-Icecloud's POV-

(Flashback)

Icepaw padded through the forest. She noticed Lionblaze and Heathertail talking near the border.

"I loved you Lionblaze. And you rejected me!" Heathertail snapped. Icepaw sighed.

"I'm sorry..." Lionblaze meowed but Heathertail turned and stalked away. Icepaw muttered something to herself and turned away too.

Icecloud  flattened her ears. Cinderheart and Lionblaze laughed and joked from the other side of the clearing... What about me? I thought Lionblaze loved me.... He should pay for what he's put me through.......

No.. Lionblaze probably just doesn't know how I feel. He will though.. He'll know soon.

(End of Flashback)

Icecloud up late the next morning. She coughed a little then padded out of the den to eat some prey. Lionblaze warmly greeted her and sat down next to her. Icecloud felt slow and extra tired today...

"Hey Icecloud." Lionblaze purred. Icecloud surprised herself and affectionately nuzzled closer to him.

"Hi Lionblaze!" Icecloud mewed. Icecloud then turned her head away and let out a cough.

"Icecloud!" Jayfeather suddenly called. The medicine cat padded up to her.

"What?" She asked.

"That cough of yours sounds like the start of Green Cough to me." Jayfeather meowed. Icecloud flattened her ears. Green Cough?

"Oh Starclan.." Icecloud growled.

"Go on to the medicine den then. You don't want to spread the cough around!" Jayfeather meowed impatiently. Icecloud looked at Lionblaze longingly then followed Jayfeather to the medicine den.

 Briarlight greeted Icecloud warmly as she entered the den.

"Don't worry Icecloud! You'll be better soon I'm sure! Until then you can spend time with me!" Briarlight meowed cheerfully.

"Not a good idea Briarlight. We can't risk you catching her cough. Besides Icecloud with need to rest anyways.." Jayfeather meowed. Briarlight sighed and nodded slowly.

"Aw, don't worry Briarlight." Icecloud laughed. Icecloud choose the nest closest to the entrance so she could see Lionblaze every time he walked back into camp.

 Icecloud woke again. She gazed around the camp with her sticky, tired, eyes. She noticed Cinderheart and Lionblaze talking to each other. Icecloud felt jealousy itch at her paws. She flattened her ears and growled.

"Something wrong Icecloud." A voice meowed from behind her. Icecloud turned around to see Jayfeather with a bundle of catmint next to him. How is he so quiet?..

"Nothing... Nothing at all." Icecloud sighed.
