Fast forward to when Malley is 14. But basically what happens before this is, Malley grew up under Jay and Stephan's influence and helped kill with them when she turned 11.

Malley wakes up, she smiles so brightly. She runs into the kitchen to see her father, Jay. "Dad!" She said hugging her dad. Jay is confused but hugs her back. Malley lets go. "Where's Papa?" She asks looking around. Jays face drains of its color. "Dad?" Malley asks looking concerned. "Maebear.." Jay says. Malley looks shocked, he hasn't used that nickname since she was 10! "Papa, is dead...remember? He died 4 years ago." Jay says trying his hardest not to cry. Malley remembers all of a sudden. Her father had died protecting her and Jay. Everything she just went through, was a dream. Malley broke down crying and Jay ran over to console her. Later that day, they visited Stephan's grave. His last words that were imported on tomb was "Malley, Jay, I love you..". She couldn't stop the tears from flowing. She reached into the bag she brought to get a box of tissues, but to pull out Stephan old teddy bear instead with a note attached. The note read; "Just because I'm dead, doesn't mean I won't be with you. Signed, your father, Stephan Koll-Ng (Jay and Stephan got married)." Malley smiles and starts crying a little. She hugs the teddy bear and her and Jay walk home, with a ghostly Stephan behind them, with his arms around their shoulders.
