Long story short when her teacher person died he gave her a weird necklace and whenever she gets emotional it starts glowing and weird things happen

It's been happening and she doesn't understand so one night she cries out for her teacher person asking for him to help her and tell her what's going on, and when she does the necklace activates and suddenly it's storming around her ;-;
