Here are the list that includes in the story. I also arrange the timeline to make it alternative rather than original or remain original by my choice.

1.) Code Geass

Timeline:

• Lelouch involved in Shinjuku ghetto witness of Britannian led by Clovis to massacre Japanese civilians, got a Geass power from C.C, help Kozuki resistance group to victory only to be beaten by Lancelot, infinite the a mobile base and threatened Clovis to ceasefire, and kill Clovis on that spot after asking questions about two persons involved of Marianne's assassination.

• Lelouch called himself Zero involved in the street with the help of Kallen and Ohgi to save Suzaku Kururugi.

• Rai mysteriously appears in Ashford Academy and he was founded by Milly. He shows amnesia to remember his true self so she decides to give him shelter by becoming a student.

• Saitama ghetto was in the event and Lelouch failed to defeat Cornelia only to be saved by C.C dressed as Zero for distraction.

• Black Knights was born after the death of Kusakabe in Lake Kawaguchi.

• Rai figures out Lelouch is Zero and convinces him to join the Black Knights because he believes the Holy Britannian Empire is ruled by corrupt and a cold-hearted emperor for conquering every country who are threats to him. Lelouch accepts and Rai becomes a member of the Black Knights.

• Nonette Enneagram, Knight of Nine, was sent by the emperor to aid Cornelia to remove the threat of Area 11 known as the Black Knights.

• The Battle of Narita was the event except Shirley's father and Kewell survived.

• Zero meets Taizo Kirihara at Mt. Fuji mine. He shows his face to him only and Taizo agrees to help him.

• Zero accepted to help the JLF to escape to the Chinese Federation. While the JLF almost escaped, a cargo ship was destroyed by an Imperial Shinihon kamikaze drone out of nowhere. Nobody knows their existence. Shirley involved in the port when she saw her father was forced to hand over the details to unknown group (known as Nazi paramilitary SS) and then an officer shot him to the heart before Shirley could save her father but it's too late. They flee from the scene never to be seen again. Zero's burai knocks out and his mask falls off revealing his face which is shocking to Shirley. She saved him by shooting Villetta for attempting to turn him in and she disposed of the body.

• Shirley and her mother felt pain for Joseph Fenette who died at the port. Shirley knows that the Black Knights nor Lelouch wasn't the one who killed her father.

• Shirley was kidnapped by a crazy Chinese man named Mao.

• Lelouch rescue Shirley, but Mao got away. He tells a truth to Shirley about everything instead using a geass to forget her memory. She willing to help him to his rebellion no matter what, and avenge her father from those unknown group.

• Ohgi found Villetta at the port but she has amnesia so her name will be Chigusa.

• Lelouch went to save Nunnally when she was being kidnapped by Mao. Rai, Lelouch, and Suzaku work together to save her. But it was discovered that he killed his father by Mao yelling at him calling 'Father Killer'. Then, Mao went to escape before C.C appeared and killed him outside the chapel.

• Black Knights were received from Four Holy Swords to rescue Tohdoh from prison. The operation was successful.

• After what happened during the prison break, Emperor Charles sent Monica, Gino, and Anya to enroll the school as undercover agents to find out the identity of Zero.

• The Black Knights attack Shikine Island to capture Suzaku and persuade him to join the Black Knights, however, it went failed and Zero, Kallen, Suzaku, and Euphemia were caught in the blast by Schneizel ordered to blast Gawain radiant cannon at them.

• They stranded in Kamine island. Suzaku is shocking to see Kallen working the Black Knights while Euphemia finds out an exiled prince is alive. Rai was stranded too only to be with Nonette who was happy to see him alive, but he threatened her to stay away and become a prisoner, willing to comply with his command. Meanwhile, Shinihon hidden base was constructed a beacon tower to give location of the universe to their empire to start the invasion soon. Nonette explains him about his true identity as Kaizo si Britannia which shocked to him that his father is Emperor Charles and his mother is a Japanese and related to Sumeragi family. His memory return to know what happened and he was feeling guilty for letting his Geass on every people, including his mother and sister died on the field fighting against Britannia. Nonette was also his knight that lost her honor for failure to protect his family. The gang are together when the floor started to collapse leading to the temple where Schneizel, Llyod, Barlton are here. Zero, Rai, and Kallen escaped the island by hijacking Gawain. Suzaku was accused for not following order causing to remove himself of Euphemia's knight.

