Name: Morningdew
This is a nice name! Morning- isn't a very common prefix, and I just really like it! And I don't believe that I have heard -dew as a suffix before, so points for originality!

Looks: black with white socks and icy blue eyes
She seems a little plain, but a problem we have today is that people are trying to make their cats way too extraordinary! Black fur is VERY overused, and so are icy blue eyes. This appearance doesn't really seem to fit her name all that well, either. When I think morning, I think of gold. And maybe make her eyes a dark blue, to make it more unique. Or, if you just really like her looks, change her name maybe. Do what you'd like.

Personality: shy, weird, different, caring, skillful, majestic, loyal
How can you be weird and majestic at the same time? Is majestic even a personality trait? Anywho, I like this so far! It's nice how you added that quirky little touch to her to make her different from the rest.

Gender: she-cat
I seriously doubt that Morningdew would be a toms name. XD

Backstory: She was born healthy and everything until one day when she was older, she lost everything. Literally everything. Every time she looks into her reflection, she sees her mom.
I'm confused. What exactly happened? You didn't really explain much about her life, so if I was trying to write a story about her, I wouldn't have much to work with. Develop that backstory a bit more and clear some things up.

So did my OC! Anyways, drowning isn't a terribly common death. But how did she drown? Did she not know how to swim and fell into a river or lake?

Again, Morningdew seems like a side character. And her backstory confuses me. Maybe take some of my advice and put it to good use. On a happier note, I absolutely love her personality! Just...maybe take out that majestic part. XD
