Remnant, a world born of two races: Human and Faunus. Although some work together as equals, most are seeing each other throats and making harsh words on both races. But another race that threatens the entire world. This race was called Grimm, a dark demon, beings roam around the lands, sensing negative feelings, and killing on sight. This causes both races to work together against a common enemy. The world was ruled by four kingdoms: Vale, Vacuo, Atlas, and Mistral. Another one was called Menagerie, a home of Faunus, but it isn't considered a kingdom as it wasn't recognized by four kingdoms. Atlas was the first kingdom that had an advanced military than other kingdoms and acted as protectors of Remnant. But even without Atlas help, they rely on Huntsmen, a group of people possessing both aura and semblance to protect the people and defeat the Grimm for good. Now, the four kingdoms celebrate the Vytal Festival where all people around the world gather at Amity Colosseum to test their strength and battle each other for entertainment. But what they didn't know is that there's a greater threat than a monster. A threat is a man of war.

Medical Room, Beacon Academy

Ruby came to the room because today everyone is having a check up today to see if they are healthy. Her friends have already finished their check ups then her teammates are also finished as well. Now, she's the last person to enter the clinic. She went to sit on the chair waiting for a doctor to see her. A door opens to see a 65-years old man having a small light grey small beard on the face and he's wearing a doctor uniform. He approached her as he said.

???: Alright, you must be Ruby Rose I presume?

Ruby: O-Oh yes. Yes, I am!

She said nervously.

???: Hahaha... I see you feel nervous to be here, Miss Rose. First time?

Ruby: Yeah...

???: I see... Okay, just be calm and we can finish this in no time.

He said as he got a stethoscope and put it against Ruby's chest to hear the sound of heartbeat. After that, he turned on a small flashback and looked at Ruby's eyes. He asked her a question.

???: Tell me, have you been blind in your life?

Ruby: What? I- No, why would you ask?

???: Well, there are people out there with white eyes like yours who become blind by damaging it.

Ruby: Well... I'm not blind. It's just how I was born with it. I got it from my mother.

???: Oh? And where's your mother?

She lowered her head feeling sad to mention her mother.

???: Oh... I'm really sorry. I shouldn't say that.

Ruby: That's okay. She knows what risk it was to be a huntress. So that's why I want to be just like here to save people's lives from Grimm.

???: Hmm... I see. Anyway, we're almost finished checking your health. I just need the last one before we are done.

Ruby: Oh, And what's that?

He gets something from his bag and see a syringe on his hand.

???: I'm gonna need your blood sample.

Ruby: Uh...

???: Don't worry, it'll make it quick. I just want to see if your blood is fully healthy. It's how it works.

Ruby: Okay.

A doctor rolled up Ruby's sleeves and put a syringe on her arm which made her feel a bit tense. He gets blood from her and pulls it out. Once it's done, he said to her.

???: Thank you, Miss Rose. I hope you'll be a huntress just like your mother someday.

Ruby: Thanks. Oh! I haven't asked your name.

???: My name? Oh yes, of course! How rude of me. My name is Dr. Mile Adrun.

Flashback ended

Present

An old middle aged man wearing a dark trench coat and there's a golden reich eagle on the right side of the shoulder. He walked up to the monitor to watch the event called Vytal Tournament where all huntsmen and huntresses from four kingdoms competed with each other to become a champion. This man was none other than Mile Adrun. He is both professor and the leader of this secret base. He keeps watching on the screen to see huntsmen and huntresses are fighting each other for the competition. He finds it intriguing to see them using an ability known as semblance. He has been here since after the original commander and his team captured someone labelled as White Rose which comes from Schutzstaffel (SS). He keeps watching on the monitor until he receives a transmission call coming from the hologram device.

Adrun: Hm? Who could've been?

The device turned on itself to see Adolf von Kaiser in the hologram. Adrun took a surprise and give him a Nazi salute.

Adrun: Heil Fuhrer!

Kaiser (hologram): Hahahahaha... Please, I don't need a formality. Besides, only you can call me by my name.

Adrun: Hehehe... Yeah, I know that. It's been a long time since you were once in charge of this operation. So, what is it?

Kaiser (hologram): The invasion started, my friend.

Adrun: So it has begun.

Kaiser (hologram): Indeed. Now, are your experiment subjects ready.

Adrun: Certainly. The beowolves which you want them to add to your army are under our control and follow our lead whenever they wish to die for your Reich.

Kaiser (hologram): I hope they'll follow your command. Now, I want you to go to Amity Colosseum and get a mother's daughter.

Adrun: Yes. I know what you mean. But what if it failed?

Kaiser (hologram): Then wait. Watch her. Observe her. I want her alive. You can use any method to break her before taking her alive.

Adrun: Of course.

Kaiser (hologram): Remember the promise I have everything you need for your finest experiment work.

Adrun: Of course. Never forget it since I met you.

Kaiser (hologram): Good. Oh! Also, you can bring "her" with you. It's time to see what she's capable of.

Afterward, the device turns off and Adrun is on the terminal to hack the system on amity colosseum network. While he's busy hacking the system, a young girl speaks in a dark voice.

???: The Fuhrer commands it?

He turns around to see a girl the same age as Ruby Rose. Her hair is as short as Ruby's hair except its black color. She wears a dark SS trench uniform and dark long sleeve pants. She wears a pair of jackboots. Her face was covered by a dark gas mask.

Adrun: Yes. The Fuhrer commands it. Be ready to meet your... original.

???: Understood...

Beacon Tower

A headmaster named Ozpin was standing there looking outside at the window to see people down there. Then, a man came in from the elevator as he walked towards him. His name was Qrow Branwen, former teacher of Signal Academy and uncle of Ruby Rose and Yang Xia Long.

Qrow: Hey Oz.

He turned around to see him arriving here.

Ozpin: Hm? Oh, Qrow. Good to see you here. How are you?

Qrow: Just looking out for anyone who is committing crime activity, not to mention the people who attack the Fall Maiden.

Ozpin: Yes, I know that. But about... The kidnappers.

Qrow: You mean the ones abducting people both left and right from the shadows? Sorry, there's nothing I can find.

Ozpin deeply sighed as he went to sit down and drink his mug.

Ozpin: It is very unknown who abducts the people in Vale every night. The police can't find them. Huntsmen that tried to find those responsible for abduction were killed on the street.

Qrow: Well, you keep sending those huntsmen to find this unknown group only to end up dead and never found them. It is no coincidence that they're better than White Fang. Whoever they are, they aren't aligned with them, or the ones attacking the Fall Maiden.

Ozpin finished drinking a mug.

Ozpin: I suppose that since Gen. Ironwood brought his army here for security to protect against the threat, perhaps he will find them.

Qrow: Oz, do you think Ironwood and his lieutenant will find them? Look, I know families want them back safely once we find them, but those guys, whoever they are, they know everything we're planning for them.

Then, the elevator opens to see a blonde middle-aged woman named Glynda Goodwitch working for both Beacon Academy teacher and secret member of Ozpin inner circle group.

She approached them.

Glynda: Headmaster... Qrow...

She said,

Qrow: Hey Glynda, how's the students? Training them really hard?

Glynda: Hm, was that sarcasm? Anyway, headmaster I came here to tell you that two people from CFVY known as Coco Adel and Yatsuhashi Daichi are being defeated by Emerald Sustrai and Mercury Black.

Ozpin: Yes, yes, I've seen it, Ms. Goodwitch.

Glynda: Oh... Okay, so what are you guys talking about?

Qrow: The kidnappers.

Glynda: Huh?

Qrow: You know, the ones abducting people from the shadow in Vale over few weeks ago. The abduction is sky high and the people wanted to know what's going on.

Glynda: Oh, that...

She said as she remembers the news report that a few people were abducted by unknown abductors. They believe it was the White Fang or the bandits. But neither of them have kidnapped them in the shadows in Vale. This caused a lot of investigations to find out who is responsible for the abduction and bring them to justice.

Ozpin: Now then, while we're acting seriously about these unknown kidnappers, we'll enjoy the Vytal Festival for this is an event where all kingdoms come together for peace.

Qrow: Peace? Heh, the only peace I can see is that Ironwood brought his soldiers here and made people scared of them. And it will cause attention to the Grimms coming and attacking Vale.

Glynda: While we need Atlas to have security for this festival, I'm going with Qrow on this one. This could attract the Grimms if people create more fear.

Ozpin: Please, there's no need for that. We'll be ready when those group reveal themselves in the opening. For now, we'll wait and enjoy the festival.

Qrow: I hope you'll keep your words, Oz. Because I have a feeling they're about to do it right now.

At the Festival

The people are crowded as they visit many places to try foods and play games to win the prize. The leader of Team RWBY named Ruby Rose. Her teammates are part of Team RWBY known as Yang Xia Long, Weiss Schnee, and Blake Belladonna. They hanging out after Coco and Yatsuhashi lost the tournament against Mercury and Emerald. They're having a lunch as they making a conversation each other.

Yang: Man, I can't believe they were just beaten by those two. I mean, how can they able to defeat them?

Weiss: On your information, they have trained hard to improve their fighting skills and use the semblance at the same so that's why they won.

Yang: Hey, who's side are you on?

Weiss: I'm not siding with anyone. I'm just saying they're trained hard back at the academy in Mistral.

Blake: They did kick butt Coco and Yatsuhashi in the tournament.

She said, eating a noodle with fish.

Ruby: So let's train more! If we improve our skills then we might have a chance to beat other players and we probably win.

Weiss: Oh, you're so optimistic.

Ruby: It's not optimistic! It's just... boost up the determination.

Weiss: And what's that supposed to mean by that?

She doubted.

Yang: Hey sis, I heard it is our turn to be in the tournament. I hope you cheer for us.

Ruby: Hahahaha... I will, Yang.

Yang pulled her as she gave a sister a hug.

Yang: Now that's what I'm talking about!

Ruby: Yang...

She said feeling annoyed as Weiss and Blake tried to hold their laughs then two Atlesian soldiers came toward them.

Atlesian soldier 1: Excuse me.

They looked at them.

Atlesian soldier 1: Which of you is Ruby Rose.

She raised her hand.

Ruby: I am.

Atlesian soldier 1: Miss Rose, your tournament should be ready for 5 minutes.

Blake: Huh?

Yang: What?

Weiss: That can't be right. I remember it's me and Yang next for the tournament.

Atlesian soldier 2: Check your scrolls.

Team RWBY looks up at their scroll and sees things have changed for the tournament. They are a bit surprised that there's a changing of the rules and they are confused about why they decide to change it. Ruby on the other hand, she saw on her scroll that she will be next on line for a tournament.

Ruby: Hey, I'm gonna fight against Team NDGO... Alone.

Yang/Weiss/Blake: WHAT!

Yang: One vs Four? That seems unfair!

Atlesian soldier 1: We're here to pick her up so she will attend the next match tournament. We'll be leaving once you're done eating.