• Zero and Suzaku work together to defeat a Japan exiled-government group who are collaborated by the Chinese Federation.

• Zero felt trusted to Rai allows to reveal himself to him and tell about his backstory. He is also shocked when Rai is also a Britannian prince born half-bleed of both Britannian and Japanese. Regardless of his past, Rai will continue working for Black Knights to bring the end of Britannia tyranny. Together, they will change the world.

• Milly finds out Lelouch is Zero and she is willing to help him regardless of his actions against his own country.

• Euphemia is involved in the Ashford festival and announces to everyone to establish SAZ for every Eleven becomes Japanese again.

• Cornelia and Odysseus are in Area 11 to watch a broadcast on television to see Euphemia is establishing the SAZ for giving Japanese identity and rights. Zero has a plan to prevent it from happening.

• Meanwhile, a Nazi Germanian advisor was sent to aid Charles zi Britannia and he willing to cooperate with him. He also has black guards, elite guards, and veil assassins as advisor's personal force. He is able to convince him to get rid of Euphemia, Cornelia, and even Schneizel for they will become his threat soon. Charles was convinced of his words and he will call his forces to kill Euphemia branded as traitor to Britannia, and if Cornelia won't order to kill her on spot they should be branded as traitors as well. He also told him that his ally will appear before or during the Zero meeting with Euphemia to attack, and he agreed with his words.

• Shinihon Empire make a move as the invasion of Code Geass universe has begun.

2.) Red Alert 3

Timeline:

• Colonel Anatoly Cherdenko, Gen. Nikolai Krukov, and Dr. Gregor Zelinsky use a time machine to went back in time to kill Albert Einstein from history, and return to the present to see USSR is still lived and Allies are pushed back only to be caught a surprise attack by new superpower called The Empire of the Rising Sun.

• The Allies are able to push the Soviet back to Western Europe, however, they have another superpower nation to take both of them at once. This makes a ceasefire between two nations and forms an alliance to take down a common enemy.

• The alliance proved successful, and the Allies and the Soviets successfully destroyed one of the Empire's Floating fortresses.

• USA president, Howard T. Ackerman, distrusting the Soviet so he prepared his superweapon to annihilate the Soviet once and for all. The Allies went to stop the superweapon from firing and it was successful. Pres. Ackerman was attempting to escape to the plane but Tanya came and killed him. What is shocking is that Ackerman was an android made by Japanese.

• Meanwhile, the Soviet Union went to assassinate Emperor Yoshiro but it was trapped by setting up an android counterpart of the emperor and taking an assassin to the prison camp. The Soviet invasion was able to break through enemy lines to reach the emperor's palace only to be revealed to be Emperor's King Oni. They successfully killed the Emperor, causing the shock of the entire people of the Empire. Prince Tatsu was appointed as a new emperor and ready to avenge his father by continuing to attack both factions.

• The Allies and Soviet went on a joint offensive in Tokyo to neutralize the Empire's war capability, however, Soviet reinforcements never arrived during the operation, leaving the Allies to face the Empire alone. The Allies succeed regardless, but Dr. Zelinsky, who defected from the Soviet Union revealed that Cherdenko lied to the Allies, and has been planning an attack from Cuba.

• The Allies able to prevent those Kirov Airships carrying bombs capable of destroying entire cities. With the Soviets' treachery revealed, the Allies mount an all out attack on Leningrad, where Cherdenko planned to escape to space using a rocket hidden inside the Peter and Paul Fortress. Despite being protected by multiple Iron Curtains, the Allies ultimately destroyed the Fortress before it could launch. With both the Empire and the Soviet Union defeated, the war is ended, and both Cherdenko and Krukov are sentenced to Cryoprison.

• Futuretech Corporation developed very advanced technology for the Allies thanks to having budgets from European Union president, Rupert Thornley, however, he has plans for his own interest.

