“What do you mean they all disappeared!?” I asked. “The all gone even Rose’s army is gone!” Angel answered. “Wow so Melanie is playing that card.” Jacob laughed. “And this is funny how?” Vanessa asked.

“Well Melanie isn't called the scarlet despair for nothing. The move she just used is universe one. It's a spell that traps enemies in a different universe and the spell can't be release until the user is dead. So I'm guessing she used it to have the entire battlefield to herself and the vessels.” Jacob explained as Lorenza looked out the window and sighed.

“Okay if Melanie wants the vessels for herself then will give ‘em to her!” Lorenza announced as we all cheered.

Rebecca pov

“You ready?” I asked as the girls nodded and we drove off. “If we die during this fight, is wanted to tell you that this year and a half was the best year and a half of my life.” Vanessa said as I smiled. “We're here.” Valerie warned us as I saw something coming towards us.

“It's about time I fight you 6.” Melanie said as I looked at the girl beside her. She has about 4 feet tall by my estimate. And had a white crop top and blue shorts.

“Just release the army! They've finally made amends with Lorenza! We've gotten to know the other villages! It's not like they're gonna kill everyone! For god sakes why trap your own army in universe one!?” Lizzie explained.

“Lizzie…. It appears as though you still don't understand.” Melanie sighed. “As of now you six are the main six vessels. So of the stone magic the resides insides of everyone of you is included. When I say that I plan to destroy each of you one by one.” Melanie explained. “In other words… you're gonna die, each of you one by one. And there's no way around it.” Melanie smirked.

“According to what Irene said I don't even need the stones inside of you 6 to make the svedka work. As long as I have the power from the people I already have to use to activate svedka. Which means that I'll be keeping them alive until then, at least.” Melanie explained.

“Zara won't let Melanie get away with this… Melanie realizes that doesn't she!?” Zara asked. “So… I suppose I'll have to stay with you after all, Zara.” Melanie answered. “But we can't fight here my six. Let's go else where.” Melanie suggested when she was about to teleport the little girl next to her held her back.

“Melanie! You can't! You promised your negotiate with them! Not pick them off one by one!” She yelled. “You don't need to do this Melanie! If I could have taken all your pain onto myself to comfort you, I would've have! And yet here we are again, and still all I can do is sit here and cry! But… Melanie-nee, if you still have a place somewhere in your heart, now matter how small it may be… then please… I'm begging you, don't slip any further away! If we just all stayed together me… you… Lorenza…. Then I'm sure… some day… things would go back to the way they used to be!” She begged as Melanie turned around.

“You really are…. damned annoying, Alice.” Melanie sighed as she turned sound and stabbed Alice in the stomach.

“WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!?” I yelled. “That's going too far! You didn't need to stab your sister!” Vanessa yelled. “If I left her like that, she would've just come after us. She would've gotten in the way.” Melanie answered.

“Did you not hear her!!? She just wanted to make your life better! Get you back on the right track!” Valerie shot back. “Was she having fun in her little make-believe fantasy of sisterly love? As for me, I have I have absolutely no reason to love her and likewise, I can see no reason why she would want to reunite with Lorenza.” Melanie replied.

“The one time you need a reason is to hate someone!! Besides all Alice wanted was to do was give you a better life! Save you from the darkness!” I yelled. “That's probably just chains from a failed past that she'd feeling.” Melanie sighed. “It's all in our hands now.” I sighed as we all went towards Melanie

At the palace {No one's pov}

“The concept of love must be a complex thing to Melanie.” Lorenza sighed. “Huh?” Grace asked. “Okay it's better if I explained it like this. There once was a queen who had younger sisters. She loved them both, and they both loved and respected the queen as well.

But in the end, the queen left everything to the youngest out of the three of them alone. Let's say her name is Mira. And because of that the second youngest of the grew to despise the queen and Mira. Lets call this one Erza. And just that, the love the three of them shared turned into hate. The Melanie of today has been molded and shaped by the lose of the love she once had in her past… Erza was the same.” Lorenza explained

“Melanie and Erza have shared similar fates. Is that what you're trying to say?” Kelly asked. “Not exactly… the queen and Mira wanted to give Erza a better life than what the queen had for herself. By learning from her past mistakes. That's why this time I entrusted the same amount of power to the six of them.” Lorenza winked.

“What did you do, Lorenza?” Rachel asked. “Well when the fell asleep last night I activated the Moonlight spark on the 6 of them.” Lorenza answered as Kelly sighed.

With the vessels

“So, it was here after all…this is where Irene fought the last generation of vessels. And just like them you all gonna die her one by one.” Melanie laughed. “We're not as weak as we used to be back then… and we're not gonna let you do as you please!” Vanessa vowed. “Because we're not just gonna hand over the elemental world to you!! You don't even know what it means to rule.” Rebecca continued.

“I want a revelation. My idea of ruling has nothing to do with yours.” Melanie shot back. “Let me tell you what Lorenza told me.” Valerie started. “A person doesn't just rule and then later be recognized by everyone.” Zara continued. “It's the person who is recognized by everyone… that's gets to rule.” Lizzie finished.

“Even without Lorenza’s words, the very way you six live your life had already told me that our answers to that question would be completely different. But, before we fight, let's make it crystal clear. Let me tell you what it means to rule a kingdom.” Melanie smirked.

Next chapter, Melanie’s true intent all becomes clear!? And when that happens how will our heros react!?
