“You okay Vanessa?” Ember asked me as I sat outside on the balcony. “Yeah… it's just it that I feel like this battle can go both ways. Either me and the vessels ein and we stop the war. Or we don't and everyone dies because of us.” I answered as I played with my fingers.

“Don't worry Vanessa, if you somewhat beat me. Then you and the girls got Melanie.” Ember reassured me. “Plus. If you don't win I can have Daniel.” Ember said quietly. “Say what now?” I asked. “Nothing!” Ember smiled sweetly. “Yeah right…” I sighed as I looked at the tiki torchers on the balcony. I walked over to the fire and put my hand on it.

“The moment we fight Melanie the fate of everyone on that battle field is in our hands.” I said as ember walked over to me. “You do good I promise.” Ember reassured me.

I entered the training center and sat in the snow and started meditating. I sighed and closed my eyes. I then heard someone behind me. “Hello, Grayson.” I greeted still having my eyes closed. “How did you know that I was here?” Grayson asked. “You're not very sneaky.” I answered breathing in and out. There was a couple minutes of silence.

“May I ask why you're here, Grayson?” I asked. “Cause I need to ask you something.” Grayson answered. “And that is?” I asked. “Why did you put up the barrier?” Grayson asked. “You say the note on the barrier. We need to do those fights on our own.” I answered. “The real reason, Rebecca.” Grayson said as I sighed. “Look Grayson, how many times have you saved me this year and a half. A lot am I correct.” I asked.

“That's true but Rebecca you didn't need to put up and barrier.” Grayson answered as I got mad. “Grayson, look I'm not a damsel in distress! I can save myself! I put up that barrier to prove that!” I yelled as I felt the snow circle around me.

“Rebecca just calm down. No one is saying that! Rebecca I just worry about you.” Grayson said as he hugged me. “Look I know you worry about me. But it's me, I'll be fine.” I said as I walked out of the training center.

I walked into Amber’s room to see that she was writing in her notebook. “What are you writing?” I asked as I can up behind her. “A new song.” Amber answered as she closed her notebook. “Can I hear it?” I asked as Amber opened her note book. “Look it's just a work in progress it's not finished yet.” Amber explained as she flipped to a page in her notebook.

“Finally! Some time to read beauty and the beast!” I sighed as I opened the book next thing I knew Ryan was standing in front of me smirking. “Oh no you don’t last time were here I had to wear that outfit for the entire day! I am not going thru that again!” I scolded.

“Clam down...i actually wanted to talk to you.” Ryan said as he brought out a little white box. “Ryan...what are you doing?” I asked. “Lizzie Heartz, I know I’ve only known you for a year but after all this chaos is over….so Lizzie Heartz will you promise to marry me?” Ryan asked as I tackled him. “Of course I promise to marry you!” I answered hugging him.

“Lizzie….I want you to promise me that you won't go into god mode again! The moment i saw you die it felt like everything was crumbling. So please don't open all 8 gates again.” Ryan said as I nodded. “Guys! Angel wants you in the taction room.” Grace said as we walked to the tactician room.