• The Allied helped Tatsu to remove three Empire warlords' attempt to usurp his throne. Afterward, Tatsu showed his impression to the Allies and proved the relationship between Allies and Empire of the Rising Sun.

• The Soviet underground resistance led by a Soviet commander who survived WWIII to investigate the activity in Soviet soil. He and his men found out about the illegal activities owned by Rupert Thornley. They successfully destroy Sigma Harmonizer and reveal Futuretech Corporation ambitions revealed to the world, Thornley is removed from power, and the Allies withdraw forces from the USSR in order to increase security in their home territories. A Soviet commander becomes a new premier and starts a relationship with both Allies and Empire of the Rising Sun to end hostility and reform both government and military. The conscripts become good target accuracy thanks to Allied veterans to teach them and Flak Troopers no longer use prisoners for sentences instead they will recruit as fine soldiers.

• Yuriko Omega got out from cryogenic prison, headed back to Japan, and attacked the facility that had trapped her since she was a child being taken away by the imperial military. She killed Dr. Shinji Shimada and then she killed Izuma when she revealed her plan and attempted to kill her. She won and was able to escape the self-destruct facility. Yuriko spent her life as a normal girl and never used her powers unless it was an emergency or any necessary action.

• On that day, Shinihon Empire invade their universe.

3.) Sonic (IDW universe)

Timeline:

• It takes place after Sonic Heroes defeated Neo-Metal Sonic at Angel Island.

• The Nazi established a secret base and build a gateway to lead the army of Reichsstreitkräfte/Reichmact to invade Sonic world.

4.) Fallout 4

Timeline:

• Nate joins the Minutemen with the help of Preston Garvey leading what's left of the Minutemen.

• Nate goes through every quest in the Commonwealth, gathering new friends, and establishing a country that no people have seen before.

• Nate went to the Brotherhood of Steel to aid their missions. Theoretically, he secretly wanted to know the Brotherhood 's intentions.

• Nate went to the small but strong organization called The Railroad to protect sentient synths from both Brotherhood and their creator, Institute. The Railroad is accepted to become a member of the new country.

• Gunners create an army to take on everyone in the Commonwealth. Unfortunately, it didn't go as planned as Nate led his minutemen army to defeat Gunners once and for all.

• Paladin Danse, a great friend of Nate and loyal to the Brotherhood, discovered he was a synth all along and he went running away into the hiding. Nate and his friends refused to follow orders from Elder Maxson to hunt down and execute Danse. Therefore, Danse challenged Maxson for leadership and he won. He continues to destroy the Institute once and for all.

• Nate joins with Brotherhood, Railroad, and Minutemen to storm into the underground institute base to destroy the entire place. It gives time to Institute scientists to evacuate, leaving Father to die on the death bed.

• The explosion of the Institute sparks a new era that will write history forever. Danse leads his Brotherhood back to the capital wasteland as he shows promise to his friend, thus the end of Maxison's legacy.

• Somewhere in the wasteland, General Jamison, leader of the Enclave reformist, denies the original vision of eradicating everyone who is not pure human. He and his forces went against the Enclave Presidential faction to put an end to the Original Enclave. He formed a new nation called New Union State. He becomes a president of NUS, and gathers every wastelander, settler, former Brotherhood and NCR members, Vault dweller, and the remaining Enclave members in the wasteland to become a citizen of the new nation. Meanwhile, the remaining Presidential Enclave went into hiding and reorganized the remaining troops to prepare for invasion in the future.

• Danse came back to the Brotherhood homeland to establish something more than an organization. Instead, he wanted to build a nation to support his people. The Brotherhood of Steel becomes a nation known as Steelia to govern the wasteland and prevent creating another war that will bring ruins to the world. Danse reformed the military system by recruiting anyone willing to join them, but they are still going to take technologies to prevent anyone from getting their hands on it. Some of the members disagree with his new system within the BOS so they leave the group and become a Brotherhood of Outcast once more.