Blake: But-

She interrupted when Ruby placed her hand on the shoulder.

Ruby: It's fine. I can manage it. Besides, maybe I have a chance to see if one person can defeat four people.

Yang: You sure, sis?

She nodded.

Yang: Well... You're a leader so we won't stop you.

Weiss: Unless we have some doubts about these changes.

Ruby: Sure, Weiss... Anyway, I'm gonna go.

She said as she was being escorted by two soldiers to Amity Colosseum. Unknown to them, these two atlesian soldiers are Nazi agents in disguise. Yang and her others are feeling something is not right. They make a secret conversation.

Blake: I have a feeling something is not right.

Yang: Tell me about it. My sister is going to play against Team NDGO alone. I mean, would it be fair to have four people against four people?

Weiss: I have very doubt something is not right. I didn't know they would announce it so quickly.

Yang: You think they're lying?

Blake: I don't know. It's on the scroll so nothing is suspicious.

Weiss: What if it's been hacked.

Yang: What do you mean?

Weiss: Think about it, since they changed the rules during the Vytal Festival Tournament.

They think about it for a minute until they realize something is not right here.

Blake: If the network is being hacked, should we inform Ozpin about this?

Weiss: We don't have evidence to prove our claim. I say we go to the colosseum and see what's going on there.

Yang: You're right. Let's go and see something suspicious so we can protect Ruby. Agree?

Weiss & Blake: Yeah!

They said, raising their fists to the air. After they finished eating lunch and paying the bills, they went to Amity Colosseum to keep an eye on it if something is wrong with changing the rules of the tournament and intervene if Ruby is in trouble.

Atlas Airship

A captain was doing a lookout for any flying Grimms attempting to enter Vale territory and he made sure none of the Grimms won't escape alive. He was doing security work when one of his crew said to him.

Atlesian crewman: Sir, I got an atlesian dropship headed this way.

Atlesian captain: I handle it.

He picked up a scroll and said to the pilot.

Atlesian captain: This is a captain of Verquenz airship. What's your designation number and what reason came to my airship?

Pilot (scroll): My designation number is 16674, sir. We are just trying to find land to refuel and you are close in our range. Permission to be onboard.

A captain looks at a crewman before he gives him a thumbs up.

Atlesian captain: Permission granted. You will be docking at hangar 1.

Pilot (scroll): Roger that.

Atlas Hangar Bay

An atlesian dropship descended into the ground floor. Two atlesian soldiers walk toward the dropship to stand there waiting for the door open.

Atlesian soldier 1: Hey Jerry.

Atlesian soldier 2: Yeah, man?

Atlesian soldier 1: Do you think it's weird to come here?

Atlesian soldier 2: I don't know. Maybe something special?

When the door opens, two atlesian soldiers get shot on their heads. It revealed the dropship was hijacked and used by the Germania Reich. It consisted of 5 wolfshund soldiers, 3 elite guards, and 2 rocket troopers to be part of this operation. They get out the dropship as they proceed with their plans to capture one enemy ship by eliminating everyone in it. A captain contacts his superior on the comms.

Wolfshund captain (Germanian): This is a captain, we've entered the enemy airship ready to proceed the mission.

He and the others move forward as they spotted atlesian mechanics and shot them dead. They continue moving forward as they kill atlesian soldiers which they don't have time to react to. A squad of AK-200s patrolling the hallway spotted them and opened fire. The Nazi special force went to cover and return fire at them. They are able to destroy them and continue to move forward. A wolfshund soldier throws flashbang at a small group of atlesian soldiers as they go blind once it flashes at them.

Atlesian soldier 1: AHHHH!!!

Atlesian soldier 2: What is that!?

As they are blinded from the flash, the Nazi special force moves in and kill them instantly. They almost reached the bridge room as they killed the guards there. When they get there, two rocket troopers aim the rocket launchers at the door and fire it as the door was destroyed, then the others enter the bridge room as they kill every member in the room, especially the captain who didn't see that coming. After they successfully captured an enemy airship, a wolfshund captain radioed to the HQ.

Wolfshund captain (Germanian): This is a captain, we successfully captured an airship. Waiting for orders.

...

Beacon tower, Ozpin's office room

The elevator door opens to see a middle aged man wearing white military uniform and his name was James Ironwood. He approached them as he said seriously.

Ironwood: Ozpin, Glynda...

He looked at Qrow with a serious glare.

Ironwood: Qrow...

Qrow: Hey James, you look busy with a lot of security in this festival.

Ironwood: The festival needs security protecting from Grimms, White Fangs, or a conspiracy group that harms a Fall Maiden. It was good thing the Fall Maiden is still alive.

Qrow: Uh-huh...

he said as he drank in his canteen.

Ozpin: So... Ironwood, do you find these groups responsible for abducting the people from night?

Ironwood: What? Are we a police force or something?

He said sarcastically.

Ironwood: Anyway, the answer is no. There's no leads of this group you're describing. And I doubt the White Fang are responsible for it. To be concluded, these groups have ways to get out from the scene.

Glynda: Hmm... Do you think they are planning something?

Qrow: Oh? And what if they did?

Ironwood: If they're planning to attack the festival then they're wrong. I have my army surrounded the area so they are impossible to escape. They will be on trial once we find the abducted people.

He said confidently. Qrow is doubtful about his confidence.

Qrow: Ha! Go and try it, James. But if they are able to pass through your men, they are not to be reckoned with.

Ironwood: Qrow...

He gives him an angry glare.

Ozpin: Gentlemen, please. We'll think about this later. Right now, the show is about to start.

They go around the desk to see the screen as the tournament is about to start in any minute.

Amity Colosseum

The crowd is cheering as the next tournament starts in a minute. The announcers are two Beacon teachers known as Bartholomew Oobleck and Peter Port.

Oobleck (speaker): Welcome back, everyone! In the next tournament something interesting changes.

Port (speaker): Though we had that schedule on our own... But let's not be a case, we are here to see each other from the representatives of four kingdoms. Oh yes, jolly good show indeed!

Oobleck: Anyway, the next contender to be the leader of Team RWBY is Ruby Rose!

Ruby Rose entered the arena as she saw everyone cheered. Yang and her others are sitting there happily to give her support though they need to look out for any suspicions. But Team RWBY isn't the one to be here, there are Team JNPR, CFVY, and SSSN as well to give her support.

Velvet: You can do it, Ruby!

Nora: Give everything you got, Ruby!

Yang: Be careful out there, sis!

Hearing her friends supporting her, all she can do is make a smile to stay determined. Penny and Ciel were also there to see that Penny's friend is facing them alone. At the other side of the audience was Cinder, Mercury, and Emerald just watching her to face the four combatants alone which Cinder finds surprising she can handle herself although she has a feeling that something is not right here.

Oobleck: The next contender is Team NDGO!

Team NDGO entered the tournament as the people giving support to them. Ruby will face four huntresses alone. She feels nervous but she stays brave as she is willing to show the world she is capable of handling herself. One of Team NDGO, Nebula, just said to her.

Nebula: Hey.

Ruby: Hm?

Nebula: You know it's weird.

Ruby: What's weird?

Nebula: That you versus four of us? Would it be an unfair match for this tournament?

Ruby: I don't know. But I've been trained for this so I'm sure I can beat you guys.

Gwen: Hahaha... If you can handle it by yourself.

She said, Team NDGO made a fighting stance as Ruby did the same. The field opens around the five combatants, and up rises all tall grassy plains and a dense forest. They are getting ready to face each other as a tournament is about to start.

Inside the amity colosseum, a dead atlesian officer lying on the ground naked and Mile Adrun is dressed up in a uniform as he wears a hat and goes ahead. He grabbed a walkie-talkie as he said.

Adrun: Nigrum... It's time...

...

Amity Colosseum

Ruby starts to fight as she swings her crescent rose as Nebula fires her crossbow at her. She used her semblance to fly around the dense forest and tried to take a cover. Team NDGO spreads out to find her and take her out in order to win.

Ruby is in a dense forest as she makes a stance to defend herself from Team NDGO. She walked around cautiously looking out for the combatants when she heard a rustle sound. She transforms her scythe into a sniper mode as she aims at the bushes. She slowly approached the bushes and when she got closer she went in and saw nothing there. She was confused but she remained vigilant. She keeps looking around until a figure comes out to see a familiar face.

Ruby: Ah! You found me! Now let's-

But there's something wrong with her. Ruby's face became shocked to be terrified of what she saw. She saw Gwen Darcy looks badly injured and has a lot of scratches all over her body. She also looks at the side of the body that is bleeding seemingly like she was being attacked. She lowered her weapon and went towards her for help. She takes one knee and sees what is happening to her.

Ruby: Gwen! What happened?

Gwen: I-I don't know... When we split up to find you, I was alone looking for you. I thought it was you when I heard a rustle but then...

Flashback

Gwen is walking through the forest acting vigilant if Ruby Rose is going to ambush her. Then suddenly, she heard a rustling sound so she went to investigate it. But before she could check there, a dark figure jumps out and immediately attacks her at such speed.

Flashback end

Gwen: I fought back, but it's too strong and too fast for me to handle it. After that, I managed to get out of there and then I found you. It came so fast.

Ruby: But how? We're in the tournament and there are many people watching us.

Gwen: I-I really don't know-

Then, they heard the woman scream all across the forest.

Ruby: What was that sound?

Gwen: That's... That's Octavia! She's in trouble!

The audience in the colosseum heard Olivia's scream so loud it caught their attention and shocked her. Yang and the others took a lot of flinched hearing her scream so loud.

Blake: What the- Is that Olivia's scream.

Yang: I bet it is.

Jaune: Guys, do you see Olivia there?

Ren: No, we can't. There's so many trees we can't see them.

Sun: Who the heck designed this to make a lot of trees preventing us seeing the fight.

Back to the fighting arena, Ruby decides to carry Gwen on her shoulder and move to escape the dense forest. When they get out of the forest, they see Nebula and Dew are outside then they both saw them coming this way. They rush towards them and see their teammate is badly injured.

Dew: What happened to her?

Ruby: I really don't know. I was waiting for any of you guys to find me and fight, only she came to me with injuries. But I don't know why she got hurt so much if she has an aura.

Dew and Ruby put her down gently and try to sustain her injuries.

Nebula: This is bad, this is bad. I'm gonna call them to cancel the tournament.

Ruby nodded. She turns around and waves her hand at the Oobleck and Port to cancel the tournament and get medical attention for Gwen.

...

Oobleck and Port look down to see Nebula waving at them saying to cancel the tournament and get medical attention.

Oobleck: What's that?

Port: She seems to believe something is happening to Gwen Darcy and she wants us to cancel the tournament and get medical attention.

Oobleck: How do you know that?

Port: I just know it when I can hear a mile away from her. But anyway, let's announce it.

Oobleck: You're right. We have to end this.

