This is a very unique name, so points for originality! It just sounds really cute and pretty as well! And it fits her description, so there's really nothing I would change here. Great job!

Looks: golden with black spots and light green eyes (I'm using green eyes because that's my real eye color.)
She sounds really pretty and exotic, but not too over the top that it's unrealistic. Not like...Starkit... Anyways, I like how you added part of yourself into your cat, that makes them just a little more special!

Personality: Sweet, caring, easily puts trust in others which led to her downfall. After tragic event, fearful, submissive, and quiet.
I like how a "tragic event" changed her personality. Maybe try adding a few more flaws, like, maybe she's skittish, hotheaded, etc. Things that relate to how she changed. But otherwise, great cat!

Gender: she-cat
Dur.

Backstory: Mentor died before she finished training so she had to take on being a full med. cat. Developed feelings for deputy who wooed her into the woods and brutally raped her. After Spottedsun tried unsuccessfully to tell the leader, who trusted the deputy too much, the deputy murdered one of Spottedsun's sisters and told her that he would murder the rest is she didn't keep quiet. Long after, Spottedsun met Carly, a kittypet, who offered a place with her twolegs after hearing her story. Spottedsun, who already had trained another med. cat, immediately took the offer. She accepted the name the twolegs gave her so she could be stripped of the Clans: Cheetah. Spottedsun's sisters came to visit sometimes after they found out and never asked why as long as their sister was happy.
Wow. Dark. So this is pretty good, but it has a few things you might want to change. One thing: names. Maybe state the name of the deputy, the leader, and her sisters. Other than that, it's pretty good. When I saw this, though, I was going, "Woah, man. Cats can rape?" XD

Extra: Spottedsun had a male phobia.
Completely understandable.

Cause of death: The deputy who raped Spottedsun tracked her down and raped her again. He then killed her as punishment for trying to escape him.
Woah. Dude. Leave the poor she-cat alone! This is tragic, man.
