Alright, he's definitely not a Gary Stu! His personality fits together well, and I can imagine him as the perfect elder! Maybe add some more positive traits, though. 8/10

Appearance: Brown tom with yellow eyes, long legs, with honey-colored paws, and a soft tail

Wow! This is an amazing appearance! I actually barely ever see cats with a plain brown pelt, and long legs are a great unique feature to add. I think people have forgotten about yellow eyes because I never see them, but it's personally one of my favourite eye colors! It's good to see another tom, too. I have never heard of anyone else adding honey-colored paws, and I think it fits in beautifully! A lot of people have she-cats with floofy tails, but it's pretty unique on toms, and a nice finishing touch! 10/10

Nice names with great appearances, I can see where he gets his looks from! Often people go crazy with pelt colors that they forget they have to look similar to the OC, but you sorted it well! A nice mix of both parents, and a sister which is cool. Good to see his whole family hasn't dramatically died, though I do wonder how his mother is still alive when Sparrowleap is 154 moons. 8/10

Backstory: As a kit Sparrowkit didn't exactly like anything, he didn't wanna be an apprentice, he didn't want to be a kit either. He just wanted to be an elder so he didn't have to do anything, as an apprentice, he decided he would try hard, to become a warrior. So he did, and it paid off, he became a great warrior. At about 107 moons, he gradually started to lose hearing, and by 125 moons,  he was almost deaf. He asked the leader to make him an elder, and he did. He finally got his kithood dream, to be an elder.

Interesting, most kits want to be a great warrior or leader, nice to see a change! 125 moons is quite old to still be a warrior, but OK. Pretty cool back story! It's unique, and he's not in the slightest a Gary Stu! 17/20
