gave up her life, so her sister could live. She is also the most intelligent of the leaders and the best at plotting and finding solutions to problems. She is fiercely protective of her kits and wouldn't let them out of her sight.

6/10. This personality is very cliche. Where are the flaws too? All Characters need flaws, and I only need good traits about her. I would imagine her freaking out in a more tense situations and blaming others for something they didn't do eve if she knows they didn't do it. Also making her very social I would recommend too. Having her be brave is OK, but not all the time. Again, having her freak out in tense situations would be best for her. By tense I mean life or death.

Family:

Mother - Chloe, a kittypet turned loner. She was also a tortoiseshell and had light green eyes. Vinestar barely remembers her mother, as she was separated from her as a kit.

Ah cool! The name Chloe for a cat too is so cute!

Father - Leaping Tiger; a loner who met her mother when she was abandoned by her twolegs and his name was Tiger. They fell in love and had three kits, but was captured along with Vine before their relationship could continue. He was a reddish-and-black tom with amber eyes and scars on his nose and eyes. Running Tiger loved his daughter and misses his mate every day.

Seems like a good father! I'm truly fine with him.

Sisters: Apple Heart - A short-haired, red-and-black she-cat with clouded blue eyes, as she is blind. Vinestar and Apple were stolen along with Tiger and both ended up living together in VineClan. They loved each other a lot and Vinestar died saving her from a falling rock that Apple Heart couldn't see.

Aw, so sweet! I picture them being so close!

Moon - A tortoiseshell she-cat with clear yellow eyes and black paws. Vinestar doesn't remember her, as she was separated from her as a kit.

Brother: Fox - a tom who looks exactly like his father. Fox died young, after a raccoon attacked Chloe, Fox, Moon and Apple and visited Vinestar in her dreams. He gave Vinestar her third life - a life for bravery, despite not being part of any clan and living thousands of miles away when he died.

I feel sad now. I wish he played a bigger part though!

Mate: Blazing Heart- a bright ginger tabby tom with green eyes and short fur. He and Vinestar fell in love, after Winding Vine saved him from the evil claws of Slithering Viper.

Daughters: Brightstar. Born as Bright Cloud to Vinestar and Blazing Heart, Bright Cloud is a ginger tabby with emerald-green eyes and a torn left ear. She loved her parents and was deeply sad when they died. After Vinestar's death, Bright Cloud became Brightstar and both of her parents gave her one of her lives. Vinestar gave her a life for kindness and Blazing Heart gave her a life for devotion.

Awww, so cute! I really like these guys!

Dusk Flower- A tortoiseshell she-cat with clear green eyes and long fur. Dusk Flower was originally set out to be a warrior, but a severe injury caused by a collapsing cave told her otherwise. She lost her left hind leg and was forced to become a medicine cat. She eventually grew to love her rank and found that she enjoyed healing cats.

All together I give these guys a 10/10! It is pretty short character information, but I see nothing wrong with these guys! Just a few tweaks you should add perhaps.

Backstory: Vine was born to Chloe and Tiger, but was captured by twolegs along with her sister Apple and father, Tiger as a 4 moon-old kit. They escaped from the back of the monster and freed another captured cat, Raccoon. However, none of them could find the way back, so lived together for a few years in an abandoned barn.

I already like this! I think you should add some more depth into Chloe and Vine's relationship. . . well more on how Chloe felt I guess.

After that, they were captured again and placed into large crates, full of lots of other cats and were transported over the ocean.

Wait, how did they get captured? Did one cat betray them or something like that?

 However, the crates fell off of the boat and washed up on a jungle island. Lava declared himself as leader, but was challenged by Rain, Crystal, Tide and Vine. They all started their own groups and Vine gathered a large number of cats in hers and renamed herself Winding Vine. VineClan settled in the heart of the jungle and after RainClan were accused of stealing a TideClan queen's kits, there was a huge battle and Winding Vine lost one of her ears.

That is just sad for Winding Vine. So I'm guessing the clan is called Lavaclan if there is one, is like the bad guy one. Rainclan being the more calm one but always ready to fight. Tideclan being the lay low ones who don't get enough to eat since there always need to be a hungry 24/7 clan. Then Vineclan the new Thunderclan. Oh, and Crystalclan just the background clan that only plays like, one important part. Just my personal interpretations of them I guess-?

Running Tiger was killed by a vicious CrystalClan tom named Slithering Viper and attempted to also kill Blazing Heart, but Winding Vine stepped in and scared him away before he could do any more harm. After Morning Breeze discovers the Star Crystal, Winding Vine becomes Vinestar and gains nine lives.

How did Morning Breeze find the Crystal? Cool though! I picture Vinestar being the last one to go and get her lives since she may be over protective of her clan and perhaps doesn't really believe it? I dunno.

 She is visited by her deceased brother, Fox in her dreams and he gives her one of her lives. She and Blazing Heart had two daughters together, before Vinestar's ninth life was taken when she saved Apple Heart from a falling boulder. She ascended to MoonClan and gave Brightstar, Loststar, Breezestar, Featherstar and Rosestar a life. Vinestar's legacy still lives on in the modern clans and her descendants still live in VineClan.

46/50! I love the backstory. If you ended the story like. . . 'Vinestar gazed at her lost loved ones, her heart aching. "I'm here now." She said in a low voice. ' or something like that I guess-? Anyways I really liked the backstory!

In all, Vinestar is a great OC that needs some tweaks!