Just as they are about to announce the cancellation of the tournament, all dense forests are starting to remove themselves.

Oobleck: What the- We didn't press anything.

Port: Something's wrong. We have to get them out immediately.

...

The audience are shocked by what's happening to the combatants who got some injuries and needed medical attention when suddenly the force field that protects them turns red as it becomes permanent and it's impossible to break it.

Yang: What the!?

Weiss: What's going on here?

Blake: I knew something was wrong here. Someone has hacked the system.

Pyrrha: What!

Nora: We need to get them out of there!

Meanwhile, Penny and Ciel were shocked when the forcefield turns red and in just a minute, Penny leaves the arena immediately by running to the exit.

Ciel: Ma'am! Wait!

She said as she ran after her.

Cinder, Mercury, and Emerald were surprised by what they just saw as the forcefield turned red itself. Mercury tries to touch it, but then, he felt a bit electrocuted when he touches it.

Mercury: Ouch!

Emerald: What the hell? It electrocutes if we touch it?

Cinder: Hmm... Strange. I don't remember that as part of my plan. But regardless of what just happened, let's see what comes next.

She said in a neutral expression. She will observe what comes next for this entertainment of hers. She will find out who is entering her game and convince them to join her side for the Salem plan.

...

Once all dense forest sections are removed and return to the normal fighting platform, they see a figure just standing there. They see a female girl wearing a dark trench uniform, her face is covered by a gas mask, and she has the same appearance as Ruby Rose. The audience saw her standing there in out of nowhere in the arena. Ruby stands up and goes up to protect Gwen at the back as well as Nebula and Dew are very cautious about her appearing out of nowhere. Nebula stepped in as she said to her.

Nebula: Hey! What are you doing there? I don't remember you being here.

But she didn't respond. But there's something behind her back. She raises her hand out, shocking everyone in the arena seeing in horror. They see her holding Octavia's head in her hand.

Yang and the others are both shocked and horrified by what she did to Octavia. Weiss seeing her holding Octavia's head makes her puke. Velvet fainted, but Yatsuhashi was able to catch her fall.

Meanwhile, Emerald was shocked to see that girl just killed and chopped her head off just to show them. Mercury finds disturbing what just witnessed there. Cinder on the other hand, finds it interesting to see her killing that girl in cold-blooded. She smiles to see her as a new asset for her plan.

Beacon Tower

Ozpin, Glynda, Qrow, and Ironwood were shocked, disgusted, and horrified that a girl in dark dress appeared in the arena out of nowhere have managed to sneak into the arena and kill Octavia in cold blooded.

Glynda: Oh dear God...

She put her hands in a mouth horrified she saw on the screen. Ironwood walks out and brings up his scroll.

Ironwood: Captain, get in the arena and arrest her right now! Shoot her if necessary.

Ozpin: General, where are you going?

Ironwood: I'm going up there and arresting that murderer.

He said as he entered the elevator before the door closed together.

...

Oobleck: Holy molly! I cannot believe what I've seen in my eyes.

Port: That's very horrifying to see!

...

A girl in a dark trench uniform toss Octavia's head at them as it rolls on the floor until it stops near them. Dew and Nebula, and even Ruby look at Octavia's face to see her eyes widened like she was terrified and her mouth was open. Seeing her friend was killed, both Nebula and Dew are boiling in anger as they draw their weapons out like they're ready to attack her right now.

Nebula: Ruby! Stay with her! We're going to get that bitch!

Nebula and Dew rushed towards that girl.

Ruby: Wait!

She tries to reach them but it's too late as they're headed towards her. A girl draws out her own weapon compared to Crescent Rose scythe but it has a different name called Death Rose. As they both get closer toward her, she makes a move as she runs behind them faster and then she strikes them. Dew and Nebula got hit and crashed into the ground. They both got up as a dark dressed girl sprinted towards and swung her scythe at them. They are able to avoid the attack and fall back separately to take her out from both sides. Nebula shoots a fire dust arrow at her, but she dodge it quickly then a dark dressed girl turns her scythe into a sniper mode and retaliates by opening fire at her. To Nebula, she has an aura to protect herself from everything, especially the dust bullets. But then, something does not go right. As a bullet hit her, Nebula's eyes widened as she felt something hit her really deep. She looks down to see a bullet have penetrated her aura and it hits to the chest, the blood dripping down as she starts to cough out blood and falls on the ground. Everyone, especially Ruby and Dew look shocked to see a dark dressed girl just killed by a single shot without aura protecting her. Dew clenches her spear harder as she sees her leader was killed by her hands, so she jumps into a sprint attack towards her in anger.

Dew: You will pay! Die!

A dark dressed girl turns at her as she transforms back to scythe mode and swings at her. She cuts off Dew's body in half and Dew falls to the ground dead. Ruby was horrified to see her being cut in half and a dark dressed girl is walking toward her as she draws out her weapon with a fighting stance. Before she could approach her, a group of atlesian soldiers and AK-200s arrived and came to surround her. They circle around her as they point guns at her. Those groups are led by two officers on both sides. Then, a dark dressed girl heard Ironwood's voice on the speaker.

Ironwood (speaker): This is Gen. Ironwood of the Atlesian military, surrender now. You are surrounded by my finest and well-trained soldiers you ever face.

A dark dressed girl didn't say a girl as she looked at the atlesian officer in front of her knowing it was Mile Adrun in disguise. Adrun gives her a nod for a signal as she responds to him back before she turns around and attacks them. His "own" troops go to attack her when Adrun in disguise turns against them by activating his psi blade gauntlets. He killed a group of atlesian soldiers then the AK-200s in such a speed attack. A dark dressed girl swings her Death Rose killing the soldiers and shreds AK-200s into the pieces.

Ironwood was so angry to see one of the officers kill his own troops and he is with her this whole time. He clenched his fist on the table as he glared at them at the window.

Ironwood: Damn it! Port, Oobleck, get those people out of here now!

Oobleck: Roger that!

...

After that, Adrun presses on his wrist computer as both entrances of the arena are locked down by red forcefield. The audience heard Oobleck announce to evacuate the arena and headed to the exit. The people ran out to the exit to evacuate. Cinder decides to see it enough and tells Emerald and Mercury to leave. Yang and the others didn't move as they tried to break through the forcefield. Ruby doesn't know what's going on here or why they are doing this when she hears a familiar voice.

Adrun: Ruby Rose, so glad to meet you again like last time.

Ruby: Wait... No...

He takes off his hat and face toward her as she is so shocked to recognize his face.

Ruby: Dr. Adrun...

Adrun: Yes, it's me. Sorry for making a scene here, but time is in essence and we need to make it quick before that time has come.

Ruby: W-What... But why...

Adrun: Why? Hm... That would be what my superior will tell you. But to make it short, I was an agent and a head scientist of where I come from. I was sent there to get a DNA blood sample to create a new experimental subject for my own.

Ruby: DNA blood sample? Wait... so back then, you weren't trying to get my blood sample for my health. You were getting a blood sample from me.

Adrun: Exactly! And look what I have created. Nigrum, take off your mask.

A dark dressed girl known as Nigrum nodded as she took off her mask and revealed the face that looks exactly like Ruby except her eyes are red as cold-blooded as she is made to become a murderous soldier.

Ruby is both shocked and surprised to look just like her in mirror reflection. But this girl's personality is different from her as she shows a cold-hearted emotionless person. Adrun continues to speak.

Adrun: Yes, I create a clone of yours, by using your blood DNA I create a clone that has exactly the same skills as you though I have to change her personality to make her a perfect soldier following orders without questions. I would like you to meet Nigrum Rosarot. I think of her as your twin sister but very cold-blooded and obedient girl she is.

Ruby didn't say anything of what just heard from him.

Adrun: But that's enough today. Nigrum, I want her alive. Do any means to take her by force.

Nigrum: Yes sir.

Adrun walks away from the battle to watch her. She walks toward her held on Death Rose ready to attack if Ruby attacks her first. Ruby just said to her.

Ruby: Stop, please! You don't have-

She didn't finish her sentence as Nigrum launched herself towards her with her weapon ready to raise up. Ruby dodges it as she almost receives an attack. She falls back away from her trying to find a way to defeat her. Nigrum just stopped as she looked down at Gwen still injured from ambush lying on the ground so she decided to end her life. She pulled out a pistol and pointed it at the head.

Ruby: No!

But it's too late as she pulled a trigger and killed her. Ruby rushed in and raised her Crescent Rose as Nigrum was able to block the attack. They both clash with each other as they move around and attack each other using weapons. Ruby transforms her weapon into sniper mode and fires a dust bullet, but Nigrum dodge from a bullet and returns fire. Ruby dodge it and use her semblance to move around leaving rose petals trail behind. Nigrum also has the same semblance as her as she uses it to chase after her.

Yang and the others keep trying to break through the forcefield when they see Ruby fighting her. Yang gave her a big shout.

Yang: Sis! Just hang on! We're getting you out of there!

Nigrum gets up ahead as she kicks her. Ruby got hit, falling to the ground. Adrun watching both of them fighting seems intriguing as he wrote the notes down on wrist computer. They continue to fight as they move in each direction while attacking each other. Ruby keeps swinging her scythe, but Nigrum keeps dodging it until she takes upper hand by upper punch at the face. She puts her weapon down as she decides to attack Ruby in close combat by punching and kicking her. Ruby was hit by Nigrum as she kept beating her up. Nigrum uses her final punch to knock her down on the floor. Ruby groaned as she felt pain then Nigrum pinned her down and gave her murderous glares.

Nigrum: Feeling pain? Get used to it.

She punches her multiple times as her aura becomes depleted and then she starts beating her up brutally.

Yang and the others saw Ruby getting beaten up so brutally by that dark dressed girl though they can't see her face from a distance.

Yang: Sis! No!

Blake: Ruby!

Weiss: Ruby!

They shouted as they worried that she was going to die on that spot and they kept pounding it on the forcefield.

Ruby's face is covered in bruises and blood, and her body is feeling damaged as Nigrum keeps beating her down when Adrun decides it has enough so he tells her.

Adrun: Nigrum. Stop.

Nigrum responds to his order as she stands up and fixes her fists. Ruby is still breathing lying on the ground in such bad conditions and she has bruises and blood all over her. Adrun walks slowly toward her as he takes a knee and looks at her.

Adrun: Oh, Ruby. I was hoping you could put up the fight. But I was wrong, just like your mother wasn't putting up a fight.

Hearing about her mother, she barely looked him up, shocked by what he just said.

Ruby: *breathing* W-What? What did you say?

Adrun: Hm? Oh yeah, your mother. What is her name? Ah yes, I remember. Summer Rose.

Her eyes widened.

Adrun: Sounds familiar to you.

Ruby: You... You know my mother...

Adrun: No. I wasn't there before. But my superior had met her before she was almost beaten and bleeding by the Grimms and then "him".

