Name: Whisper That Chills The Bone (Whisper)
Nice. I like this name. But, aren't tribe cats are named for the first thing their mother sees when they are born, and I have no idea how Whisper's mother can see a whisper. I mean, I know she was born a loner, and I thank you for giving me an explanation for her name, but still. I'm a weirdo.

Looks: A very light gray she-cat with a dark gray belly and black tips of the ears and tail. Her eyes are a mixture of shades of brown.
She isn't too unusual, but she isn't too plain. I adore her eyes because brown eyes are very neglected in OCs, so nice job!

Personality: Doesn't chat much to most cats, but talks a bit to some close friends. She tends to creep some cats out with her intimidating stare, her silence and strange words. However, her feelings can get hurt very easily, no she can be a little cold-hearted, rude or mean but she probably doesn't mean it. Emphasis on probably. She also has a huge fear of fires.
You know how I'm always ranting about how a character needs flaws, but I think she might need a few positive traits. A problem some people have is finding a good balance between good and bad personality traits, and this is defiantly one of those cases. Maybe she's protective, fiercely loyal, or something like that. As for the fear if fires, I like how you gave an reason for the phobia in your backstory, because sometimes, things like that are given without explanation.

Backstory: Whisper grew up as a loner. As a kit, she used to live in a small patch of territory in a thick woodland. Hen she was only 6 moons old, there was a huge forest fire. Whisper and her sister Poppy were trapped in a tree as the fires raged around them. Whisper tried her very hardest to support her younger sister 'supportive' words, but her words not made the situation worse. The branch her sister was in was not strong enough to support her, so her sister fell in to the fire. Whisper was horrified- she thought her words had made Poppy feel uncomfortable, scared and made her move so the branch fell. His per spotted her parents. They were climbing from tree to tree to reach her. Whisper hopelessly tried to reassure the pair. However, Birdie was on a lower branch and before long she was enveloped in flames as soon as Whisper spoke, forcing the kit to watch her mother burn to death. Jack made an attempt to eat over to Whisper, but he fell to his death. Whisper miraculously managed to escape the forest fire. After traveling for a full day with next to no food, she stumbled into The Tribe Of Looming Trees camp. There she was cared for, but she didn't speak for two sunrises. Hen she did, her words were eerie, giving her her name.
This is like a lot of backstories I have seen. A family member or all of them die, and the cat blames them self. Maybe there should be at least one survivor in the family so it's not like every other predictable backstory.

Makes sense. You did say she tends to creep other cats out, so she might have a hard time finding a mate.

If she doesn't have a mate, she really can't have kits.

Whisper seems like a petty good character, but it's that totally predictable backstory that gets me! Urg! :(