• The representatives of Diamond City, GoodNeighbor, Bunker Hill, Lexington, Quincy, and Vault 88 are present in the capital city called Boston to establish the new Commonwealth Provisional Government to start becoming an independent nation and it will be democracy to create equals for all people of the commonwealth. They finish the vote as Gwen McNamara wins the election and becomes president. The whole commonwealth turning into a nation and it shall be called United Territories of the Commonwealth. Nate as general of minuteman becomes the leader of the Commonwealth Army to ensure all settlements will be protected from any threats. Non-feral ghouls joined MAS to sweep out raiders, gunners, bandits, feral ghouls, hostile mutant animals, and hostile super mutants within the Commonwealth. Some super mutants who are surrendered to UTC are being sent to a super mutant named Strong tell them that humans are not so bad and convinces them to join the army of UTC, which they agreed to. They become civilized thanks to the people teaching them to be civilized super mutants. They also allowed stray synths to be given rights since the Institute was destroyed, some moved to Acadia where there was a synth colony ruled by DIMA, Vick Valentine brother. The UTC made contact with the outside world and established friendships with the Steel Directorate, New Union State, and New Texas Republic. They removed the Slavers to end slavery just like Abraham Lincoln did it. They continued to expand more lands until they stopped to prevent such overpopulation crises and food shortage.

• Desdemona decides to disband the Railroad and join the UTC only to be a director of the Commonwealth Intelligence Agency.

• The surviving businessmen and slavers bond together to create their own nation and consider to be called Free Slave State. They have militias and combat robots to protect the lands and slaves from foreign nations.

• The scientists have developed a serum that cures everything of the radiation, thus, ending the fear of radiation and water becomes clean again. The land becomes slowly terraformed.

• Every country builds their military army and revives the pre-war American military vehicles and aircrafts in their own designs. They set out to other continents to see if there are other survivors outside America.

• Non-Feral ghouls established a country near UTC for their own called Ghoul Union Commonwealth. Independent robots with consciousness and sentient synths have also built a commonwealth to build a home for machines who are unfitted to other societies and live their normal lives.

• The Nazi arrived in the universe and contact the Enclave to assist their campaign, in exchange of become an ally and a seat of SAA.

5.) My Little Pony

Timeline:

• In the Season 7 event, a gray female pony with dark hair named Aryania was not happy with Twilight and her friends to befriend every creature of the world. But one day, she met a human, a Nazi high-ranking officer, came to offer her to change forever to prevent it from happening. He led her to a secret base where they experimented on every creature they captured from around the world. She was horrified at first, but he told her it was necessary action to achieve victory no matter how awful things were. Then, she met the Fuhrer himself, she behaved herself to talk to their leader. He offers her a gift to make something that no Celestia has used before: Power and Authority towards the inferior beings. In return, she will learn about Nazi ideology and other stuff and then become a leader of protectorate, she agree his offer.

• She was learning from a Nazi high-ranking officer as her mentor then she become a full Nazi and a member of SS ranking officer.

• She rally her followers (such as Pegasus, Pony, & Unicorn) in the shadow make them believe of Nazi ideology they teach her. Her followers become increased and they are training from Nazis to make them her personal army. They wear the same uniform as Waffen-SS in the pony version.

• It will take place on event of Season 9.

6.) Legend of Korra

Timeline:

• Aftermath of Great Uniter defeated followed by Kuvira surrender to Avatar and Republic forces, the world have peace and the Earth nation become democratic nation for the betterment of Earth people.

• Fascist Romanusan Empire established a secret base and constructed the army to prepare the invasion soon.

7.) COD: Infinite Warfare

Timeline:

• The event take place on Mission: Operation Dark Quarry. 

• The Shinihon Empire appear in solar system to invade Earth and helping Settlement Defense Front (SDF) to take over causing the protagonists to return to Earth immediately.

8.) Valkyrie Chronicles

Timeline:

• The event take place on Episode 7 (anime) where the Germania Reich have secretly build a secret base somewhere in the desert preparing for invasion against every Europa, both Gallia and Empire.


9.) Killzone

Timeline:

• The Nazi came to this universe and infiltrate Helghast capital building. They were able to persuade Jorhan Stahl to join their side. In exchange for becoming an ally, he wants them to help him to start a coup against Visari and everyone loyal to him in order to usurp the throne.