Ruby was speechless of what his superior did to her mother.

Adrun: You see, my superior was a high-ranking officer back then, he and he went on the mission to capture one person capable of defeating a horde of grimms by using what is known as the silver eyes. For my analysis, your mother possesses that kind of power to turn grimms into stone. It's so powerful it became so dangerous for someone like her to have it. So he decides to capture her alive and experiment on her in such extreme methods.

He leaned closer to Ruby's left ear.

Adrun: That's right. Your mother is still alive. But not before the Fuhrer will do to her when it is not used for her.

Her heart beats faster as she can't believe everything her mother thought she was dead still alive somewhere and she was being tortured by Adrun's superior known as Fuhrer. Before she could do anything, he continued to say to her.

Adrun: But you may have asked "Where is she"? Well, she is not in this world anymore. But soon, you will see her.

He said as he hard punch at the face to knock her out.

Velvet: Ruby!

She shouted. Adrun tells her to pick her up. Nigrum holds her on the shoulder and they are ready to leave the arena.

Adrun: Time to go.

He presses something on the wrist gauntlet as the top forcefield is turned off. In an unexpected event, an atlesian airship is above them and a bullhead is descended toward them. The door opened as they both entered the aircraft. Adrun decides to turn off the forcefield. Yang and the others see the forcefield is turning off; they jump out and go toward the bullhead but it's too late. A bullhead ascended reaching to the top. Nora is aiming her grenade launcher at the bullhead but Ren stops her.

Ren: No. You could shoot Ruby in there.

Yang: Ruby!

She launches herself and she is reaching it when Nigrum throws a flashbang at her face causing to lose sight for a minute and she falls back to the ground.

Weiss & Blake: Yang!

A bullhead is reaching to the surface. Yang and the others felt they failed to save Ruby in time. They lose their hope. But suddenly, someone attached the blades onto the bullhead and it headed straight towards them. It was none other than Penny as she charged in and broke through the door. Adrun, Nigrum, and two SS soldiers caught off guard as an unwanted guest just burst here. She looks very serious seeing her best friend is being beaten and kidnapped by these people and she isn't too kind to something happen to her. She looks at them with menacing glares.

Penny: Give. My. Best Friend. Back. Now!

Adrun: Kill her.

The SS soldiers point guns at her but she throws swords at them, killing both SS soldiers. Then, she pushed them away with her might and rescued Ruby and escaped the bullhead. Nigrum and Adrun got up and saw Ruby. Nigrum transforms her weapon into sniper mode and aims at Penny when Adrun stops her.

Adrun: No. We'll let her go this time. The invasion has just begun.

Nigrum: Understood, sir...

She put her weapon back as the bullhead reached the hijacked atlesian airship. The ship went away.

Penny carrying unconscious Ruby descended and put her down gently on the ground. Yang and the others came to her. Team WBY went to see her in bad condition.

Weiss: Ruby!

Yang: Sis!

She leans against Ruby's chest to hear the heartbeat. She is relieved that her sister is still alive but she is in bad condition.

Yang: Somebody get me a doctor now!

Oobleck: Students!

They saw Oobleck, Port, and Ironwood running towards them.

Port: Are you alright?

Coco: We're fine. But Ruby is in very bad condition.

Oobleck: We have to get her to infirmary at once!

Ironwood: Penny, Ciel told me you just left for a minute without explanation. Explain yourself.

Penny: I saw Ruby us being threatened and kidnapped by those bad people so I went to save her. She was being hurt by those bad people.

Ironwood: *sigh* I guess I'll let it slide for now. Just please, don't go anywhere without my permission to take actions.

Weiss (thoughts): Why does I feel he acts like her father?

Then suddenly, he heard the comms like it's in emergency.

Ironwood: Yes...? What...! What do you mean the defenses are broken... Was it the grimm...? Wait... What are you saying? I can't understand what you are describing, sergeant.

Jaune: Sir, what's happening?

Ironwood is going to say to him when suddenly, a portal appears above them and a Himmler mothership just comes out of nowhere.

Ren: Guys, did I just see something shocking to see a floating ship appear from the sky.

They didn't respond to him as they stood still and watched the ship flying above them. Himmler's mothership is starting to charge up the weapon.

Port: Oh God! I think it's about to fire the Amity!

Ironwood Shit...

He muttered.

Ironwood: Everyone, evacuate immediately! And take Miss Rose out of here too!

They comply as they run to the exit followed by Team WBY and Penny carrying Ruby to get out the colosseum. They reach the docks and there's an air bus station there. The students are getting on board the airbus and then Ironwood just says to Penny.

Ironwood: Penny!

She stopped following them as she heard him calling her.

Ironwood: Come with me. We had some battles to do.

Penny: But-

Ironwood: That's an order, Penny. Now!

He said seriously. Penny looks back at the others getting onboard the Airbus before she has no choice but to comply with Ironwood's order.

Penny (muttered): I'm sorry, Ruby.

She said before she goes to Ironwood and onboard the dropship docking there. Both ships went separate ways as Himmler's mothership was ready and fire the laser as the amity colosseum was destroyed in the sky.

At the Vale border

Atlesian soldiers stationed there are keeping watchout for any Grimm or White Fang in the area. They were patrolling the border when suddenly a large flock of birds and crows flew away from the forest.

Atlesian soldier 1: Huh? What's up with those birds?

Atlesian soldier 2: I don't know and I don't care.

Then, they heard something coming from the forest. In the sudden moment, a larger number of disgusted and horrified humanoid creatures resembles humans and faunus. These are known as Sniffers.

They let it out roared as they ran towards them.

Atlesian soldier 1: Oh God!

Atlesian soldier 2: Who are those things?!

Atlesian soldier 3: Open fire!

They open fire at those humanoid creatures as they continue running straight at them. They are able to take out a small number of them but they overwhelm them and eat them alive. Then, at an unexpected moment, the whole pack of beowolves emerge from the forest except for something that is different from them. The beowolves have armor on the chest and the shoulders, they have wired connected implant devices on the back of its head. They also carry pulse energy rifles at the back used for combat.

This seems like these beowolves are different ones from original beowolves. There's swastika insignia on Beowolves' shoulders. It makes it look like the beowolves are being abducted and turned into controlled slave combat monsters made by the Germania Reich. The Nazi decides to call them Todeswolf, a controlled slave grimm with well-trained to use firearms and follow commands from Germania commanders and ranking officers. Then, the few portals appear on the sky as a couple of Siegfred zeppelin warships, Walkure battlecruisers, and Neuesreich battleships have entered the world of Remnant. They sent out dropships to deploy troops, robots, and experimental monsters on the ground. They teleported the ground forces using teleportation device to the city. The citizens from all kingdoms visiting to Vytal Festival are shocked and horrified when the Germania forces attacking the kingdom and kill every people in the city who dares to fight back. The atlesian soldiers station there caught off guard and repelled the unknown enemy forces, but they are too many to outnumber them and they have strength to overwhelm them in such force.

On top of the building, Cinder and her minions watching the Amity Colosseum was destroyed by Himmler mothership and more new unknown forces came out of nowhere and started to attack the city in brute force. They have no words to see them attacking the city and killing both civilians and military personnel who dares to fight back showing no mercy to them. Cinder shows reaction of amusement as this may not be part of her plan, but this is an opportunity to head the Beacon Academy, kill the Fall Maiden, and take the full power for herself. Emerald and Mercury show shocking they have a military arsenal to crash the party and invade the kingdom of Vale.

Emerald: This is terrifying.

Cinder: It's horrendous.

He said optimistic.

Mercury: So now what?

Cinder: Now?

Cinder pulls out her scroll.

Cinder: We stick with the plan, no matter how changes it is. We'll get the Fall maiden and the power will be mine.

She started to call the leader of the White Fang in Vale, Adam Taurus.

Adam (scroll): Yes?

Cinder: Adam, it's time. Deploy your men to Beacon Academy. Show them what it means to have the Faunus revolution.

Adam (scroll): Yes. The time has come for the White Fang to show mankind we are stronger than them.

After the call, they walked out of the building and headed to the beacon academy.

Beacon Tower

Ozpin, Glynda, and Qrow are completely shocked by what they just saw on the screen. The whole flying ships came through from a portal on the sky, the ground forces just teleported on the street shooting everyone who stood in their way in brute force. They slaughtered both humans and faunus who resisted this invasion. Glynda said to him.

Glynda: Ozpin.

Ozpin: Get to the city and get those people out of there.

Glynda: But-

Ozpin: Now!

He said seriously. Glynda and Qrow without hesitation complied and went out of the office room while Ozpin just sat there watching on the screen.

The airbus landed on the docks as most of the huntsmen and huntresses went out and headed to the beacon academy. Upon their arrival, they suddenly saw unknown troops teleported there and started attacking people. The bullhead flies over the academy as they unloaded White Fang soldiers to the ground and attack people too. But then, the Nazi troops saw the White Fang deployment and started to shoot them. This leaves huntsmen and huntresses more shocked and surprised to see them killing each other.

Sun: Hey! Those guys are fighting each other.

May: We can see that!

Yang: Come on, I have to get my sis to the infirmary now.

They decide to go through them. The atlesian soldiers and AK-200s are shooting on both sides even though they're killing each other. The White Fan bullhead deploys grimms to the ground to attack everyone on sight. The squad of suppression troopers mowing down all grimms, atlesian forces, and the White Fangs. The Nazi troops saw the young huntsmen and huntresses goes straight to them so they decide to shoot them.

Nazi trooper (Germanian): Enemy contact 5'o clock!

Neptune: Um, they see us.

Jaune: Then we have no choice but to fight through them. And protect the people here. Yang, you and others get Ruby in there, we'll handle it here.

Blake: You sure?

Jaune: Yes! Now go!

Don't want to argue with him, Yang and her team go ahead to take Ruby into the academy. Jaune and the rest of the huntsmen and huntresses draw out their weapons and are ready to fight them. They open fire as the huntsmen and huntresses split up and start attacking them.

Yang, Weiss, and Blake still keep going while carrying injured Ruby on Yang's back. They encounter the White Fang soldiers blocking their way.

WF soldier 1: Hey! It's those huntresses, and they have Schnee with them too!

WF soldier 2: Get'em!

Yang: We don't have time for this!

Blake and Weiss rushed in as they fought them using swords. They defeated the White Fang soldiers and continued headed toward the infirmary room to recover Ruby as soon as possible.

...

Onboard the hijacked atlesian airship

The door opens as Adrun walks in the bridge room to see the Nazi personnel are working on the terminal to control the airship. He looks on the map screen and then switches it to video cam seeing the city is getting destroyed by his army. He was smiling that the invasion was fruitful for his satisfaction. He sees people in the city have suffered so much by the Grimms, and now he brings them more suffering like they never have experienced before. Then, the door opens to see an elderly man with disheveled gray hair, a matching mustache and beard and prominent eyebrows. His left eye is and glows red and around it are noticeable claw marks, likely from his Grimm experiments. His right arm is also robotic and is dark and metallic and has red inner circuits. He wears a light gray jacket with a high collar and a red shirt underneath. On each sleeve of the jacket is a dark gray hexagon shape. He approached him from behind as he said in a calm and generous voice.

