(It's been stressful. Especially after yesterday night. A delivery guy crashed into our ramp that we had in front of our house. They were checking the order, but they accidentally put their foot on the accelerator and zoomed forward. They steered out of the way from our car and went into the garden. I'm guessing they saw they were heading straight for a tree, so they steered out of the way of that and crashed into the ramp.

We were in the living room when we heard the crash. I knew it was outside, but I didn't think it would be in our front garden. The car was still running, but the driver had locked himself out of the car, so dad grabbed a hammer and the driver smashed the back window to open the door, so now there'a glass all in the grass.

The driver handed over his license and details, so it was obviously an accident. We called the police and at 9:30 (2-3 hours later) they finally arrived, assessed the crash and questioned the driver and dad.

It was freaking 8 degrees out there, so mum, dad and the driver were freezing. At 10:30, the Tow truck came and helped get the car, but our garden is damaged, the ramp is damaged and we had a wooden box around the tree, so that's cracked too. We didn't go to bed til after midnight last night too.