• Jorhan convinced Mael Radec to join his coup and make him Autarch for the future of the Helghast Empire. At first, he shows threatening to him by placing his knife on his neck to commit treason against the leader of the Helghast Empire, but he has something he cannot refuse: Killing every ISA soldier and claiming every ISA colonized the planet as Helghast property. He was hesitant, but he agreed to his plan and his men are very loyal to him.

• On that day, in the Helghast senate room, Jorhan, Radec, and their loyal men stormed the room and killed everyone in the room, including Visari and his family members. A Nazi high-ranking officer came to the room with dead Visari and senate members. He is proud that he will be a great leader of the Helghast Empire.

• Jorhan broadcast everyone that Visari and every senate member are dead and blame the ISA for their assassination. The Helghast people rose up in anger and gave absolute support to him. Jorhan became a new Autarch.

• ISA boost up the defense after the Helghast broadcast across the galaxy and they see that Jorhan must've started a coup inside the senate room and killed Visari and Helghast senate members.

10.) C&C: Tiberium 

Timeline:

• After Kane and his followers enter the Scrin Tower, Earth returns to normal. Tiberium was removed in the face of the world, taking everything to the Blue Zone.

• The mutant habitants fear that they cannot be part of human society anymore so they called the GDI council to build the colony ships to send off to the other planet to establish a new home for tiberium mutants.

• Jade Liang who went into hiding created a new Brotherhood to defeat GDI once and for all. Like Gideon, she despises Kane for allying with GDI which they are enemies of the brotherhood. She gathered weapons and technologies that were left behind and the old ones from previous Tiberium wars. Thus, the Fifth Tiberium War has started. GDI have superiority arsenal to take down Liang's brotherhood to end terrorism.

• Unknown to GDI, Liang's Brotherhood of Nod was helped by Fascist Romanusan Empire to take over the world and the colonies.

11.) Halo

Timeline:

• Master Chief and Cortana crash landed on a Forerunner planet called Requiem.

• They found a large orb used to contact a nearby UNSC ship only to discover it was a prison for a Forerunner named Didact.

• They both follow the Didact ship to leave Requiem to space and set course to the UNSC research facility to learn about Forerunner artifacts. The Didact ship came and killed everyone in the facility.

• Master Chief and Cortana are able to defeat Didact from completely destroying Earth.

• They both returned safely to Earth and continued work at UNSC.

• Dr. Halsey was able to repair Cortana's rampancy.

• The leader of Sword of Sanghelios named Thel'Vadam aka The Arbiter rounded up the leaders of different races together to establish an alliance called Galactic Species Alliance for all alien races to corporate each other to trade deals, increase economy and military strength, and aid any alien planet that was threatened by Covenant remnants, terrorists, foreigners and domestic.

• Both UNSC and GSA started the coalition force against Storm Covenant and The Banished.

• Master Chief and Cortana decide to join Infinity to start a mission to eliminate Storm Covenant. However, the Infinity picks up a signal from the lost ship called Spirit of Fire. The Infinity goes to the new mission: Get Spirit of Fire to come home safely.

• Unknown to them, The Fascist Romanusan Empire found the way here and is going to invade the universe.

11.) Starcraft II

Timeline:

• The event takes place after Amon's defeat by Kelligan's xel'naga form.

• Jim Raynor disappeared without a trace. No one can find that man.

• The Nazi entered the universe few weeks later and headed to Earth owned by United Earth Directorate. They join alliances and give them their technologies to make stronger weapons and armored suits and build an invasion force to invade Koprulu Sector once more.

• Nova takes General Davis into custody for committing crimes against New Terran Dominion instead of killing her. Thus, she continued working for the Terran Dominion under the leadership of Emperor Valerian Mengsk.

• On that day, the Fascist Romanusan Empire came to their universe to invade every both Terran and Protoss worlds.

12.) RWBY

Timeline:

• The Nazi was there before Ruby attend the Beacon Academy.

• The Nazi covert-op kidnapped her, making it everyone in Remnant, including Taiyang, Qrow, and Raven believes she died on solo mission. They use her as an experiment in extreme methods and place her in a cryosleep chamber to keep her alive by the order of the Fuhrer.

• The event take place in Volume 3 where the Nazi invasion force introduce to the world of Remnant.