???: I see that the city of Vale was being overrun by your army. How fascinated they are having a higher level of technology and weaponry, professor.

Adrun: Indeed. I am also glad that you can cooperate with us, Dr. Merlot.

Dr. Merlot, a founder of his development corporation called Merlot Industry originated from Mountain Glenn. He became obsessed with Grimms believing them to be a superior race over humanity. He is responsible for bringing the Mountain Glenn to ruin by attracting more grimms to the city to continue experimenting on them. The reports show that he was killed in the cause of the disaster, but that's what the world thinks of it. He was able to escape and flee to an isolated island to continue the experiment research on grimm. 

He was surprised when he got some unknown 'visitors' coming to his doorstep and met Prof. Mile Adrun. They have both desires of experiment and in surprise, he guarantees to join his side as long as he needs some help to continue the experiment on Grimms. He continued to say to him.

Merlot: I must admit that you people coming from other universes sound more interesting for my work. Tell me, what does your leader want in this world anyway?

Adrun: Same thing as we did to other universes. Take their freedom and establish it as a colonized planet. This world, this environment, makes it so amazing the world where people have auras and semblance, dust with different kinds of abilities, early futuristic technology, and most of all, monsters lurking in the shadows seeking to kill when they detect negative emotions. As far as I remember the research, the aura can be attracted by grimms, correct?

Merlot: Of course! It happens to the people here all the time. These people you abducted were very disturbing when turning them into mindless humanoid slave monsters who do whatever they wish to command from you. You become more than a human person. Oh no, you become a God of Monster.

Adrun laughed as he found it amusing to call him that.

Adrun: I appreciate you calling me that title. I guess I should earn it for once. But I rather like to be called other things than God of Monster.

Merlot: And what is it?

Adrun: Well - Let's forget about that. Besides, we got work to do. So the experimental beasts called Todeswolf, they become a bit more intelligent when it comes to following orders from us. But I want something more. Doctor, have the new experimental alpha beowolf ready?

He gives him a smirk for his response.

Merlot: Oh, I assure you my good friend that my Alpha beowolf or better yet, Alpha Todeswolf was more intelligent than the others, and they are good at following the command as a pack leader. With it, we won't have to be worrying about losing your commanders leading the battlefront. I hope your leader will give me honorary Germanian citizenship to be part of your New Reich.

Adrun: I already told the Fuhrer a minute ago. You have fulfilled your work for our New Reich and thus, instead of being honorary Germanian, you have become one of us Germanians.

Merlot was so much happier than ever. He becomes a Germanian just like him and everyone else. He decides his own homeworld is a lost cause and deserves to be colonized by the Germania Reich as they called their nation. Then, the door opens hearing someone is being pulled in while struggling to be released.

???: Hey! Can you get off me, please?

Merlot and Adrun turn around to see Nigrum holding a man wearing a red-lined white suit with long black pants and black shoes. His accessories included a small gray scarf, black gloves with buckled sleeves, and a black bowler hat with a small feather tucked into its red band. He had slanted, dark-green eyes and bright, long, orange hair, with long bangs covering his right eye. Black eyeliner traced his visible left eye. That man was known to be Roman Torchwick, a ruthless criminal of Vale and a member of the Cinder faction.

He struggles after he was being pulled out from the cell by Nigrum Rosarot, which she went out to explore inside the airship until she found him in the cell and decided to bring him in here.

Roman: Hey, kid. You kinda look like Little Red that I encounter.

Then he received a punch on the cheek from her.

Nigrum: This "Little Red" doesn't compare to her. Such a shame we failed to capture her.

Roman: Huh?

Merlot: Excuse me, but who is this person and how did he end up here?

Roman: Well, if you asked me, I was being caught by those huntsmen and the big man Ironwood putting me in the cell since of course I am the criminal.

Nigrum: What shall we do with him? Shall I kill him here and now?

She said as she pulled out a combat knife and placed it on Torchwick's throat, which he felt a bit threatened.

Roman: Hey, hey, why not just be calm and work things out, huh? Come on, don't do this to me, kiddo.

Adrun: No. Don't kill him here.

He felt relieved. But something is gonna happen next.

Adrun: Throw him out of the airship. I cannot want him to jeopardize our operation.

Nigrum: Yes sir.

Roman (thoughts): I'm screwed.

Nigrum dragged him outside of the room to throw overboard the hijacked atlesian airship. They return to watching the city invasion. In the hallway, there was a female officer standing there who saw Roman being dragged out by that girl who looked kinda like Ruby Rose. She decides to follow them in order to save Roman from certain death.

...

Outside the Airship

Nigrum dragged Roman to outside, followed by three Waffen SS soldiers as her bodyguards. He pulled Roman to the close edge as he looked down to see it's very far away from here. Roman is getting afraid of death and maybe he will try to convince or persuade her about this.

Roman: Hey, hey, hey, you don't wanna do this, right? I mean, this is something I really don't know about you but I see the city is getting pretty messy down there.

Nigrum: If you see down there, the kingdom of Vale has only inferior militia and huntsmen to defend against our army. They should've stuck on keeping the military after the Great War instead they abolished it leaving vulnerable to us invade the country. But as for you, you have no future here.

Roman: Uh, I really don't know what the words you're saying kiddo, but you can't just get rid of me. I can be useful, you know.

Nigrum: Sorry. But you are in no condition to negotiate. Just accept your fate and be done with it.

Roman (thoughts): Damn it! This isn't the way I die today. Damn you Cinder for getting me involved for your "mastermind" plan.

She was about to let him go at the edge when suddenly she heard her men were killed as she turned around to see a female Germanian officer, which she's the one who killed them.

Nigrum: What the?

A female officer transforms her disguise into a true form. She sees a young girl wearing a white cropped wide, broad tailed jacket with a pink interior, collar, a single gold button and large pink cuffs. She wears brown pants with a dark belt that has a gray buckle and an additional narrow belt under it. Under her jacket is a brown corset, curved in the middle and at the bottom, exposing her hips. She also wears a multitude of black beaded necklaces, which hang haphazardly around her neck. Neo also wears black and white spat styled under the knee boots alongside black gloves. Her hair is typically half pink and half brown, with white streaks on the pink side. Her eyes are different as there's one eye that is brown at the left and the other eye is pink at the right. That girl was a Neopolitan, Torchwick right hand man. 

Roman was glad to see her coming to rescue him.

Roman: Neo! Glad you made it.

Nigrum: How are you able to- Forget it. Your boss' fate has already been made. Say goodbye.

In the response, she let Roman go as he is falling from his death. Neopolitan saw him falling and she decides to save him instead of fighting her. She jumped out the airship as she sky dive towards him. She manage to grab him and opens the umbrella to float on air. She felt thankful for him so she nodded for her answer.

Roman: Hey Neo, I think it's time to not side with Cinder. I just got captured because of her and I almost got killed too. Geez... What in the world is coming to us?

As they continued floating in the sky, they both saw the invasion in the city. A squad of sturmvogel bomber fighters flies above the city and attempts a bombing run. Whisper choppers fly above them, which causes them to fly in different directions because of the wind.

Roman: But first, let's try to find some place to land and find somewhere to hide until this whole blow thing is over.

Neopolitan nodded. They went to find a safe landing and then went somewhere place to hide.

Vale city

Ironwood along with atlesian soldiers, AK-200s, and paladins are firing upon sniffers, which is terrified for Ironwood and atlesian soldiers to see something worse than Grimms. Some of sniffers were equipped with suicide bombs attached on their backs to rushed them to explode. Ironwood ordered his forces to fight back against invaders and never give up. Germanian maus tank fires at atlesian paladin and it is destroyed in one shot. The troops went to cover while most AK-200s continued to push forward and were gunned down by bullets. To make matters worse, a battalion of Todeswolves armed with teeth, claws, and pulse rifles came to attack them. Penny was here to help too as she took them out with her swords. She makes the swords circle and shoots laser beams on todeswolf in one shot. Then, she almost caught a bullet as she saw Nazi troopers on the rooftops firing at her. She flies away to regroup Ironwood forces. The Waffen SS soldiers behind the frontlines are supporting Reichsstreitkräfte army. Ciel equipped a dueling handguns as she shot three Nazi troopers on sight. Two freiuginis choppers flew in the city and fired at both atlesian soldiers and AK-200s on the ground. A pack of laserhunds fires powerful laser projectiles on AK-200s. A couple of Nazi troopers and shotgunners shoots Vale militias on the street. The group of ursarche spiders fires gatling guns on Vale militiamen, atlesian soldiers, and AK-200s. A Nazi commander leading the battalion of Reichsstreitkräfte army to push forward as he shouted.

Nazi commander (Germanian): Push Forward! Atlas is nothing compared to our glorious reich! The Fuhrer gives us strength to continue his command and if any of you die on the battlefield will ascend to Valhalla!

Giving a speech to his troopers, they become more determined and ruthless as they continue fighting and push through enemy forces. Ironwood went to cover as his forces were taking more casualties. Ironwood wasn't prepared for such a surprise invasion from a new enemy. He looked around to see soldiers being eaten by sniffers. The atlesian paladin was blown up by a Tiger tank. Zerstorer grabs an atlesian soldier's head and crushes it with its claw then it fires super laser projectiles and kills a few atlesian soldiers and AK-200s. An Atlesian dropship was shot down by Germanian assault gunship. Vale militiamen became too scared to fight as they ran away from the fight before they got shot on the back by Germanian forces. So many people fighting against an impossible enemy invasion force, Ironwood felt shaking in his body and he broke into a paranoid state. He's hard to breathe when seeing his fellow soldiers die to defend Vale from falling into enemy hands. Then, Penny and Ciel came to him as they finished eliminating a small group of enemy troops. Ciel was the first to speak to him.

Ciel: General, sir! We are taking a lot of casualties. The AK-200s numbers are depleted. Men are slaughtered. The militia are forced to retreat in fear due to the mass number of enemy forces.

Ironwood was snapped back to reality and he replied to her.

Ironwood: Order the remaining forces to retreat and tell the militia forces to stop retreating and keep the enemy in bay.

Penny: Wait, you want the militia to stop the enemy advancing while your soldiers can retreat. You just want them to die on frontlines.

Ironwood: Penny, as much as I don't want it, but this is a desperate time for all of us. I've contacted Specialist Schnee to send atlesian reinforcement but it takes 15 minutes to get here. We are losing more than militiamen. If we lose Vale, everyone in this stake will be worth nothing!

Penny: But-

Ironwood: That's enough, Penny! You have to make sacrifices for the people you've known in order to win!

Penny: Sacrifice my friends to send to die in order your soldiers go to full retreat. But I don't want to-

Ironwood: You have to do it. the fate of our lives depending on your-

Ciel: Incoming!

The argument stopped as they saw a volley of rockets, which came from Germanian rocket artillery tanks raining down on them. As the smoke clears, Penny manages to survive as she stands up and sees everything is horror to her. She looked around until she saw Ciel was crushed by a large rubble. She looks at Ironwood while he is still alive, so she approaches him and checks if he's okay.

Penny: General Ironwood, are you alright?

Ironwood: Yes. I'm fine, Penny.

They get up when they hear a voice.

Nazi trooper (Germanian): Push forward! They might still be there.

Ironwood: We're gonna get out of here.

He said as he went ahead first. Penny looks at dead Ciel lying on the rubble before she follows him.

Qrow kills many grimms that able to enter the city due to surprise invasion popping out of nowhere. He fired his shogun-like longsword on grimm griffon on land. The AK-200s continue to march while shooting at hostile grimms. A beowolf on the roof wait for a moment to strike and then he jumps out to attack only to be caught and killed by Glynda. Team CRDL was here to fight off the grimms too. But then, the Nazi forces entered the fight. It consisted a heavy robot, 4 rocket troopers, 15 Nazi troopers and 6 robotersoldats to be part of the battle. They got notice and ready to fight them.

Qrow: Whoever these guys are, they must be responsible for this invasion.

Glynda: We still don't know about them. If we capture one of them, we will get answers.

Qrow: Sounds great.

Team CRDL confronts Nazi heavy robot as it looks at them.

Russel: Um, Cardin. You sure we're fighting that thing?

Cardin: Of course! This buckle of bolt will be destroyed like the rest of them! Attack!

Team CRDL let out war cry as they going to attack Nazi heavy robot, but they didn't realize is they are foolish to challenge that kind of robot. Nazi heavy robot ready the super EMP cannons and fire at them to take a large damage. They get hit as it shoots an EMP attack on them. Then, a heavy robot jumps high and crashes on its feet, killing him instantly. Qrow and Glynda went to help their students but they're too late as they see one of them got killed. Cardin, Russel, and Sky are shocked and terrified of Dove getting killed.

Sky: Bastard!

He angrily shouted before he got shot to the head by Nazi forces behind heavy robot. They went to retreat as they don't want to die. Glynda and Qrow went ahead to defend them. Cardin manage to take cover at behind the ruble while Russel, however, got killed at the back trying to follow his leader. Cardin curled up as he felt never scared of his life and his teammates are dead. Qrow slashed on Nazi troopers although they got killed and they don't have aura to protect themselves. He was shocked at first, but he stops hesitation as he continues to fight against them. The robotersoldats run towards Glynda with their weapons ready. But she caught them surprise as she use her crop to raise them to the air, crashing into the ball and throw into heavy robot, which it didn't take damage a lot.

Glynda: It didn't work!

The Nazi rocket troopers finish dealing with AK-200s and focus on her by opening fire. Glynda got noticed and raise a debris from the ground to block the bullets then she pushed a heavy robot away from her and push a debris at them Qrow done defeating Nazi troopers and went to Glynda. She notices his blade is covered in blood which is shocking he just killed them. Before she could shout at him for killing, Qrow said to her.

Qrow: Glynda, these guys don't have aura.

Glynda: They don't have aura?

Qrow: Yeah. Whoever they are, they are determined to die in combat. And look for it, they're soldiers, not terrorists. If they were terrorists, they might have been too sloppy to attack the city. But I guess they have so many surprises.

Glynda: If that is so, then what are they achieving? They don't work for Salem as I'm looking at it.

She looks at dead members of Team CRDL except Cardin laying on the ground.

Glynda: My God, how did this happen. We never know the enemy has plans to invade the city during the Vytal Festival.

Qrow: As much as I wanted to mourn them and call their parents, we still have a job to do.

A heavy robot got up on the ground and was ready to fight them. Qrow transforms his longsword into a scythe and makes a stance to fight that robot followed by Glynda.

Qrow: This machine is different from Atlas. These guys have the goods to invent something deadly.

Glynda: Let's hope the students are alright getting out of the arena. Seeing the amity was destroyed by that floating ship, I have hope they can get out safely.

On the sky

The remaining atlesian airships are fighting against few number of Nazi space navy ships firing at them. The Nazi fighters fly through the sky taking out the airships one by one. Atlas has a Manta fighter to fight them. They sent out Manta fighters to deal with enemy fighters. They fired missile batteries on enemy fighters and they felt confident they could win. However, the Nazi fighters have advantage as they taking flank on each directions and shoots them on all sides. Nazi renegat frigate fires AA-plasma guns and missiles and destroys few Atlas fighters. The Germania space navy ships fired upon atlesian airships as they were easily shot down. More remaining airships came to assist them.

On board the Atlesian airship, the Atlesian captain is very stressed to deal against the enemy they never knew before the surprise invasion. He grabs a scroll on the terminal to contact other captains on each airship.

Atlesian captain 1: This is Blue Four. Blue's two and three, fall into a defensive position.

Atlesian captain 2 (scroll): Roger. Blue Two in the position.

Atlesian captain 1: Blue Three, what's your status?

Hijacked atlesian airship

Merlot: Sounds like they're calling us. Shall we give them a response?

Adrun gives him an evil smirk as he knows what he's about to do.

One atlesian airship turns around and fires laser projectiles at another atlesian airship. It fell to the right side as it crashed on another airship, and they both went down in the sky.

Outside the Beacon Academy

Velvet fall on the ground as she got hit from Todeswolf, and it was about to kill her when Coco came to save her. She immediately open fire her minigun at Todeswolf and kills it. The others are fighting all different enemies in every place. Brawnz went to claw on Nazi trooper while Roy throws saw blades at grimm beowolf. Fox help Velvet to get up and slash on grimm beowolf. Coco and Neptune fired upon Nazi robots that they are dodge fast and return fire only to be shredded into the pieces by Coco's minigun. Nora transform her grenade launcher into a hammer as she swings at grimm ursa. Ren goes attack on Nazi troopers as he slashes them using SMG blade mode although he feel something wrong. As he slash them, he can see there's blood on his blades shocking that he killed them in his own weapon. He call out his friend.

Ren: Jaune!

Jaune finishes off a grimm creature as he hears Ren calling him.

Jaune: Yeah?

Ren: Those black guys... They're not have auras.

Jaune: What!

Sage: Me too.

They turn around to see Sage feeling shocked by what he just did and he has blood on his sword.

Sage: I just notice too. I really don't know what's going on here. They don't have an aura that means we're killing them.

Jaune didn't say a word as he was shocked as everyone else noticed it too. He brought up his determined expression as he said.

Jaune: Well, as far as I have condoned killing another living being, we have to. I don't blame you or anyone else that got their blood on your hands. I want everyone to stay calm and continue to fight. Until then, keep fighting.

Inspired by his speech, they continue the fight to the enemy with or without aura. Pyrrha smiled to see him become a determined man and then she went to fight the enemy. Yatsuhashi swings his big sword to cuts off in half of Nazi guard robot and it explodes. Pyrrha went to assist Scarlet to face a pair of panzerhunds and they were able to defeat them. Arslan throws a rope dart at a grimm creature. Neon Katt rolling skating through the area as she nunchaku on Nazi troopers and shotgunners in each time. A panzergrenadier is pointing an assault rifle at her before he was blown away by Flynt Coal blowing his trumpet. Some atlesian soldiers came to assist the huntsmen however they are getting killed by Nazi forces. The white fangs went to attack all enemies but they were pounded and beaten. Two nazi rocket troopers are firing at atlesian soldiers and white fang grunts when they got killed by Fox. The wespe drones came down to support Nazi forces by attacking them.

Neptune: They got drones too!

Sun: Alright, this is getting annoying.

Sun Wukong transforms his staff into a nunchuck-like shotgun to shoot them down. His teammates came to join him as they wiping out Nazi drones. May saw a group of Nazi rocket drones firing rockets at white fangs so she shoot each one of them. The Beacon academy becomes a battle zone.

Infirmery room

Ruby was lying on the patient bed as a nurse did her best to recover her with the injuries. Yang, Weiss, and Blake feel hope Ruby will be okay soon. Then, they heard the explosion from outside the room.

Yang: I'll go check it out.

Blake: Be careful.

Yang went out of the room to investigate the sound. When she's in the hallway, they see the white fang soldiers are running away in fear and got shot by Nazi troopers.

Nazi trooper (Germanian): Filthy animal freak!

Yang decides to attack them as she starts to run.

Nazi trooper 1 (Germanian): Enemy on sight!

Nazi trooper 2 (Germanian): Shoot her!

They open fire at Yang. She dodge the bullets and fires her shotgun gauntlets at them. They blasted away and hit the ground. She then approaches one of the troopers still alive so she grabs him and pulls to her face as she starts asking questions from him.

Yang: Alright, tell me what's the meaning of this! Why kill these people!

Nazi trooper: Heh... You will find out once the Reich shall take your world!

He said as he pulled out a gun and instead of shooting her, he placed it on the side of his head and shot himself. The blood splattered on her face as her eyes widened, feeling shocked he killed himself. She dropped a dead trooper to the floor as she wanted to know what the hell is going on. So she wipe the blood on her face and keep moving forward through the hallway until she reach the cafeteria to see a red-haired bull horn male faunus wearing an asymmetrical black, long-sleeved, double-breasted stylized high-collared blazer with slit sleeves along with red thorn sigils adorned with a white crest that lined up on his left shoulder. His suit jacket had crimson lining atop his red shirt, with red thorn sigils atop a black flap attached to the bottom of the left hem and his wilting rose on the back over an emblazoned white sigil resembling the curved stems and flower of the deadly nightshade plant. His blazer was half-buttoned, exposing a red shirt with a black line running parallel to his collar under it. He wore a mask to cover his eyes only. His name was Adam Taurus, leader of his White Fang group. A member of Cinder Faction to follow her plans in order to show the world the faunus will reign supreme and they will fear them for mistreatment and discriminated.

He slaughtered a group of Nazi troopers that surround him. Two Nazi shotgunner tries to shoot him, but Adam is fast swordsman as he slash them in half and the blood splatter on the floor. He was finished dealing with them when he noticed someone was coming here. He turns around and sees her standing there.

Adam: Well, another human. I didn't expect for you to be here.

Yang didn't say a word as she made a stance ready to fight him.

Adam: Hmph... If fight is all you wanted, so be it.

Yang: I will not lose to you.

Adam: We'll see...

He ready his katana blade as two people went to clash together in combat. But they were interrupted by a bombshell direct hit on both of them. They both hit on the ground as a panzergrenadier equipped a grenade launcher following by a group of Nazi troopers. They both stand up as more panzergrenadier reinforcements arrive to assist their comrades. The white fang soldiers approach their leader as he said.

WF soldier: Adam! We are getting slaughtered here! Many of our brothers and sisters are wounded and needed to get out of here.

Feeling growling for retreat, he didn't want more of his brothers and sisters to die for nothing. But he will soon show to the faunus that this revolution will bring fear to mankind. So he just said,

Adam: Tell them to retreat. We are done here for now.

Yang got up as she saw Adam and his goons went off to retreat. She saw the enemy forces coming so she went to retreat to the infirmary room.

She reached the room as she inhaled and exhaled from running.

Weiss: Yang, you alright?

Yang: Yeah. But that red-headed bull faunus guy is leading the white fang to retreat.

Blake (thoughts): No... Adam was here.

Weiss: Well, I'm glad they decided to retreat for good.

Yang: But not those black armored suited guys. They stormed the academy right now.

Blake: They're here!

Yang nodded. Then a nurse called them.

Nurse: Girls, your leader is recovered and she's starting to wake up.

Yang and her friends went to see Ruby is feeling fine now. Her eyes slowly open to see them looking at her. They are happy to see her okay despite her injury. Ruby spoke to them.

Ruby: Hey girls, where am I?

Blake: You're in the infirmary room. We were able to get you back from them and we brought you here to recover.

Yang: Sis, you alright?

Ruby: Yeah, yeah...

She's going to stand up, but there are still injuries on her as she feels a pain to stand up.

Weiss: Hey, easy there. Let it heal a bit.

Ruby: Girls.

Yang: Yeah, Ruby?

Ruby: I... I remember!

Her eyes widened as she remembered what happened back there.

Ruby: Guys! WehavetostopDr.MileAdrunbeforehe'llhurteveryone-

Yang: Calm down, sis. We don't understand what you are saying.

Ruby: It's Mile Adrun! He's the one who set me up at the amity! We have to find him!

Weiss: Wait. Dr. Mile Adrun? I thought he was retired from working in the infirmary.

Ruby: I thought so. But turns out, he's the mastermind to cause all of it.

Yang: What! So that old man is responsible for this invasion!

Ruby: Wait, invasion? Oh no, did he-

Blake: Ruby! You have to calm down. You're hurt. That girl has beaten you a lot and we just saw it.

Ruby: I-I can't! Not when everyone is at stake! I have to stop him.

She went out of bed quickly as she grabbed her weapon and zoomed out of the room using her semblance.

Weiss: Ruby, come back!

Yang: Ruby!

They went out of the room to follow Ruby outside the Beacon academy.

A himmler mothership is flying to on top of the mountain at the Mountain Glenn. A position where a sleeping grimm wyvern deep inside the mountain. The mothership is charging the weapon and fires as it destroys the mountain, including a wyvern inside. The mothership headed back to Vale city for a mission accomplished.

Beacon tower, office room

Ozpin keeps watching on three screens as the city becomes devastated. The first screen shows a pack of todeswolves armed with pulse rifles and a battalion of Nazi ground units led by Nazi commander battle against the remaining Atlas forces. A second screen shows the citizens are on the rooftop seeking help, but they were found and gunned down by Nazi proster gunship. The third screen shows a few atlesian soldiers fighting an alpha deathstalker. Ozpin decides to take an action by his own hands as he grabs his cane and walks out of his room. But when he tried to press a button, the elevator didn't respond.

Ozpin: What?

He tried again, but received no response.

Ozpin: I guess I have no choice but to find another way to get off this tower. He went towards the window as he broke through it and jumped on each platform to get down. After that, he went back inside to check if the Fall Maiden was still there. He had hoped someone would take that power and the only one he knew is someone who will take that responsibility to hold the power against Salem. He just hopes to get Pyrrha as soon as possible before transferring the power to her.

Ruby gets out of the academy as she can see her friends and other huntsmen and huntresses are here clearing out the enemy. Her friends saw her coming this way.

Ruby: Guys!

Jaune: Ruby!

Her friends went to approach her to see if she's okay.

Pyrrha: Ruby, are you alright?

Ruby: Yeah, yeah, I'm fine! But listen, we have to find Dr. Mile Adrun and put a stop to it.

Velvet: Wait, Dr. Mile Adrun. He's responsible for this.

Coco: Huh. That explains why I am familiar with that face back at the colosseum before it was destroyed.

Ruby: Wait. The amity colosseum is destroyed!

Coco: Yep! That floating ship came out of nowhere and charged the weapon ready to fire. Luckily for us, we were able to escape before it fired.

Ruby was saddened that the colosseum was destroyed, but there is still hope for everyone's sake in Vale. She removes a frown on her face and stays determined as this is getting serious in this situation.

Ruby: Alright, but at least we have each other here so there is nothing to worry about.

Ren agreed with her.

Nora: Yeah! We just take out all of those baddies and all of us are very okay with it.

Then suddenly, an escape capsule landed on their position on impact. Everyone was surprised and ready to defend themselves for the next enemy. The capsule door burst out revealing Nigrum Rosarot entered the battle and this time, she didn't wear a gasmask to cover her face. As she stepped out the capsule, she saw Ruby Rose again in a but condition of recovery.

Nigrum: There you are! You're coming with me with or without broken bones.

Sage: Huh? Who is that girl?

Jaune: Wait... That's a girl who beat up Ruby back at the amity colosseum.

Yatsuhashi: And the one who killed Team NDGO.

Sun: But why does she look like... Ruby Rose?

Nora: *Gasp* Is she her long lost twin sister!

She said in a surprising expression that she must be a long lost sister of Ruby Rose.

Ren: Nora, that girl killed Team NDGO and beat Ruby Rose. I don't think she is her long lost twin sister.

Nora: Aww...

Nigrum: I wish to not make misunderstandings about Rose's long lost twin sister... But that's not important. Ruby Rose, Adrun wants you alive so I'm taking you in.

Ruby: Not a chance!

Yang: Ruby!

She said as she clenched her fists and her eyes turned red as she was going to fight her for what she's done to her little sister.

Nigrum: So, Ruby's teammates have arrived. That seems unexpected. But not unexpected as usual when I'm done with all of you. My priority still hasn't changed. I will take you in, and the rest will die.

Coco: Is that a threat? Also, we are many of us and you're the only one. How can you face so many?

Nigrum: Oh don't worry, I have help.

Five capsules falling to Nigrum's position as they crushed into the ground. It releases the supersoldats equipped lasergewehr and hammergewehr. They are armed and dangerous to huntsmen and huntresses and they are about to attack under Nigrum command.

Weiss: Great! She got reinforcement.

Yang: More bad guys means more kicking butts!

Ruby: We can still outnumber you.

Nigrum: It's not about the numbers to outnumber the enemy. it's about the strategy, tactic, and skills to take advantage of the enemy such as yourselves. Now, if you are really prepared to survive then so be it. You will realize what I am capable of.

She draws out her weapon to activate scythe mode.

Nora: Looks like we're going to fight.

Pyrrha: We have to defend Beacon from falling apart.

Nigrum: The Beacon will fall once we're done with you, huntress.

Nigrum (Germanian): Kill them, supersoldats.

The supersoldats comply her orders in Germanian language as they fires lasergewehr and hammergewehr at them. Ruby and the others goes in as they are going to face against Nigrum and her supersoldats.

Hijacked Atlesian airship, bridge room

Adrun and Merlot watch the screen as more Nazi space fleet entering Remnant atmosphere and fly through the continent of Vale. Merlot was curious as to why the fleet was flying away from Vale instead of continuing invading Vale so he asked him.

Merlot: Hey, my good friend. Why are they headed away from Vale? You're crushing the Atlas forces for good!

Adrun: Patience. I have planned to weaken the Atlas forces in Vale by creating a difficult decision when I have already orderd them to the north.

Merlot: North?

He is confused at first, but then he realizes what Adrun is talking about.

Merlot: Ohhhh... You're planning something good to take advantage of Atlas.

Adrun: Seeing your expression, you trusted my calculated strategy to break the minds to force them to choose to which one will defend their homeland and the other must be abandoned.

Merlot: I hope your plan will work.

Ironwood and Penny are facing more and more invader forces as they brought more worse than todeswolves or Nazi army. They have Panzerriters, a mechanical combat humanoid that can defeat everything and easily to win. A panzerriter equipped a panzerfaust fires at Atlesian paladin as it was shot and destroyed. An another panzerriter fires slash harken on another Atlesian paladin and then shot fire at the head. The todeswolves rushed in and kills atlesian soldiers while other todeswolves will armed a pulse rifle to fire on AK-200s. The Nazi army are continue pushing forward as the Atlesian forces have so much casualties than Nazi forces. Ironwood shoots explosive dust bullet at panzerhund that tries to eat atlesian soldier on the ground. Keiler tank fires on atlesian infantry forces as they blown into the air. The Nazi APC fires machine guns on retreating atlesian soldiers and advancing AK-200s. The Vale militiamen have no chance to beat them so they decides to run away from the fight.

Ironwood: Hey! Get back here!

Vale militiaman: Screw you, man! This is a slaughter!

A militiaman shouted as he run away the fight. Penny keeps attacking them using her swords to defend many atlesian soldiers as much as possible. She took out few group of robotersoldats and 3 laserhunds that fires on her. The AK-200s have much numbers while some remaining atlesian soldiers were taking cover to continue the fight against the invaders. Some were young men who have yet training to become real soldiers. Ironwood kept firing at the enemy while trying to control the forces to continue the fight no matter what.

Ironwood: Keep fighting! We'll rather stand on ground to push back the enemy. They will pay for what they did to these people in Vale.

Atlesian soldier: Sir! Sir!

Ironwood: What is it, soldier?

Atlesian soldier: I've got transmission from Atlas HQ that they want to speak with you immediately.

Ironwood grabs his scroll and says on the device.

Ironwood: General here... What! Atlas is under attack!

The kingdom and the city are under attack by the invaders as Nazi space fleet firing them. The few portal opens as Nazi heavy bombers dropping bombs on Mantle to make damage in the city. Most Atlesian airships were destroyed in the sky, standing no chance to face highly advanced space fleets and firepower.

On Mantle, all Nazi forces teleported across the cities as they starting an invasion. The civilians are running in fear as atlesian soldiers and AK-200s went to fight them. But they are outnumbered by Nazi massive army. The leader of the organization called Happy Huntresses, Robyn Hill, is leading her huntresses to evacuate the people of Mantle to a safe location where they will never be found by the invaders. The members of Happy Huntresses are defending the people as they attack invader infantry units.

At Atlas floating city, the citizens are running to the evacuation place when they hear the siren go off. A lot of Atlesian manta fighters fired rocket batteries on enemy fighters on the sky although they were getting shot by Nazi space vessel plasma turrets. An atlesian airship fires laser beam projectile on a renegat frigate as it takes a hit and it is severely damaged. Then, the Nazi have decide to use a secret weapon: the Grimm. With a new devices made by Nazi engineers, these devices are allowed to spread network on any monster beings to be under their controlled and they can be follow command by Nazi commanders and high-ranking officers. They sent out a horde of nevermores, sphinxes, and manticores on the sky to take out most of the atlesian aircraft fighters and airships. They also sent out ground grimms to support the Nazi army and kill everyone on sight.

At Atlas academy, the Ace Ops are facing against Nazi forces were dropped out from the pods as Nazi heavy troopers equipped particle cannons vaporizing atlesian soldiers confront them. Nazi dropships landed on near Atlas city as they deploying troops into the battle.

Vale city

Atlesian officer: General, both Atlas and Mantle are in deep serious trouble. They cannot hold it as long as they can hold it. What are we going to do? What are your orders?

Ironwood starts to panic as he is making the biggest decision he ever made. He cannot believe the enemy invades Vale as distraction while the real one invades his kingdom. He looked at the battlefield to see every man he sent to defend this died in foreign kingdom because of an unexpected surprise invasion. He wasn't prepared to handle the invasion and he could've known the unknown third party had taken the opportunity to start a new war. Seeing every man die on the street, he started to question if he made the right choice. Or he made a wrong choice. He doesn't know what to do now as they continue to fight the invaders so he made a decision to either defend Vale and Atlas being taken over, or abandon Vale and retreat to the kingdom to defend at all cost. After a moment, he made his decision.

Ironwood: Order all remaining forces to pull back. We're leaving Vale and heading to Atlas to defend the kingdom at all cost.

Atlesian officer: Understood sir.

After his final decision, all atlesian soldiers are ordered to retreat and go to enter the bullheads and dropships. They leave AK-200s to continue advancing the enemy seeing them as expendable to fight the enemy. Penny went to Ironwood as she notices every Atlesian man is retreating to bullheads and dropships. She said to him,

Penny: Ironwood, sir. What's going on? Why are they retreating?

Ironwood: We're leaving Vale.

Her eyes widened hearing what he just said.

Penny: What?

Ironwood: This invasion was a distraction while the real invasion is Atlas. They attack the kingdom to take out the mightiest military in Remnant. We have to leave to defend the kingdom.

Penny: But what about Vale. The people...

Ironwood: They're not Atlesian citizens. but at least we were able to get the students to a safe place for refuge. On the other hand, we have to make sacrifices.

Penny can't believe the words he just said to her. He is preparing to leave Vale. Leave the people to die by the hands of the enemy. Leave the kingdom to be conquered by the enemy. Leave her best friend to die. She shakes her head as she won't let those people die just to abandon them.

Penny: No, I can't. We won't abandon them.

Ironwood: I made my decision. Now come with me, we're going to defend the kingdom of Atlas at once.

Penny: No...

Ironwood: What do you say?

Penny: I said no! I will not leave my friends to die!

Ironwood: Is this about your friend? Is that it? You don't know that your friends might be disgusted when they find out you are not a real girl. In fact, you are not a human at all. Your father built you if it wasn't for me. Now, follow my orders right now and come with me.

Penny: NO! I will not!

She shouted as she ran away from him as far as she could. Ironwood went after her.

Ironwood: Penny, come back-

Atlesian officer: Watch out!

He looked up to see a wave of V1-rockets launch to the sky as they're reaching his position. But instead of hitting them, they hit the CCT tower as it crumbled down into the rubble. Ironwood eyes wide open, they take out a CCT tower to cut off the communication from the outside world. Without hesitation, he decides to forget her and climb onboard the dropship headed to Atlas to defend the kingdom at once.

Penny continues running towards the Beacon academy to see if her best friend is getting okay. She hopes it's not too late.

Beacon academy

The huntsmen and huntresses are getting tired out of fighting as supersoldats are really giving them pain. Team RWBY went on Nigrum as they fighting each other in such battle. Yang tried to fire shotgun gauntlets at her, but Nigrum dodges it. Weiss summon the wall of glyphs and shoot ice crystal projectile at her and Nigrum get him, but she block the attack by spinning her scythe like a windmill. Blake attacks her in surprise, but she was got blocked and attacked by Nigrum. Ruby use her semblance to zoom around her and then she fires fire dust bullet at her. It was so close when Nigrum blocks it and her eyes is glaring at her.

Ruby: Uh oh.

Nigrum spins attacks on Yang, Weiss, and Blake to knock out and goes after her. Ruby and Nigrum are fighting using scythes as they clash with each other a few times. They kept fighting until Ozpin came along as he hit Nigrum's head using his cane. She pushes back and prepares her stance as Ozpin is protecting Ruby.

Ruby: Headmaster Ozpin! Glad you're here.

Ozpin: Ms. Rose, I see you are busy with this person.

Ruby: Her... well...

Nigrum: No need to explain. You must be Ozpin. I've heard from you. But nevermind that, I will gladly kill you and take her with me.

Ozpin: Can you tell me why is Ruby important to your group?

Nigrum: That's none of your business. Now it's time to die.

She's going to attack when it is interrupted by an earpiece calling to her.

Nigrum: Huh? Now what.

She decides to halt and call on the comms.

Nigrum: What now...? Huh, but you... I-I understand. Of course, sir.

After that, a dropship came down and descended to the ground as the door opened. She looks at her behind Ozpin.

Nigrum: You will be lucky this time, Ruby Rose. But next time we meet each other, I will take you alive with your broken bones.

She said as she zooms into the dropship. The supersoldats that fights Jaune and the others went to retreat and onboard the aircraft. A dropship went fly away from Beacon academy. Everyone is getting fine, but they are tired because of tough fight against supersoldats. Yang and her others got up and see Ruby is okay and Ozpin just arrive in time. They regroup as Ozpin see every one are okay.

Ozpin: Glad all of you are okay. I see all of you are getting tired. I can understand that. But it's not over yet. We still have a job to do. We have to get these people evacuated before more grimms come into Vale. Gather everyone where you can and bring them here. I will call all available air buses to get them out safely.

Everyone nodded. Then, they heard someone running towards them. They saw Penny running all the way from the city to here. She launches towards Ruby as she hugs her and pin on the ground.

Penny: Ruby! Thank Goodness you are okay!

Ruby: Yeah... Penny, you're choking me.

They both stand up as Ruby cleans herself up. Ruby said to her.

Ruby: Hey Ruby, why are you running all the way here? Something wrong?

Penny: You won't believe what's happening back there.

Sun: If it's about the city being invaded, I'm sure we got help from Atlas.

Penny: Actually, that's the worst part.

Pyrrha: What is it?

Penny: Atlas was attacked.

Everyone: What!!!

Penny: I think it was a distraction. And then, Gen. Ironwood has ordered to abandon Vale and retreat back to Kingdom of Atlas to defend it at all cost.

Ruby lost her words to hear Ironwood just abandoning the Vale and retreated to Atlas for being invaded.

Weiss: What... Atlas abandons Vale...

She fell to her knees, shocked by what she just heard.

Blake: B-But... No, it can't be...

Neptune: Whoa, whoa, whoa, they just left us.

Coco: I cannot believe it...

Yang: Those bastards!

Ozpin was speechless of what Ironwood just did to his decision of abandoning Vale to the hands of invaders. He grabs a scroll to try calling him. But there's no signal.

Ozpin: Huh? It seems I cannot contact Gen. Ironwood.

Jaune checks his scroll to see no signal.

Jaune: Me too. I cannot contact my family.

Sage: So do I.

Velvet: Mine too!

Penny: It seems they destroyed the CCT tower.

Ruby: What! They destroyed the CCT tower!

Ozpin: That explains it. Without the CCT tower, we cannot contact the outside world. Whoever these people are, they seem to have military skills to counterattack. But nevertheless, we have much work to do. As for now, Beacon academy is the only establishment to refuge all civilians and students. Going out of Vale will be caught by our new enemy. We don't know their intention, but we must be prepared for whatever it costs. Is that understood, students?

Everyone takes time to think before they all accept it.

Ozpin: Good. Now come on, we have a job to do. And Penny, we might need your assistance to clean up in Beacon.

She gives him a salute with a happy expression.

Penny: Penny Polendina at your service, Headmaster!

Cinder and her goons are walking in the hallway that lighten up with candles hanging on the walls. It was quiet as they were walking to find a Fall Maiden and take her power for Cinder. As they walk, they decide to talk to each other.

Emerald: Geez... It gives me creeps.

Mercury: What's wrong? Scared?

Emerald: Shut up.

She glares at him, which he ignores.

Cinder: Quiet. We are almost to reach Fall Maiden and soon, the power will be mine.

But when they reach the end, they are still shocked by what they just saw. The machine was wrecked and a Fall Maiden is nowhere to be found. Cinder's eyes become wide open as someone is already getting here and taking her. She becomes frustrated and angry because someone she knew is responsible for taking Fall Maiden from her.

Cinder: No, no, no...

She collapses on her knees and stretches her arms up to the air.

Cinder: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

After the invasion of Vale, the capital city become ruins. The other city districts within in Vale were being conquered and occupied by Germania Reich. Patch island and Upper Class city are left alone although they fear the invaders will invade their lands soon.

At Vacuo, the Nazi Desert Division force attacking the settlement and occupy the territories. A himmler mothership appeared above Shade academy and destroyed it, killing the students and school staff, especially a headmaster there. Once it is destroyed, they conquer Vacuo and threaten to accept the surrender or they will be sent out to die in either starvation to death or eaten by grimms. They have no choice but to accept the surrender. The Nazi rounded up all faunus and some humans befriended them to the new concentration camp establishment for force labor. The Nazi setting up the base to continue the conquest.

At Mistral, after what happened to Vale, the kingdom is in a state of emergency. Atlas has abandoned them when they get the order to defend Atlas from the invaders. Abandoning them without protection, they have to set up a military to turn a massive militia group into an army. They become paranoid so much they are worried if the invaders are entering their land. The bandits on the other hand find an opportunity to ransack the villages to have enough resources to survive on their own. In Argus, the city was still Atlas territory so they just stayed there and told them to remain calm. It was controlled by Caroline Cordovin, who proudly believes the Atlas is still a superior kingdom, she promises them that Atlas will and always be strong no matter how damage or how the invaders can be. But to the Nazi, they are so foolish to try hold it as best as they can only they will lead to defeat.

At Atlas, Ironwood and his forces return to the kingdom, which surprisingly the enemy fleet just fled without finishing the invasion. It was a sound of relief, but they remained vigilant. The council has told Ironwood to recruit more soldiers to have a larger number to defend and fight back against the invaders. However, Mile Adrun was planning to think carefully about his strategy to see if they are superior to handle the next invasion. He'll make sure they are wrong.

The World of Remnant is a cruel world for humanity and the Nazi will become a nightmare to all people across the world. The world cannot longer be afraid of grimms or white fang. No. Today, they will fear the Germania Reich.
